The kitchen, the service, even from a place in the hall can be ordered - The prices do not bite, it's just that this place is positioned for the upper stratum of the population, there is no other way to say. Parking is no problem on the 1st or 2nd floor. From the side of the Svisloch on the territory there are colored fountains - before or after a walk, or sit down at a restaurant table on the terrace - admire the scenery- babble!!

5-6 km from the Center. A quiet place by the river with a pleasant area and a promenade. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. A decent breakfast buffet. The logic of having only one chair on the balcony in a room for two is incomplete. The mini fridge is locked. To use the contents, you need to make an advance payment, or ask to remove everything from there. It was early check-in; they offered to pay extra for breakfast. Technically, this is the way it should be, but in similar situations in other hotels they offered breakfast as a compliment.

We stayed only for one night, but it was very pleasant to spend time at the hotel. We took advantage of the spa and despite Friday evening, we were alone for the entire spa complex. The room was taken the simplest - with a view of the city, but it fully justifies its cost - very high-quality materials, design, decoration of the room... everywhere there is wood, stone, glass. It was very clean, quiet and peaceful. I can only mention the rather average Fornello restaurant at the hotel and the complicated setting of the smart TV in the room - I couldn't watch youtube.

Among the disadvantages: the cleaning standards are not high enough, the rooms are cleaned superficially, in common areas they are cleaned even worse. The neighbors put the food in the hallway, it stood there for 12 hours, I left the glass on the table by the elevators - it stood there for a day... the question is, how is that? This is still the 5th race, it seems to me that cleanliness and decoration should be monitored more closely! This greatly spoiled the impression. In addition, the standard rooms are very small, for this price I would like more.

The interior of the hotel is at a height, very comfortable. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite and responsive to any request. One disadvantage is the spa. It is better to go to the Falcon club spa than the one on the 1st floor. There is a large number of people in it... one sauna and a greenish pool - do not walk around) For an additional fee.For a fee, you can be taken to the adjacent Falcon Club Spa building, a spa with a hammam, a Russian and a Finnish sauna. Relaxation area, hanging chairs and sun beds.

I want to share my impressions of the Marriott 5 star hotel in Minsk: I took a romantic package for my wife and me - 230usd night What did you like - - rich and interesting interior - delicious breakfasts - beautiful view of the river - the work of the waiters - the wife had breakfast with Neleto :) What didn't you like: - dinner according to the romantic package from the chef of a 5-star hotel consisted of a limited number of dishes, after ordering which I began to regret that I had made a choice in favor of this hotel - salads with wilted vegetables and radishes. My salad consisted of cousmous porridge with tomatoes. My wife ordered pasta with shrimp for the second course - they brought her one shrimp and a plate of pasta with ketchup :). I was more lucky with the second course. Dessert is all sugar and chocolate. There were no salt and pepper dishes on the tables. Well, to be honest, dinner was ruined. The waiters, I must say, worked well. They did not order food from the main menu, so it seemed that they had already eaten : ( - in the room, one romantic package was waiting for us, one bathrobe, one slippers, etc. All for one. The toothbrush was also not in the 5 stars. I had to call the reception and ask to complete the room. But the most amazing thing is that there is a refrigerator in the room - but it is under lock and key. The key to the refrigerator is given only after making a deposit of 40 rubles. :) I found out about it only after calling the reception. I've traveled a lot around the world, but I've never seen anything like it. Even at the marriott in Beijing. Distrustful attitude towards customers or bullying - I will not figure it out. But they say there are no such problems in rooms of a higher class. - Breakfast :) The same thing surprised me here!!!I went up to the counter, greeted the cook and clarified that you can order an omelet here - without saying hello or smiling, I immediately asked about the ingredients - it was a bit wild for me. They gave me a number - after which, after waiting for about 5 minutes, I came up and once again clarified how long it would be ready - to which the cook replied with surprise - 15 minutes :) there were two of them at the counter - they were just standing, and there weren't that many people :(. - practically none of the staff smiles or greets In general, this is an amazing service for a 5-star marriott. I have never seen such service anywhere, even in hotels of a lower class. I can say that this is my most unfortunate experience of staying in hotels. But maybe I'm just unlucky and I'm wrong.

We are currently living in the Marriott in Minsk, I did not expect a worse attitude towards myself and my family. Some drunken company is yelling under the window until 4 am. And so the whole vacation continues, we have been living since the 22nd, every night there is a drunken yell, screaming, howling songs. It seems that when you choose a Marriott and not a 3-star hotel in Minsk, this is not allowed. The manager is absent, apparently as a fact, if this is happening under the windows of a 5-star hotel. Neither the security nor the reception can solve the issue. Apparently they don't care about the rest of the guests at night, but they need to sell drinks at the bar, replenish the cash register of the bar in this way. It's disgusting to be writing at 5 a.m., but nothing else seems to affect it.

Bathroom with all necessary accessories. And if something was needed, everything was solved with one call to the reception. The breakfasts are beyond praise. In addition to the usual scrambled eggs and oatmeal (oatmeal is very tasty), you could treat yourself to pancakes with black pudding, then mini Kiev cutlets, then zucchini pancakes with parmesan. It can be listed for a long time, the choice of dishes is rich. It is not realistic to stay hungry after breakfast. The chefs cook very, very tasty! A pleasant, cozy and comfortable SPA area. The administrator at the SPA, a friendly and friendly girl, at our request tripled a small tour, showed us and told us about all the services provided at the SPA. The water in the pool is warm and pleasant to enter. Next to the Jacuzzi, the water is much warmer. There are small saunas - separately in the men's and women's showers. The lobby of the hotel is very beautiful. There are many different sofas, armchairs with tables where you can comfortably sit. Also at the entrance to the hotel, a recreation area with tables, sofas and armchairs is organized on the street. Very well maintained and beautiful area around the hotel. All the paths of the hotel turn into the paths of the park, which allows you to do both hiking and cycling. Bicycles and scooters can be rented at the hotel. Certainly a high combination of quality and price. I am happy with my stay at this hotel and undoubtedly, on my next visit to Minsk, I will choose its name.
