The hotel is great, the rooms are large, there is everything you need. Beautiful views of the river if you take a room with a balcony. The breakfasts are amazing, the staff is prompt, they solve all issues instantly.

The terrace offers a magnificent view of the river, where kayakers and canoe training takes place. You can walk along the cozy paths between the trees. The hotel is also spotless. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Everything you need is in the room. The breakfasts are impeccable. The choice of snacks is rich. We visited Minsk for the first time at the beginning of the May holidays and decided to opt for the Marriott Hotel. The hotel's brand speaks for itself, so I'll go straight to the pros and cons. The balcony offers an excellent view of the manicured green part of the city along with the Svisloch River. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean. This is where positive emotions end and literally absurd situations begin for a hotel of this category with a name. Tired from a long journey, they found absolutely nothing in the mini bar. When I called at 23:30 to order a chilled beer, I was told that the entire staff was overloaded and offered to go down for a beer myself. The spa area is a separate song. The hostess, who shone like a sunny little man, saved the situation. The spa itself is quite chilly, there is no shared sauna and hammam. The water in the Jacuzzi is cold. In general, it's very weak for that kind of money. From a neutral point of view, I can mention the Qatari diplomats who endlessly sit in the lobby and feel like the masters of life.

The rooms and the hotel are clean, very beautiful, next to a beautiful courtyard by the river with the opportunity to walk or rent a bike or scooter at the hotel reception. A walk along the river will open up its beautiful views for everyone, and you can ride a scooter to Victory Park or see how beautifully the apple trees bloom in the apple orchard. There is an opportunity to visit the SPA (without leaving the hotel) or just admire the sunrise on the balcony (if the room has a view of the river). Separately, I would like to note the courtesy and attention of the hotel staff and say once again "thank you so much for your work." The buffet breakfast updates the menu a little every day and always pleases with its variety. To put it simply, it is very tasty. In the evening, you can order food from the room or go down to the restaurant and enjoy delicious dishes from the menu. It changes seasonally, but the variety allows you not to stay hungry. Of the minuses, time is fleeting and makes you leave such a pleasant place.

A great hotel, especially the food. The room is cool, comfortable in size, with a view of the city from the 7th floor. We had a weekend rate, with the opportunity to visit the VIP area, where you can order hot food from the restaurant, tea, coffee, juices, water, unlimited, alcohol to choose from from 17:30. Very comfortable tables and sofas with armchairs. We had dinner all the time, I really liked everything. The breakfasts are a special thanks, the choice is huge, especially salmon, cottage cheese cream, freshly baked bread... Very tasty, at a decent level, the waiters quickly remove the dishes… I didn't go to the gym, although they said that he works around the clock. Every evening we went to the sauna, the Jacuzzi and the paddling pool. It was a very small space, but when we arrived there were no more than 4 people, so we didn't feel any discomfort. While we were having breakfast, the room was promptly cleaned, it was nice to come in and see that the bed was made, towels were replaced, tea, coffee, and water were added. By the way, the water in the room is not delicious, we only boiled it, and for drinking we took bottles of the holy spring at the breakfast restaurant or in the VIP area.

Price/quality discrepancy. The most expensive hotel in Minsk with a scoop service. 1) I booked a room in advance, a month in advance, and at the hotel itself in the booking service. All conditions were discussed with the receptionist. Upon arrival, the reservation was mixed up, instead of a room for a married couple with one bed, they give a room with two separate beds. They don't apologize, they don't try to resolve the issue. The door to the reception room is closed in front of my face. We were not offered a replacement, even if the required number appeared - "there are no places". Despite the fact that the hotel is empty!! And it's huge! This is noticeable by the number of people in the restaurant and in the common areas. This is an outright lie, and an unwillingness to admit the mistake of the booking service. 2) at the check-in, all the staff demonstratively runs away, and anyone is sent to communicate with customers. 3) for 5* rooms, there are no hygiene supplies, brushes, etc. Everything needs to be asked for. Question: why arrange such a thing for a hotel of the highest category? 4) The breakfasts in the restaurant are good, everything is ok here. We honestly tried the restaurant's cuisine according to the menu. It's not worth it, there are better places in Minsk. 5) the hotel is not in the center, it's a long way to walk to the main places. The hotel is located in a good area, overlooking the river, parks and the waterfront. I think it's very pleasant to walk in the summer. If you are ready to choose a location other than the center, then it is generally quite a comfortable location.

Marriott is good! The scale is impressive! The rooms are modern, thoughtful and pleasing to the eye.Indoor warm , free Parking. The breakfasts are good. The bed linen is excellent! What I didn 't like was that you can get to the room from the parking lot by some obscure corridors , stairs , escalators , and constantly asking how to get to the hotel . With a big suitcase, it will be quite a quest!architects get a fat two for such a decision ! The spa area is not a large swimming pool , next to a small Jacuzzi and sauna. There is no Russian steam room , there is no Roman steam room ! There is a dry Finnish sauna with a temperature below 100 and that's it! On without fish and cancer, the fish is called ! It seems that the Falcon club is nearby , where EVERYTHING is ! But the entrance is from 16 , and since my family is big, the entrance is closed to us there!

