We stayed at this hotel from August 12th to 17th. We really enjoyed it!👍🏻 They check in at 3, but we were settled closer to 2, and also in a gorgeous large room. They are cleaned every day, toiletries are available: toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shower cap, soap, shampoo, gel, balm, and everything is changed every day. And there are even needles and threads.🤩 The Internet works everywhere except on the beach and you often need to switch your Wi-Fi to other networks, since each territory has a different Internet connection. Food: the Swede is good, the choice is not great, but it is very tasty and you will definitely not stay hungry. You can ask the waiters for tea and coffee as much as you want. There are 3 juices on the pool bar: orange, pineapple and apple packaged, there are also sodas: merinda, sevenup and pepsi. The beach is clean and the entrance to the sea is pleasant and sandy, you can go on jet skis (we gave 200 dirhams for two for 30 minutes). There are always enough sun beds for everyone. But the only thing is that the beach opens at 7 a.m. and closes at sunset, and you can't get to it in the evening ( In August, the ocean was like fresh milk, so we swam mostly in the pool, as the bar nearby was refreshing. 😄 We had everything inclusive and we missed dinner at the hotel, so we asked for it to be rescheduled as lunch on the day of departure and it was quietly rescheduled for us. Check-out is at 12 o'clock and no one rushed us) The staff does not speak Russian, only English, but you can communicate through a translator. The hotel also has a small lounge with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a gas station shop to the right of the exit from the hotel, there is a KFS to the left, an amphitheater, a waterfall and an embankment are a 5-minute walk away. And if you want to buy souvenirs, then Al Safeer supermarket is a 20-minute walk away and is open until 23:30. In general, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, I'll give you a solid 5*

I liked everything!!! A lot of things are written here about inconsistencies with reality. We stayed here for almost a month, a week in the family deluxe and 3 weeks in the villa. Beds were provided free of charge for children. The sea is very good, we saw the calm and the surface and the storms were small, we swam from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The beaches are closed before sunrise and after sunset. During the day, 2 times the water comes and goes up to 5 meters!!! Crabs, turtles, and a stingray came. They're afraid of people, don't worry, you'll never meet them... I dived near the buoys, there are 8.2 meters. The water is warm and clean. Special greetings to Misha SPA and Ahmad diving, excellent sellers in the shops, the service is great everywhere, everyone is polite and joyful. Fitness is small, but if you want, you can work out well, I almost ran 300km on vacation) The food is excellent, there is a lot of it, a lot of fish, meat, herbs and fruits. I didn't want to leave. Of course, everything in the villa is better, more beautiful and bigger, better and better quality service, better creams, shampoos, etc., a coffee machine with grain coffee, a large lg TV, a set-top box, a home center with music and a Bose Bluetooth transmitter, lots of lights and backlights, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet are huge, the rooms are large, better beds and td, exit from the villa directly to the beach, 50 meters from the sea. We really liked the hotel. we had a rest from 09/19/25 to 09/29/25 .we were accommodated surprisingly quickly. we were at the hotel at 7 a.m. at 11 a.m., this seems to be the only negative (far from the airport) we drove 2-30 back, the road to the airport took even more than 3 hours, meals for 5 rooms for 5, the beach for 4.5, as it took up space with in the morning, although you can also find a place after breakfast, but without ☂️☂️☂️ .... the oil specks on the sand spoiled the rest a little more, the staff immediately reacted and arranged something to wipe their feet with. There was an animation in the pool for the kids.those with an all-inclusive system could have drinks at the pool bar.The service is not great, but it's okay, if you need something, you always have to ask....a new large hotel is being built nearby, yes, work is underway, but the main buildings have already been built, everything is moving towards completion and therefore not very loud.our Windows faced the mountains and even the cars were not audible because they were locked (windows) the nearest large store is 1.5-2 kilometers away. walk along the embankment, which has a lot of vegetation, there are benches and even free toilets, which by the way are very clean, air conditioning and even a shower.... We recently vacationed at Oceanic Khorfakkan Resort & Spa, and it was a real paradise! The hotel is located in a picturesque location with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The rooms are spacious, stylish and very clean, with comfortable beds and balconies where you can enjoy the sunsets. I was especially impressed with the service staff – they are always friendly, attentive and ready to help with any question. The restaurants offer a varied and delicious menu, and the breakfasts are simply great! The SPA area is a special delight: relaxing treatments, heated pools and a hammam have left unforgettable impressions. The beach is clean, with soft sand and crystal clear water. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is diving and a fitness center. I definitely recommend Oceanic Khorfakkan Resort & Spa for those who want to spend their holidays in an atmosphere of luxury, comfort and complete relaxation! We will definitely come back again!

