The place is convenient for rest. The service is at a very good level. The order was not long in coming. Everything was served very quickly. The waiters feel their customers, they know what to offer. There is not a big minus for the guys of Slovenian nationality at the entrance, they behave defiantly. They present their ignorance of the laws as,, dress code ,, establishments. It ruined the evening a bit. But the internal atmosphere of the institution quickly dispelled the troubles. My company and I were satisfied.

I decided with my friend to go to the Marvin restaurant in Vitebsk on my birthday, and in advance I saw in their account that on their birthday they provide a 10% discount for birthday people. That would be a nice bonus. Upon arrival, I asked if the discount was valid for everything, to which the waiter replied *yes*. What a disappointment it was at the end when the bill was brought to us and they said that they could not break through the 10% discount. To the question * why?* I was told that they could not find such a thing in the computer through which they punch orders. As a result, I paid the full amount. As a result, a spoiled impression. And it's not about the money, but beyond the reliability of this information. Administration- teach your employees to punch the discount in the receipt.

The only thing I liked was live music, cocktails and the location of the cafe. The rest leaves much to be desired: the waiter mixed up the order twice, first she made a mistake with the number of drinks, after which she brought chicken instead of caesar salad with salmon... I had to order another one. The rest of the salads turned out to be tasteless because of the lettuce leaves, which were very bitter, the waiter was told that the salad was bitter, but she did not understand this word, went to the chef and said that the salad was not warm…At the request to call the administrator, we were told that he was not there.
Conclusion: the price and quality do not match.

We were in April 2024 to try a dish from the gastrofest.
Basement, 5-6 tables in total, plus a bar counter.
The waiters are polite and quick.
Set to taste for 8/10. Very tasty. The size of the dishes is such that the two of them barely mastered one set
Of the non-alcoholic drinks, half were not available.
2 pcs toilets are not dirty.
The music is a little noisy.
There were no other dishes except from the gastrofest.
Despite all of the above, I would not have come here a second time, and if I had known what was waiting for us, I would also have refused to come. Perhaps there were high expectations)

This place was chosen for the place of the birthday celebration. Alas, they were very unhappy. I don't know how they won the gastrofest, but I didn't like the food at all. You need to try to spoil Caesar already.. Salad with brown spots, tomatoes are not cherry and tasteless (and this is in summer!), the sauce is ordinary mayonnaise. I liked only the croutons from the food. Cocktails for 4. I really didn't like that after 00 the staff sat down at the next table to discuss personal stories and drink beer, although the institution is open until 2:00. Maybe that's the concept of this place, but it's unacceptable to me. I definitely do not recommend it to visit

The cafe is cozy, was in a glass annex, very cool stoves with fire. Warm and cozy. Prices, a little expensive. In the photo, mochanka with draniki and meat (very tasty), Greek salad (generally normal, but a lot of onions), lemonade and mulled wine with white wine (so-so drink, wine was almost not felt). Gastrofest 04.24. a cellar of average comfort. The staff is polite, but the dishes are not cleaned in a timely manner. The drinks list is sparse. According to the set itself, the general insurance is one of the advantages. That's all the advantages. The dishes are stale and cherished, it feels like at least a day, and they were obviously not prepared directly for the order, which spoils all the impressions. Definitely would not have gone knowing in advance. I can't recommend it.

Относительно недорогое, тихое и спокойное место в исторической пешеходной части города .. Уличная открытая часть явно рассчитана на любителей кальянов и вайпов, спокойное меланхоличное провождение времени в своё удовольствие в приятной обстановке. Вот еда, к сожалению, оставляет желать лучшего : достаточно плотный ужин и бокал безалкогольного пива вызвал ночью сильнейшую изжогу...

It's a terrible place. Serving of dishes is 1.5 hours . They brought a raw duck, which cannot even be cut with a knife. The salad is terrible and consists of pears and lettuce leaves.
The evening was ruined.

