The hotel is super!! We had a rest from 16.01 to 28.01.25. The hotel is located 20 minutes from the airport. The territory is small but very green! It is a 4-minute walk from the reception to the beach. The rooms are spacious, tired, but everything is functioning. Cleaning every day. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff is smiling. 90% of the guests are Russian but without Tagil .I recommend the hotel. We really liked it, we will come back to it!!

The only thing I want to warn all tourists who will be staying at the FANandSun hotel is that Denis will be your hotel guide, and he will give you excursions, while he will be a sweetheart, but when you have already bought a tour and force majeure has happened, you are burned and feel unwell, poisoned, etc. refund the money for the tour don't wait, Denis immediately says that no one promised you a refund. Therefore, when buying, specify all the conditions in advance so that no one spoils your vacation. And one more thing: there are many palm trees with coconuts on the territory of the hotel, which tend to fall.
