A solid four. The food is breakfast, enough and of high quality. The beach is across the street, but almost 1 minute. The hotel is well located - there is no uphill climb like the neighboring hotels. The rooms are not new, but everything is clean and decent. The staff is polite, always trying to help. There are two pools and quite large, the original design of the far one has a sandy beach with snow-white sand. In general, Nighthawk is a developing area. We took three meals a day, like this - we were given vouchers for all days, lunch and dinner, we came to eat, they gave us a menu and for lunch we could spend 800 baht for two, and for dinner 1000 baht for two, this money was enough for us for everything, we just tried everything))) I really like pizza, rice in pineapple, ice cream in pineapple! There is always enough food for breakfast: pancakes, pancakes, fritters, omelets, scrambled eggs, greens, tomatoes, watermelon, juices, tea, coffee, rice, chicken, ham, soup, and much more, porridges and cakes! There's always something to eat. MOST OF ALL, we are delighted with the service, there has never been such a thing in any 5 hotels! We went as a family with two children aged 5 and 9. Apparently, it was once an expensive good hotel, but apparently the pandemic has made its own adjustments. As of 03.2023, the hotel had one restaurant and a limited-range store and a massage service, although there are several restaurants, bars, lobbies, and pool bars on site. The breakfasts are very simple and monotonous, not for four. The beach is excellent across the road (not busy) in general, thanks to the beach, many of the disadvantages of the hotel and the surroundings can be forgiven, the territory is amazing, large, but apparently there is not enough staff to keep track of everything, somewhere it is overgrown, somewhere it burned out, there is a bot garden, but apparently the hotel managers forgot about it, it is too overgrown. The rooms are spacious, we have seen two types of rooms, newer and older, but both are quite old, but everything works. Those that are newer on the laminate floor, those that are older on the floor tiles (not slippery, similar to clinker) were given to us older, we thought to change first, then decided to leave, we liked the tile more. The only thing that was very annoying was a rather noisy air conditioner, due to the fact that it was old (they are like that everywhere), but I got used to it after a few days. Cleaned every day, satisfactorily. The reception knows the shortcomings of their hotel, and therefore, if you point them out, they do not bicker, as sometimes happens in other hotels, but try to help somehow or offer another room of your choice, if there is one, in principle, so we looked at several rooms in the hotel, and stayed in our own. As for the pools, there is generally a twofold feeling. Not fans of pools, we take a hotel with a pool, in fact, because of the children. And quite often we are disappointed by them. There are two pools. One medium (with elephants) with varying depth with a non-working bar, a bunch of people, comfortable benches in the water near the side, and small trees around the perimeter creating a pleasant shade that really helps from the sun. There are two disadvantages: there are a lot of people in it, since it is located near the restaurant, between three buildings and on the way to the beach, that is, there are quite a lot of people who want to swim in it, both going to the beach and returning from the sea. The second and main drawback was created exclusively by my fellow citizens, this is the constant occupation of sun beds with their towels from the very morning, even if they come to swim / sunbathe after lunch, even if they decided to sunbathe for 5 minutes, even if they went to the sea, even if they went somewhere for the whole day, in general, there are not enough sun beds because of such people. But in general, the pool is pleasant, bleach is poured in moderation. The second pool, it's still more interesting here. Large, beautiful with a sandy entrance and a sandy area for kids (!) of irregular shape with all sorts of lagoons, corridors, passages, etc., there are enough sun beds, even if you can lie on the grass that adjoins the pool. But we swam there only twice, the second time I noticed that the water in it bloomed, that is, apparently we did not calculate the chemistry correctly, did not fill up and got a focus of intestinal infection. In general, I kicked the children out of the pool, but apparently it was too late, the eldest managed to catch the infection, did not leave the toilet for several days, then they restored the microflora for about a month, there were several more lucky people from our hotel with the same symptoms in the pharmacy where I ran for medicines. Also on site there is a library, a game room (billiards, ping pong, football, Sonka, cartoons) a game area near the pool with elephants, free bike rental, Parking for cars. Wi-fi works, but not everywhere satisfactory speed, if you need a good speed, cling to the restaurant wi-fi, the password is given by the waiters. But in general, the hotel is not bad, whether it is worth the money, at the time when we were there, I think not. will we go again, perhaps.

During the week of our stay, the sink was never washed. A strange change of bed linen. They changed the sheets and pillowcases for us. The last time the sheet was with a worn hole. It is impossible to stay in an air-conditioned room all the time, you want air, to ventilate the room. So this will not work. In the evening and all night the wind carries the stench of sewage. This is a very big disadvantage for me.
