I ordered it three times in this store.
The first 2 times everything was fine.
But the third time was very frustrating.
I ordered a cabinet in my store to use it as a showcase. It's been 7 days since the payment was made - I don't have a closet or information about when it will be...
In the support chat, they first said that you need to wait up to 5 days for delivery. When I wrote again, they said that the order had been handed over to the courier and I had to wait. I tried to find out exactly how long to wait, will my order be today or another day? They just started ignoring me...
It just feels like after payment, it doesn't matter what happens to my order or if it's convenient for me to pick it up.

I was at mile Trinity today(03/28) in the morning.I wanted to make a purchase of gardening equipment.But I witnessed a very unpleasant situation. The store manager was (most likely) yelling at the entire store at the staff.I don't know what they did wrong, but I think it's unacceptable to do it in front of the visitors.The staff did not know where to go out of shame, there was a desire to come up and make a comment, but I decided to leave a review here. P.S. By the way, I bought equipment in another store, where there is an atmosphere of goodwill

Disgusting consultants and cashiers!
You'll never find consultants in a store, they don't know where a particular product is! They can't give you any advice because they don't know!
The cashier is a teenager in Grodno, and he's sitting there as if he was taken from the street yesterday!
She asked me to tell her where to scan the QR code in the store's app, to which she got the answer: "how do I know, I don't work with it." The point then is with the app, even if the staff doesn't understand!

The store is big and even has plenty to choose from, BUT!!!! There are very few consultants, you have to look for them all over the store. When you find and talk about useless searches, you are sent to look for more, but in another place. The product is sometimes located stupidly, which again does not allow you to find it quickly. There is no logic in the location of the product, from the word at all. Sections with related products may be in different parts of the store, keep this in mind before visiting, or better yet, go with a consultant right away

A serious shopping mall. I liked literally everything: well located, visible from afar, large shopping areas, perfect product layout, convenient aisles, cash desks on several sides and highly professional consultants. I was looking for a rather rare thing and found it, thanks to the employees with whom we had a warm and sincere conversation. I want to visit such places many times.

I was in a hypermarket today and found myself unwittingly witnessing an egregious situation. The Plumbing department. An elderly man asks for help from an employee, but he completely ignores his presence nearby. He turns to the next department, but the plumbing employee, obviously noticing this, turns around altogether and goes in a different direction!!! A young girl with glasses. I wanted to suggest that the customer write a review in the complaint book, but he left in anger.
It's a nightmare, this is the first time I've seen such a boorish attitude towards my own customers!!!

There are good promotions, like in August they got - 15% on laminate, a significant discount on such a purchase. Of course, it's a problem with the staff, it's very rare that you can pick someone out, except for the tool, there's always someone there and this someone is smart. Most of all, I am pleased with the working time, it is really convenient if something ended in the evening, I bought more in the morning and went ahead to work.

One of the few amenities of this construction store is its location, as it is convenient to buy something for repairs at the same time when visiting the shopping center. The choice of goods is not very large compared to other similar stores, prices are at the mainland level, promotions are held periodically and the prices per share are about the same as in gem without promotions, which is not very encouraging. The staff is polite and try to help with the selection. There were problems with the quality of the goods, the return procedure took about an hour, although in gemma this procedure takes 2 minutes.
