A wonderful family-run hotel. We really liked it. Especially for a child, a super pool with slides. They do not overcharge the menu, so you can order everything in the department. Pizza for 250 baht with seafood is simply magical. I honestly don't remember the price , but it 's not more expensive . The most important thing is that the hotel staff just become your family, everything is for the guest! Thank you very much for the rest. By the way, near the sea!!! And I make wonderful cocktails . I read a lot of negative reviews, but we had a great rest, I recommend the hotel. Cleanliness, silence in the hotel, lived in the 5th building, on the 1st floor, rooms are cleaned every day, any problem is solved instantly. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, shops, coffee near the hotel. The breakfasts are varied, lots of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, great omelets, pastries. The dinners were not rich to choose from, they did not stay hungry. Of course, the pools with slides are more for kids, there are not enough pools for adults. I recommend the hotel!)

The sea seems to be not far away, almost the second line. But.. The hotels of the first line have blocked everything, we have to go around for about 15 minutes. The beach is not bad, but without a toilet, sun beds are paid as everywhere else in principle. In general, I liked everything. It was the first time in Thailand, in principle, there is nothing to compare it with. As everyone says, the Asian 4 stars are deserved. For me, 2 stars at most. The rooms are not clean. The corridors are dirty. They have no concept of wet cleaning. Swept and that's it :)))) the furniture there is completely broken and ordered. When the repair was done in the room, after the repair, the walls and furniture were not even washed properly. There are finger marks and putty everywhere. But these are quibbles, of course. Overall , it 's good . Slides pool. The kitchen is good. Another thing I didn't like was that there was PAID tea at the dinner that was included in the rest:((((I came to have a buffet dinner, all business and tea is paid :))) the first time was a slight shock :))) in general, we recommend it. Excellent breakfasts - there is something to compare. Delicious dinners buffet system for 500 baht. Every evening there is a new menu and they bother with the design... Sooooo good staff. Everyone is happy, happy... there are nuances that travel agencies should explain when sending: a medium-hard mattress, towels are changed every day if you leave them on the floor (people unknowingly dry on balconies), soap is over, remove the caps and put them at the sink - they will fill immediately, do not throw hotel bottles out of the water-fine... to put new water, pour the remaining water into a kettle or glass, then it will be delivered. You can eat in the room only with the condition that you immediately take the bags out the door, otherwise ants will come and it is difficult to remove them... We have experienced it for ourselves. We will definitely come back here! At the end of November 2023, again He was visited. Dinners are now included in the tour price and are not paid separately, which is convenient, BUT they have become easier (less choice, but just as delicious). The pool bar menu with cocktails and snacks has been expanded. We took a family room with a bunk bed. You can't see it from the photo, but it's like a capsule hotel with its own lighting and charging. My son was very comfortable. One more moment! If you want the cleaning to be faster in time (not in the evening, since there are a lot of people), there is a small scoreboard at the door in the room with buttons: clean the room or do not disturb. Arriving in Phuket from faraway Siberia, we checked into a large Pamookkoo Resort 4-star hotel, with a beautiful pool area and water slides, a comfortable breakfast area, expecting that the room would also please us with its view of exotic nature! But alas and ah! When we went out on the balcony, we realized that all the delights described above were over, because our gaze rested on the blank wall of the next building, and below there was a terrifying view of the dump of toilets and their barrels, and all sorts of unnecessary utensils that had been accumulating for years! When asked to change the room, a Pegasus guide named Aya offered us a room two floors above ours, with exactly the same view, saying that we were not allowed a room with a view of the pool because of the Family category, which we did not have designated! We had Roh. The guide Aya did not respond to the letter sent by our tour operator to the support service either, but the hotel administration reacted, because the dump from the toilets began to decrease rapidly! Three days of attempts to relocate ended in nothing! The rest was completely ruined by huge cockroaches that walked around the 3rd building and ran into the room! I really wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, not this time! We wish you a sanitary cleaning and we will definitely come back to you, and guide Aya to be kinder and more attentive to vacationers!
