The location of the hotel is super: near a beautiful park, water , fishing., 2 shopping centers. The hotel is stuck between 4 and 5 stars. But the price, as for 5 (13 tons per day ), the air conditioning system in May was not adjusted, there was a shower room in the halls - on the floors. The pool is a green puddle . The girls at the reception are very friendly and welcoming and checked in even earlier.Now about the room: the panoramic windows are dirty!!! The room smelled of rottenness and sewage , the staff was called , 2 young ladies came with chemicals , filled the entire bathroom with Suffocating chemicals right in our presence , and if you consider that the bathroom door with a 5 cm gap , then the whole smell went into the room . I was ready to make a scandal , but the girls at the reception immediately moved us. I don 't understand why it couldn 't be done right away . In general, it's not bad, I hope that the incident with the smell was a one-time case for them .

We arrived in Minsk on a business trip for 6 days... We lived in competitors for 3 days and decided to move from another hotel to this one. In general, it 's terrible! A dirty hotel. Before that, we lived on the 16th floor with a view of the city, and here is the 5th floor with a view of the city "on the roof", the mattresses are terribly not comfortable. In general, it was a big disappointment and we decided after a night with "white noise", when you hear the road all night ... Well, not that, we were in this network a lot. We went back, but now to the 20th floor ... I do not recommend it!

In general, the hotel is not bad, if not for one thing. The air conditioning system is shared throughout the hotel. It just doesn't work, after working for 10 minutes, an error appears on the control panel. The error is cleared up 30 minutes after the call to the reception. The heat is unbearable, opening windows is not an option, local racers are racing, cars are roaring, motorcycles are howling, and an open window does not help from the heat. According to the air conditioner, it seems that the administration is simply saving money and remotely turns it off . Because the girls' explanation at the reception says that the air conditioning system is overloaded. I don't really believe in it, and anyway, for 77,000 rubles for 3 nights, I wasn't even provided with a fan. The mood is at zero, the vacation is ruined.
