We slept like the dead, the beds were comfortable, the bed was clean and the towels were clean too, we changed them twice, the kettle was in the room, we went to eat across the street at the Mama Mia cafe, the cafe really cooks at home and the prices are reasonable. We were asked to extend our departure at a later date and the owner extended the card, the impression remained good, for a quiet holiday we are 68 years old, the sea is nearby and the road is nearby, you can go anywhere.

We had a rest from 07/24/25 to 08/01/25 in a quadruple room. The room is nice, clean, cozy, and unstoppable. They clean up every day and bring a new trash bag and a roll of toilet paper every day. We changed towels every three days and changed the bed linen once during our rest period. The towels and bed linen are snow-white, unwashed, and fresh, and it's nice to sleep on them and dry off. The room was on the second floor. There is no cafe or lounge on the first floor. It wasn't hard to get up to the room - there weren't many stairs. The only negative is the lack of a balcony. In this regard, it is not convenient to dry clothes and towels. It can be dried on the 4th floor on the veranda, which is reached via a bunch of stairs. We tried it once and dried it in the room in the bathroom on a heated towel rail and on the cabinet doors. The room has a conder, a refrigerator, a hairdryer and a TV. There's almost no freezer in the fridge- ice cream won't fit. But it wasn't critical for us. The TV was constantly malfunctioning- the signal was lost. This was very unpleasant, especially when they caught the rotovirus with the children and were sitting in the room. The children's cartoon channel Carousel did not take at all. Very unexpectedly, there was nothing to occupy the children. There is a cafe on the ground floor. The sea is very close. Literally just around the corner, which is very convenient. A stream flowed nearby. We went further - there are also streams periodically. The depth is immediately good. That is, you can't swim very far for children. But we had circles and mattresses. I was surprised that the sightseeing ships with their advertisements go straight to the swimmers. The beach is semi-wild. We didn't see any changing rooms or toilets-they were probably further away. But since the room was just around the corner, we were fine. There are sun beds with umbrellas for 300 rubles. There are pebbles on the beach. It is better to go with aquashouses, which, by the way, can be bought nearby for 400-450r. Overall, it's very good. Near the hotel there are pharmacies, tents with souvenirs, fruits, supermarkets. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk slowly to the Ferris wheel and the central embankment. In this area, unlike novaya Gagra, it is quiet and not noisy. There's a hospital nearby, by the way. Thank God we managed without her. In general, we were very satisfied with everything. Thanks to the hosts very much. We arrived earlier than check-out time and were allowed into the room. When we left, the train was later, and since the new tenants moved in only the next day, we were allowed to leave the room three hours later than the check-out time. Very nice, decent hosts and all the staff. The next time we go to Abkhazia, we will come to the same hotel. The nature around is amazing, the most beautiful mountains, the clearest, transparent sea, azure water, fish are visible. The view from the hotel is awesome. The location is great