God only knows how they didn't swallow it, they didn't want to eat at all...I understand that this is catering, but it's not even food, it's alcohol. They showed it to the waiter... The problem was solved like this - they removed the shot from the account and gave a 10% discount for the rest. So-so for the fact that I could not finish my meal and this cockroach did not give me life for the rest of the evening. We didn't make a row, we just left. But for such things, I think it is generally necessary to provide a free dinner. It's a pity I came to my senses late and didn't think to take a photo, they stole this glass instantly. We came to the institution, it's a pity that due to the supply of products (their delay), we could not order khachapuri in Adjarian, and there was no cucumber-tarragon lemonade, but we were offered just the most wonderful mojito, a very pleasant sourness of lime in it.
The salad is divine, with mango, chicken,cheese balls in almonds,the photo is not attached, everything was eaten quickly😂🙈
Draniki with meat are very tasty, the potatoes are finely grated, the meat looks like beef, the taste is excellent, the dish itself is very large, we ate together💕

Еда вполне нормальная. Что-то даже вкусно. Но... Время!!! Был занят один столик. Нас ещё 7 человек. Капучино, сырники, кашки, скрамбл. Брали из меню "завтраки". Скрамбл ждали час!!! Купчино принести холодным. Правда, в итоге заменили. Спустя 40 минут понесли сладкие блюда. А соленого скрамбла всё нет. Блинчики с одной стороны были холодные. С другого боку - чуть теплые. В общем, как-то так. Зашли быстро перекусить. Даже 30 минут ожидания изначально выглядели очень долгими. В результате - полтора часа... тихий ужас Но, милая девочка принесла нашей собачке воду. Что сгладило немного впечатление. Но, куда смотрят хозяева? При нормальной работе кухни, мы бы ушли минут через 30-40. То есть, можно было бы ещё одну две смены гостей покормить, пока мы тупо ждали..

Очень странно, что при минимальной загруженности, еду ждешь в районе 1,5-2х часов. Было занято примерно 30-40% столиков, загруженности не сильно большая. На входе предупредили о том, что блюда придется подождать минут 40. Без проблем, к 40 минутам я был готов, но по итогу прошло часа полтора и принесли лишь первое блюдо. Еда неплохая, вкусная, свою стоимость оправдывает, однако в самом конце решил заказать лазанью. Но лазанья была просто отвратительная. Магазинный полуфабрикат бывает вкуснее. Отсутствует множество напитков, ввиду того что, сломалась кофемашина, или отсутствуют какие-либо компоненты для напитков. Если хотите относительно быстро перекусить, то вам точно в другое заведение, которое обслужит вас не за пару часов, а хотя бы за час.

Персонал отличный, всегда готовы помочь с выбором, вежливые и располагают к себе. Из еды брали только закуски, но все было превосходным. Из напитков брали несколько коктейлей, есть вкусные, есть на любителя. Время ожидания среднее. Кальян хороший, произошел неприятный случай, но нам поставили новый за счёт заведения. Выбор в меню лично для меня достаточно большой. Мы сидели на террасе, атмосфера там уютная, хороший вид, лёгкую прохладу компенсируют пледы, что также добавляет уюта.

Самый неудачный вариант ресторана, который нам попался по пути. Нас мило встретили, посадили за столик, через некоторое время приняли заказ, принесли напитки. Далее мы ждали еды. И ждали, и ждали. Самое удивительное - что всем остальным столикам, за которые гости пришли после нас, уже принесли еду, и другие гости её вкушали. Наш же ребёнок не мог никак дождаться своей пасты. Примерно через час мы уточнили у официанта - доколе нам ещё сидеть? Было обещано, что через 15 минут еда будет. Но принесли только пасту ребёнку. Пришлось пригласить менеджера, которая нам сообщила, что стоит подождать ещё 20 минут. И что официант наш виноват - не сообщил нам о повышенном ожидании. Это было бы похоже на правду, но когда мы заходили, в ресторане было занято всего два столика! Остальные гости пришли после нас. Естественно, через 20 минут мы так и не смогли получить свои драники. То есть, за 1,5 часа повар так и не успел их приготовить! Другие гости уже расплачивались и уходили. В этот момент мы уже тоже отчаялись ждать и собрались уходить, так и не пообедав. И поняли интересную деталь - за остальными столиками находились либо местные, либо иностранцы. А мы не белорусы и говорим на русском языке) Так что, к сожалению, очень похоже такое отношение на русофобию, которую никак не ожидаешь встретить в славном городе Витебске.