We were with my husband and son. The hotel itself is a little old, but clean. A new one is being built nearby, it's already nearing completion, so it's not noisy. Turtles often swim in the sea, I was very scared by one such Tortilla. The pool is small, the water in it is cool, many people cool down there from the sea. There is a small bar by the pool, local drinks are good, everything else is for a fee. Our room was on the 4th floor, cleaned every day. The main restaurant is small and old, but the food here is very good, there are chicken dishes, meat (beef, lamb), I really liked the fish, the seafood is delicious, lots of salads, fresh vegetables, only watermelon, sliced oranges and grapefruit, fruit salad, good desserts. The food here is very good for its level. There is also a small restaurant, we sometimes had breakfast in it, it is even smaller, but very cozy. There is a small coffee shop in the lobby, everything is paid for here, a good cappuccino, very tasty ice cream (15 dirhams for 2 pieces). The hotel is very conveniently located. This is a small town, there is a place to walk, a beautiful promenade with running and cycling paths, restaurants, cafes, a very beautiful artificial waterfall, its own amphitheater, stadium, shops. You can go up to the observation deck. The Emir of Sharjah also lives here, his palace is visible from the hotel. The hotel is mostly Russian, there are a few Kazakhs, on weekends Arabs come with their families and their mentality and culture, they can take food with their hands, then put it back in the common plate, it's very unpleasant, so we came to the very beginning. One drawback is Anex's guide, his name was Rasul (he looks like an Azerbaijani) - nothing! At the meeting, he immediately told us that he didn't earn much, but he had two wives, and he needed us to buy a tour from him, we refused, he immediately got up and left. In what way! He didn't say anything about the hotel, or the rules, or anything. Anex's guide is absolutely superfluous! We learned all the necessary information from the Russian guide of another tour operator. The hair dryer is in the drawer, but it's mediocre. I took mine from home and didn't regret it. Things in the room don't dry well, but we lived out on the sunny windowsill, and things dried better. The view from the window was gorgeous, in addition to the beauty, you could see the availability of free sun beds, how many people swim in the sea and pool 😁 About the sea: You can't even hear the construction site on the beach, oil floated in on the first day, your feet got dirty, and soap didn't wash off. The hotel staff put a solution to the shower, they scrubbed everything off. The beach is gorgeous, the sea is very salty, and after drying, the skin felt tight. The approach is smooth, the water is very warm. We stayed at this hotel from 17 to 27 September. The hotel is compact, nice, and cozy. We checked in ahead of time, as soon as the room was ready (with a view of the amphitheater and the mountains). The water in the Gulf of Oman is alive, from the Indian Ocean. Everything would have been super great if an oil slick hadn't "landed" on us in the middle of the vacation. Of course, it doesn't depend on the hotel, and they cleaned the sand on the beach as much as they could, and put liquid petroleum jelly with paper towels at the exit from the beach to wipe their feet... The water on the third day seemed to be completely clean. We went swimming anyway. But free transfers to other beaches for at least two or three days would not hurt. We really liked the hotel, everything is clean, modern, there's nothing to complain about, we probably didn't make it to 5* because there is no alcohol 🤷 There is no alcohol anywhere in the Emirate of Sharjah, even in restaurants, although Khor Fakkan is geographically located in Fujairah, and administratively belongs to the Sheikh of Sharjah. Our room was decent, renovated and NOT! with old furniture, both beds are 2-bedroom, the linen is snow-white, the towels are starched, and there are many different ones, I will write exactly those moments that are important to me and there is something to compare them with. The territory of the hotel is not very large, but the beach is large, the sand is pleasant to the feet, clean and transparent water, fish and turtles swim nearby, there is no big wave, the water temperature was even hot for me. There is a port not far away, and after reading the previous reviews, I wasn't even afraid much, but there was no fuel oil spill, thank God. The beach is closed at night, so evening gatherings and sunset photos will not work, but..... if you go for a walk in the city, such an opportunity will appear. There are beautiful mountains around, there is something to see in the city in the evening, a waterfall, fountains, mosques, embankments, a city beach, everything is well-groomed, clean, you can't throw a cigarette butt. Standard breakfasts include eggs in several variations (boiled, omelet with additives, fried eggs), sausages, toast, porridge, jams, cereals, sliced cheese, meat, vegetables, and herbs. For every lunch and dinner there was soup, beef, lamb, chicken, fish, seafood, all kinds of side dishes, vegetables, cheeses and herbs, oriental sweets. Drinks include water and juices (more precisely cocktail-type friezes) in the restaurant, tea and instant coffee with milk for breakfast. The fruits are all sliced, very tasty and sweet. Watermelons, oranges, grapefruits in large pieces with peel. The rooms are clean, cleaning and towel changes are daily. We had a rest with a friend from 30.09 to 08.10.2025. A cozy, peaceful hotel, we liked everything. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock, and at 13 we were already checked in. I was surprised that the beach was closed after sunset and opened at 7 a.m. The sea is very warm, like fresh milk, we swam for 2-3 hours, the construction site did not interfere, and there was no oil either. They admired the fish and the sea turtle in the water. The food is delicious and varied, always fresh. The staff is friendly, helpful, and helpful. Russian Russian is not spoken at all by the staff, although 95% of the guests are Russians. It is very sad that there are a lot of cats on the territory of the hotel, but no one feeds them, except for compassionate Russian tourists. For example, in Greece and Cyprus there is no such problem, cats are treated very carefully there, there are feeders with dry food everywhere. And one more thing, several hotel buildings are being built nearby, construction has been going on for several years and it looks like it won't be the last, local workers are very unhurried. Visit time 22.08-03.09. Location - super to the sea. The sea is normal, but I didn't really like it. It's not a particularly good location for an excursion, it's far away. Food is a solid four. You should not take everything included. There is nothing on the beach. They only give 2 drinks by the pool, though for each family member. Do not expect to take everything in the bar without restrictions during the day. The carpet on the floor is the height of madness. If the air conditioner is set above 23 degrees, then be prepared for humidity and unpleasant odors. I wanted a more detailed review on my return to Russia.