Nice rooms and Marriott-style wonderful beds. Also, the wonderful friendly staff at the reception and incredibly prompt room service. Magic performers are on the way out on the terrace. Now about the sad thing: unfriendly staff at breakfast, in the bar and restaurant....You are absolutely not welcome. The service is unrealistically long (a cocktail or beer can be carried for 37.5 minutes, with a 10% landing....what can we say about the food), the menu is meager, there is no food (the level of a 3-star hotel). In the bar, they can answer with their backs that something is missing and will not even try to apologize, offer something in return, or just turn around and smile. In general, you are also out of place here with your questions. To sum up: "the treading remnants of the Marriott family, with a Moscow price tag, a tiny pool and tasteless food. And all this "Titanic" is kept afloat only thanks to a small handful of true professionals (reception, room service, housekeeping staff), sincerely devoted and loving their work. The mattresses and pillows in the room are amazing, as if you are lying on a cloud😄 There is a very large selection for breakfast (buffet), everyone will find food to their taste. I did not like that cleaning was sometimes done selectively, there were a huge number of spiders and cobwebs on the balcony, for some reason they were not cleaned when cleaning the rooms, only upon additional request. If it wasn't for the hotel, I would have been disappointed with my trip to Minsk. We took a room a few days before the trip. It turned out to be a two-room suite: a chic, large room with a beautiful bed and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is everything and a good cleaning service. I can't hear the neighbors. The room includes: a swimming pool with a spa; a chic, homemade breakfast for every taste; a VIP lounge with alcohol and a menu from the restaurant. Exit from the hotel directly onto the embankment with a bike path. The city center is 15 minutes away by taxi. I recommend it!!!

Olga Tserina, I really wanted to relax in a beautiful, warm place with beautiful nature. I searched for the country for a long time, read various hotel reviews and chose Minsk, the Marriott Hotel. It is located on the banks of the Svisloch River, there are many parks and lakes around. It was the month of July and I was very lucky with the weather, for 17 days of rest, there was only 1 short-term rain, all other days were sunny. They greeted me very warmly and cordially. The room is wonderful, with a balcony and a view of the river. The team of the hotel staff are wonderful people. I have never seen such attention and care for guests anywhere. I am very grateful to the administrators Olga Lee and Dasha Romanchuk. They are top-class specialists, treated me with great attention, kindness and sincere care, fulfilling all my requests. They arranged a photo shoot for me so that I would have warm memories of my vacation for the rest of my life. The photo shoot was attended by a cheerful bartender Vitaly, who offered me some Burgundy wine and professional photographer Alexander took several photos at the bar counter. The maids worked like bees from morning until late at night, changed linen, towels, slippers, brought drinking water. Wet cleaning was done daily in the room and on the balcony. Thank them for such hard work. I thank the entire Marriott Hotel team and the CEO Irina Polushkina for the well-chosen team. Thank you all! We were in this gorgeous place at a conference. We did not live in the hotel, but took part in the conference and had lunch in the restaurant of this hotel. I would like to note that everything here is very beautiful and at the highest level! Clean, beautiful, cozy and harmonious! The lunch was very tasty, the waiters were wonderful !!!! We had our first vacation at the Marriott in Minsk with friends and were pleasantly surprised! The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, everything is clean (the maids are golden women: they met them in the hallway, asked them to clean, so they immediately went! ) good music is playing on the terrace and everything is done with taste. First of all, I would like to express my great gratitude to the hotel staff: to note the reception, everyone is very polite and attentive. Agent Daria, settled us in a large company quickly, cheerfully and also kindly advised very good places for the evening. Special thanks to the restaurant staff: the waiters know the menu perfectly well and recommendations hit the bull's-eye. The Swedish line is -10/10, the best Marriott I've ever been to. The only drawback is that you have to ask for different sets in the rooms: dental, shaving and so on. I would also like the SPA to work longer than 10.... Overall, the hotel leaves a wonderful impression! I recommend it!!!

Everything in this hotel is great, except for the gym, it is very small and clueless, there are no gym equipment to fully work out. But despite all this, it is still one of the best hotels 👍

For such a level of the hotel, everything seems to be fine - the breakfasts are on the level, the staff is "well-trained", furniture, linen - everything corresponds to the level of the hotel. But - I came across a room (4th floor, standard) - there is no small mirror in the bathroom (with magnification), there is no backlight on the main mirror. The lighting in the bathroom is weak, so you have to shave in semi-darkness.... There are no one-time toothbrushes and paste in the set.... I stopped by late in the evening, I expected that it should be in the hotel, but it turned out not to be.... (then it turned out that individual kits can be provided on request) You can say little things - but for such a hotel, and for such a room rate, it is very strange that they save money in such small things.....

I take two stars for the external condition of the room and for the poor cleaning. When I checked in, I saw a huge spider web on the wooden decorative panels, right at eye level. I called the reception, said I would leave soon and asked to clean up, that was my surprise when I returned to the room, the web remained in its place. I called the reception again, the employee assured me that the room had been cleaned, they came from cleaning again and only when I pointed to the web, it was eliminated. It turned out that the web had indeed been removed, but in a different place, which I hadn't noticed myself. And the very condition of the room... there is no red wine stain on the floor. The curtains have obviously not been washed for a long time either. There was no bathrobe in the room, you need to ask for hygiene supplies at the reception.

Nice hotel, beautiful interior, friendly staff and very tasty food in the restaurant. Thanks to the chef for the diverse range of dishes and excellent serving. The spacious rooms are clean, beautiful, refrigerator tea, coffee, cream are available, but there were no toothbrushes with paste and cotton swabs with discs in the supplies. Perhaps this is provided on demand, we just didn't ask for it. There are only 4 Russian channels on TV: NTV, First, MIR and TNT, but there are many channels in different languages of the world. There are beautiful figurines in the hall below, and there is also a gallery with them. The staff is very friendly. I recommend the hotel.