Как обычно это и бывает, сначала зашли и сделали заказ, потом, пока ждали, почитали отзывы. Некоторые насторожили. Плюс ко всему, в соседних кафе народу было много, а тут - почти никого. Нас сразу, в процессе заказа, проинформировали о времени ожидания блюд. Приносили по мере готовности, ждали минут 15-20. Еда ОЧЕНЬ вкусная и свежая. Персонал ОЧЕНЬ вежливый с отличным чувством юмора. Мы остались очень довольны посещением данного кафе. Обязательно посетим его ещё раз при случае!

Привлекла терраса
1. Холодное место, пледов на всех не хватает, пледов видно было 4, осмотрев сидящих рядом. Решили спуститься вниз, в основное место, там та же история, пришлось сидеть в куртке, согревало только меня пиво, а ее вино (вкусное)
2. Заказали по пасте, к ним вопросов нет, но захотелось чего то еще, мы заказали Пивной сет « сырные шарики, чесночные гренки, колбаски копченые гриль, ребро копченое, крылья BBQ,картофель фри, картофельные чипсы, чипсы из бекона, рыба вяленая»
После заказа прошло мин 10, нам принесли блюдо, на внешний вид выглядит отвратно, накидали абы как еды, которая не вмещалась в тарелку. И так решили попробовать 😅
- чипсы из бекона +👍 но их было только 3 шт
- сырный шарик, на вид как будто он был приготовлен месяц назад, кто-то не доел и его положили обратно 👎
- чесночные гренки, чеснок был отдельно кучкой рядом, я спросил у официанта как это так на что она ответила- все хорошо так получилось! Беру гренку и какая то часть блюда рассыпалась на стол. О саму гренку можно зубы сломать, просто пережаренный хлеб 🤮
- картофельные чипсы и фри на вкус как мыло, не соленые, не перченые, холодные 🤢
- остальное пробовать не решились
- ребер вообще не было 😁
Блюдо 700гр из них гренки 200, картошка 300 примерно, но выглядело это примерно так
Далее решили позвать официантку, прошла она мимо мин через 10, я пригласил ее
Говорю - девушка нам не нравится блюдо, здесь все ужасно не вкусно, мы попробовали по 1-2 нарезке вышеперечисленного, могу ли я вернуть блюдо?
- да, сейчас уточню сказала она
Взяла блюдо и ушла
3. В данном заведении играла музыка, что-то там случилось и музыка прервалась вместо нее начал говорить телевизор, достаточно громко, минут 10 мы слушали программу про наркотики и экстази 😅, эти 10 минут проходящие мимо официанты не переключали ничего !
4. Официантка несет блюдо, мы думаем- о молодцы, переделали, а нет 😂 текст ее такой:
повар или администратор сказал к сожалению вы не можете вернуть блюдо т.к прошло пол часа и гренки стали холодные
Хочу уточнить, что блюдо изначально не было даже теплым!
Далее я попросил официантку забрать это ужасное блюдо с нашего стола.
Счет оплатил, блюдо было в счете, спорить не стал!
Официантка не при чем, думаю проблема где-то в другой должности,не советую данное заведение, вечер все равно прошел прекрасно далее в заведении Пушкин Таймс в 100-150 метрах от этого места

Ни кому не советую это кафе. При минимальной загруженности заказ ждали час. Меню не большое и есть пара необычных блюд, с претензией на оригинальность, ради интереса попробовали и очень об этом пожалели, вкусы в блюде вообще не сочетались.Салаты наструганы крупными ломтями. Повар готовить умеет только драники и то только на троечку, так как они были недопечёные. В общем не вкусно и дорого. Единицу поставили только за персонал, а так можно было 0 поставить .

Часто хожу в это заведение и всегда был доволен обслуживанием. Парень официант был внимателен и приветлив! Коктейли и кофе очень понравились и девушка бармен также была крайне улыбчива. Рекомендую всем и никто никогда не жаловался и не сказал плохого. Спасибо данному заведение за приятные моменты.
