Good food not perfect but really good steaks , really friendly staff , really nice environment to chill and relax and make smoke a hookah , not too expensive we ordered like 4 plates of food and water and tea it was around 150 rubles all in

I come to Neft regularly, they surprise me with something new every time, hookah masters are the best in Minsk, they will make a cup ideally for any mood. Delicious cuisine and amazing breakfasts. The service is at the highest level, pleasant and friendly waiters. The bartenders will make a delicious cocktail for any request, if you are tired of everyday life and routine, I highly recommend it. The establishment is open around the clock, so you can have a delicious smoke, eat and drink at any time - this is a huge plus.

I discovered this place more than four years ago. Initially, everything was on top: cool staff, excellent hookahs, good cuisine and a bar — there were no questions. It was always possible to arrange everything, so, following the tradition, I stopped by to meet the dawn once every couple of months. It was really a solid five. But after the change of staff, problems began. Firstly, I was faced with constantly dissatisfied people, from whom negativity and coldness emanate. Despite the fact that I am a guest and a client, due to the toxic atmosphere, it seems that I owe it to the staff. Secondly, the level of service has fallen below the baseboard, but the waiters never miss the opportunity to ask for a percentage of the deposit for tea, as they say, arrogance, a middle name. Thirdly, it has become impossible to agree on something, since the staff is aimed only at sucking money without any compromises. The only thing that still pleases in this institution is hookahs and cuisine. For this, thanks to the guys who work in these areas, I'm sure everything is based on you. But after the last case, when I got tired of all this and decided to write about it in the complaint book, I was not given it. Instead, they called the security department, and these guys don't understand anything. Therefore, in the future, if someone comes across something like this and wants to leave a comment in the complaint book, take pictures of yourself and the situation on the phone (you can not photograph the staff), since no one will provide you with camera recordings. This has been verified by personal sad experience: a request was made twice. The director will evade responsibility and deal with unsubscriptions, which is allegedly impossible to provide records for technical reasons, although the storage period at the provider is 30 days, and the provider is responsible for their damage. There are loopholes in the legislation in our country, so it's better to be safe on your own, otherwise they will make you guilty. I could never have thought that such situations were possible in such an institution, but, as practice has shown, anything is possible. I don't set foot in this place anymore, and neither do my friends.
And please don't make excuses, leave at least a grain of conscience and pride. I am clarifying for the cunningly made from the organization of oil, and for those who will read this for clarity of the picture. The last time I was in this place, I didn't molest anyone, and even if I wanted to, there was no one, since it was 7:40 in the morning, except for the staff and one VIP room, at that time none of the guests were there. And even more so, he did not brawl, did not touch anything or anyone, did not cause damage to anything or anyone, although if he was brawling, it was to demand a book of complaints from the administrator for boorish behavior and zero service, which, by the way, they were obliged to provide on demand, then yes, he was brawling. I should have called the police myself, I just didn't think that the situation would reach such an absurdity because of some complaint and the administrator would have the audacity to press the button. If I had behaved outside the law of the Republic of Belarus and offended someone, I would not have left this comment here, because unlike oil workers, I have a conscience. But even if we imagine that I am wrong, the director would not have been engaged in unsubscribing, but immediately showed the recordings from the cameras at the first request, of which there were two. Apparently, you hoped that I would forget, but, unfortunately, your hope was not fulfilled.

It is better to have a place in the city to drink delicious tea (especially on a siphon) and smoke the best hookah. There is also a very tasty kitchen and a bar. The staff is very helpful and cool. One of the advantages is the replacement of coal every 15 minutes, you will rarely find an institution where they treat you like that. I will recommend this place to you, and I will come here more than once ;)

We were in this place for the first time today.
I liked the interior: comfortable seats, lots of light, the hookah area looks unusual, and the craftsmen themselves are very sensitive to the selection of tobacco exactly according to your preferences and wishes - 10/10
The waiters are polite, unobtrusive, as happens in some establishments, but they do not forget about you!
I think I will come here periodically.

A restaurant with a claim - that's what this place could be called. The food is delicious, the accompanying bar list is extensive, there is really a lot to choose from.
The place deserves attention. I would like more polite waiters, or something, otherwise the communication turned out to be as if some friends were serving us. The atmosphere is pleasant, everything is clean.

The best service in the city!!!
The prices are not for the average man in the street, but at the same time each employee is a professional in his field. I never thought that a bartender could make the right cocktail that I would like, really. I was amazed by the knowledge of the hookah master, I learned a lot about hookah culture in one conversation. And the hookah turned out to be at the highest level.
We went to Oil for almost 3 or 4 days in a row because we couldn't choose a better place than this. I highly recommend it!!!

I was with my wife, I liked the food, everything was very tasty. The barista is generally a master of his craft. The service is also excellent, the staff is professional. Очень классный ресторан. Мы с мужем были приятно удивлены абсолютно всем. Обслуживание на очень высоком уровне, кухня просто супер, лучший стейк, что я пробовала. Очень классно делают кальян и чай, качественно консультируют в выборе. Также очень понравились коктейли - вкусные и подача красивая. Приятный интерьер, очень удобные диванчики (мы были на террасе). Цены по мне не такие высокие, а с учётом всего вышеперечисленного 100% оправданные (меню с актуальными ценами доступно на сайте). Придём сюда ещё не раз однозначно.

Прекрасные дымные вкусные кальяны и знаменательный персонал. Все делают быстро и на совесть. Хочется отметить наличие последнего поколения приставок с популярными играми. Каждый отдыхающий найдет игру себе по вкусу от спортивных стимуляторов для компании до интересных платформеров для отдыха со второй половинкой. Пригласили на ДР,в отдельный зал. Все понравилось. Вытяжка отличная, даже не курящие кальян чувствовали себя комфортно. Коктейли вкусные, еда вкусная, официанты внимательные, не навязчивые. В отдельном зале (человек на 12-14) есть телек, можно устроить караоке. Свой с/у.

Однозначно 5 звёзд!
Кальян - все желания по вкусу были выполнены и получилось очень круто. Сделали быстро и качественно
Кухня - отличный, большой выбор кушаний, чаёв и десертов. То, что брал - пушка.
Персонал - на входе встретил с улыбкой, по телефону разговаривали очень вежливо. Проводили к столику. Сразу предложили позвать кальянщика. Отдельный плюс за то, как аккуратно производили сервировку.
Интерьер - очень понравился! Все подобрало со вкусом до самых мелочей. Цвета очень уютные. Мебель качественная, а что самое главное - комфортная.
В общем видно, что за заведением следят и относятся к нему как к своему чаду.
Спасибо. Было круто, зайдём еще.
