We took the car for a day, the key transfer was right at the airport. Everything is on time, the car was delivered without delay, in excellent condition, clean. A bonus was provided with a child seat, and we needed it, since we were with a child. The manager was always in touch. The payment was made using the mir card without any problems. In general, I was satisfied, they took the same car as ours, so everything turned out great.

Positive: 1. All prices are publicly available, transparent, understandable, without "pitfalls" (2 other organizations besides this one were considered). 2. Prompt and extremely understandable exchange of information and messages using public services (TG, WA). 3. Due to the lack of a booked car on the day of rental (customers extended the lease the day before), we were offered another car of a higher class according to the same price list. 4. The car was brought and transferred to our location without delay. We carefully entered into the contract form all the damages indicated and not indicated by us (we missed something). 5. We transferred the car where it was convenient for us, outside the office, paid for this service - convenient. 6. The car served 4 days faithfully! Minuses: 1. Well, there are none. Thank you very much. No force majeure, expectations, downtime and problems! It's very expensive! It would always be like this!

They work very quickly. There were no problems with the contract and accounting documents. But of course the car that we took pumped up .... Kia Rio 2012, automatic transmission. After driving 30 km, we realized that it was dangerous to drive this car, the steering wheel hits, the road does not hold, the steering backlash is terrible, when you start the rev needle does not rise and the car troits, you had to rewind the car. Once, at low speed, the car just stalled after a bump....I understand that it can be repaired, but the car was given away in this condition...and we came on a business trip and every hour counts. writing to the manager about this, he said that all the cars had been disassembled and there was nothing to replace except business class....But I can't believe in my life that when we drove this car we didn't see its problems. When they returned the car, I didn't hear any words of apology, but okay. Perhaps my colleagues will come here again, I did not like this attitude. And so, if it wasn't for the car, everything seems to be fine and polite.

I contacted the manager and chose X5. The car was delivered to the airport, the service is not free, but I knew what I was going for, I was running out of time. We examined the car with the manager, filmed all the small chips and scuffs, I advise you as a lawyer to do this so that there are no excesses. Employee Victoria arranged everything for me, the payment was accepted using the MIR card, left a deposit and took the car. I was warned that I had to return the car clean, or pay for the car wash, I chose the latter because I was limited in time. As for the fuel, they also warned me, I calculated approximately how much I would spend and refueled so much. There were no disagreements, because I discussed everything with the employee, which I advise you to do! The car was in good condition, I was satisfied, thanks for such excellent service!

This is the first time I have come across such unprofessional and incompetent people and organizations. Respect for the customer, especially for the new one, 0. I needed a car for an economy class trip so that there was a small expense. On the right day, they just had to hand over the car by 2 o'clock (they needed it by 10 a.m.) and they could rent it. We discussed, paid for the reservation and started planning a trip with my husband on time, as we had to be in time for the appointed time to another place. Then they contacted me and said that the person would be able to hand over earlier and the car would be ready by 10 a.m. Everything seemed to be going well, we planned the trip (which was in 1-2 days), booked time elsewhere. Then they write from the rental the night before that another person wants to extend the lease and therefore it will not work by 10, drive up 2 hours later. No apologies, no willingness to resolve the situation, just put in front of the fact. And when I started to figure it out, they just dropped off the number and a screenshot of the correspondence with this person. Here's the number for you and figure it out yourself, negotiate, just say culturally. Excuse me? Am I supposed to do your job for you? The car is on reservation, we clarified in advance about the time, the person decides at the last moment to extend it, and now what should I do with it? And in response, only "we wanted to help you, we can't leave you without a car." You have a new client, this client's rent is not for a day, I'm sorry. I'm going to pay a lot of money for a car and service, and in response to me, figuratively speaking, "you solve your problems." I really wanted to talk to the director and leave an entry in the complaint book when we picked up the car, but we were in a hurry. Even when they took the car, the girl, hearing about this situation, not that she did not offer to change the first impression of the campaign with some kind of bonus, for example, but corny did not even apologize. And she looked stupidly into her eyes and smiled, saying, "this is a rental, this is normal." There were still a lot of joints, including in terms of a broken-down car. We were also going to hand over the car by the closing of the rental (7 pm), we managed to get to the curb. To which we were told that you either arrive at 6.50, or hand over the next day. Okay, we'll try by 6.50, evening, traffic jams, we may be a couple of minutes late. And do you know what they tell us? "No one will wait." Terrible attitude towards the client, I have never seen this anywhere. We will never take a car here again, it's better to overpay 200 rubles and go carsharing in a normal serviced car than to pay for such an attitude. Even according to reviews (I read it already on the trip) on third-party sites, there are a lot of dissatisfied customers who are simply thrown. They probably don't care about reputation and customers.
