The location is great. The breakfasts are not very good. Purity is 3 out of 5, which is, in principle, the norm for Ty. However, beach towels can be very ugly with huge stains. The rooms are spacious. The staff is polite. English is spoken well at the reception. The rooms facing the slides are noisy. You can hear the slides working and people talking even from a closed balcony. We were surprised by the shakes in the bar, made not from fruits, but from packaged juice with ice.

It 's a great place , I went there with my child . You can't get it out of the pool :) the food is delicious, the only thing at the end of the vacation is tired of the monotony of food (for example, for dinner, the choice of hot is pasta / potatoes from meat nuggets or fried pork with onions. After reading the latest dissatisfied reviews, I was preparing for the worst.In vain.We were settled on the 3rd floor.The breakfasts are more than varied, there is everything.Apparently, those who have nothing more to complain about are unhappy.In the morning, many could have a great dinner, not that it was easy to have breakfast, many strenuously collected 10 plates each.They cleaned every day, changed towels, brought water.They always responded to requests.They did not use the water park, they preferred the sea.I will be happy to consider this hotel next time.

We had a rest in April 2024, moved here from the Orchid resort hotel, as the hotel was closing for repairs. Both hotels are Kata groups, but pamokko liked it many times more, the hotel almost pulls on 5*, there is something to compare it with, of course these are not the usual 5* hotels in Turkey/Egypt, and of course it's not the Maldives, but it's very good for Asia. Smiling and helpful staff. There were only breakfasts, we went 2 times, but it was very tasty, just enough, pancakes, omelette, fried eggs with liquid yolk and fried, several types of buns, croissants, oatmeal, papaya fruits, watermelon, dragon fruit, fresh vegetables, salad sauces, baked potatoes, fried noodles ala pad thai, sausages and td. You definitely won't stay hungry. The hotel is relatively new, spacious rooms, bathrobes only in the suites. There is a room with an iron on the ground floor near the reception. The only negative is cleaning, towels were changed every day, it smelled clean and fresh, they put a sign on the bed replacement - they changed, clean crisp new bed linen. But - the floors are not washed, after talking with people from other hotels, apparently they do not wash anywhere, they only sweep. In general, it did not bother, since they only came to the room to wash and sleep, it was nice to be there, but everything up to a certain point - 2 days before departure, a huge number of ants appeared, although they did not eat in the room once, of course, the reception immediately solved the issue and processed the room, reacted calmly, apparently this the norm. I recommend the hotel, there are a lot of children, everyone hangs out by the pool, you can't hear in the room, even though there was a view of the pool.

A wonderful hotel, we had a room with a sea view (although the sea was 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace, the sea was visible from the room). Our room was cleaned well, beach towels were changed daily. On the beach, we took sun beds under umbrellas for 100 baht for the whole day, very convenient. The breakfasts at the hotel are good, we went to breakfast early and there were no problems with places. But from 9 to 10 in the morning, it is difficult to find free tables.. We were at the hotel alone with my husband, without children, but we would love to return to this hotel with children, as the hotel has both pools and water slides.
