They gave me a faulty car - we suffered. The documents were not prepared for receipt - they waited a long time for registration. We returned the cleanest car, only there were footprints on the front mats - they demanded to take them to the sink, as a result, we washed the mats from the bottle. I don't advise you to set foot there anymore!

Good afternoon, this is an interesting experience to rent a car in Minsk, I have not seen this in the world, in any country.
So they gave me a good car, washed, but with an empty tank, they said about the car wash, but about gasoline, this is the question why I take an empty car and have to return it with the same empty tank, how should I calculate it at all, I think everyone passes with a large amount and they drain it. It's not pleasant, because I took the car and filled the tank full, I didn't leave half of it in two days, they said they wouldn't compensate for gasoline.
Further, the time conditions are very strict, at what time I took it, and I need to return it, I wanted to extend it for three hours, they said I had to go to the office. Nonsense(
You also need to wash the car, they gave it a clean one and you need to return it clean, but why not pour gasoline, I spent time pouring it, in general, they will charge you money for the sink.
I do not advise you to take this attitude. A car, it's not pleasant, no loyalty and service, and correspondence in Whatsapp, as with children, is somehow not pleasant.
