We made an advance payment for a Toyota Corolla, when we arrived to receive a car, it was not there, "it kind of broke down" - we offered Hyundai Accent (American), there was nowhere to go, there was simply no time to search for something else, we agreed. The car is scratched in places, the bumpers are slightly padded, the plastic protection under the front bumper is completely glued to the tape. At first, they did not attach importance to this, but on the second day, the plastic was thrown up by a headwind. I had to stop urgently, and re-glue with adhesive tape, which was prudently placed in the pocket of the door. I called the manager and was asked to stop by the service to repair it. Well, such a thing - when the time is scheduled almost by the clock. It also turned out that Windscreen wipers (wipers) are just for show - they do not remove dirt from the glass, they only smear it. The rearview mirror on the driver's side is like a magnifying glass, as a result, a huge "dead zone" is created - it is rebuilt into another row, going overtaking is very uncomfortable. On the day of delivery of the car, we agreed on 10 a.m. We managed to get there early, at 9 a.m., I tried to call the manager - he doesn't answer. He answered from another number immediately, to the question why is he not answering from my number? He said - we can not answer calls at all before 10.... OK. My problem is that I drove up earlier, but what's the problem with calmly explaining it? And you never know what happened to the car or for some other reason the client may apply. As a result, in aggregate, I do not recommend this company at all

It is difficult to assess what I could not use, but I booked a car on the website on 05/15.24 for 10 days from 8.07. I thoroughly excluded any accidents and on 05/16.24. I received an order confirmation and a request to send photos of documents via Whatsapp in correspondence with the salon manager - which I did. 1.07. I contacted the salon to clarify the possibility of paying by card and get an answer - All cars are occupied and prepayment has been made for them! Let's call it what it is: customer orientation - I was sent... Bad job!
