The worst hotel ((( does not even pull 2 stars! It's not too far to the sea. I did not like that the pool was already closed at 9 pm. Sometimes I want to shop at night. But most likely this is done for those living next to him so as not to disturb him at night. The breakfasts are good. The hotel corresponds to 4 stars. The rooms are clean, new, smoking is prohibited in them (as everywhere else). The scents of flowers and incense come from everywhere. The perfect tile in the yard, which is flooded with sunlight! And here you are in paradise. The concept of the hotel's architecture is minimalism and asceticism. But that's the beauty of it. Nothing superfluous, no burden. Cleanliness and spaciousness. Breakfasts for every taste : classic fried eggs, blind fried eggs, Thai omelet, fried rice, sausages, baked potatoes with cheese, milk porridge, Thai noodles with vegetables, fresh vegetables, sliced sausages and cheeses, toasts, butter, bread of several varieties, pastries, waffles, jams to them and all sorts of jams. Yoghurts, breakfast cereals for children counted 5 types, hot milk and cold. Coffee, tea, juices: orange, pineapple and mango. Herbal drinks are chilled. Fruit slicing: watermelon, pineapple, papaya. And even a fruit salad that can be seasoned to your liking. A riot of food, flavors and abundance. The sea is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. (and it's useful, believe me.Because it doesn't work out much to go anywhere else). The beach is clean, smoking is prohibited on it. And in the morning two young ladies go there and clean up the garbage on the sand. I personally met them. The sea is gorgeous, clean and warm. But beware of the first day of the sun. My self-confidence let me down, I burned out and spent the whole vacation swimming in a shirt. Ultraviolet light comes from all the cracks. He is ruthless and treacherous. Sightseeing tours are not cheap. We bought from Pegasus. Taking into account the so-called "discounts", I paid $ 430 for three excursions with a child together. Think for yourself, decide for yourself....The evening food market pleased me. Food for every taste and budget. But there is also a budget meal of 80 Baht. (about 175 rubles) noodles with shrimp. The plate is big, you won't stay hungry.For lovers of classic food, welcome to the minimarket. There you can buy everything in a package, individually and safely. If you disdain street food, the store is for you. In general, the impressions of the holiday are only positive, despite the contrasts of life on the street and the indigenous people. First of all, you come there for the sea, the sun, the tan and relaxation. And there's plenty of that. It is more pleasant to see smiling Thais than anxious Turks. But this is purely my opinion. The virtuality of the images on the site is 100% consistent with reality. You will remember the rest, I guarantee.

I do not recommend it We stayed at this hotel from January 4-17. We checked in in the evening and immediately went to the buffet at the hotel restaurant, we were surprised by the very dirty dishes in the main restaurant. We come for breakfast, the dishes are terrible... some of the guests came up and washed the dishes for themselves to eat from a clean plate and drink from a clean glass. The territory is not well maintained, dirty! We decided right away that we would not swim in the pool, there is absolutely no trust in the cleanliness of the pool! We went once with the children to the nursery (there is not much to play there, cartoons in Russian) and again it seemed that we went into a dusty room! After our numerous complaints, we were called to a meeting with the manager, and the next day a miracle happened, the dishes in the restaurant were clean!!!! but at the end of our vacation, apparently, the dishwashing detergent ran out again, since we can't find another explanation for why the dishes became dirty with streaks again. The cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired, but we turned a blind eye to it because we realized that we were not going to a luxury hotel! the food is poor-monotonous, tea-coffee - disgusting! We came to dinner 4 times, sometimes it was even delicious, we told the staff about it, which is super today! A 3-year-old child in the room hit her head hard, we went to put a seam in the hospital, we approach the reception, ask to call us a taxi to the hospital, refusal... Go and call a taxi there on the street, why??? 2 days ago, I called a taxi to the festival shopping center through the reception without any problems! And now, when the situation is not very favorable, you send me and the baby to run around in the heat in search of a taxi! It's good that we immediately met Aya, the only Russian-speaking manager at the hotel, and she helped us call a car to the hospital! On the last day, we approached Aya and asked to extend our room until 5 p.m. for free as compensation for the inconvenience incurred during our stay at the Pamookkoo hotel, we went to a meeting, thank you for this! Think carefully before booking a tour to this hotel, especially with children!

I was in Pamaku in March 2020, a great hotel! All Windows overlook the courtyard, the pool! Everything is new, the room is comfortable! The food at the Yue hotel is normal! There is a children's room, a gym. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception! The pool is open until 7 o'clock, I would like to have up to 10 hours, but it is clear that after 7 they chlorinate! There is a bit of a green "corner" missing on the territory! A cool new hotel. We rested from January 2 to January 14, 2020. A gorgeous location on Kata Beach. There is everything nearby: cafes, massage parlors, 5 minutes to the beach. Yes, for Pegasus seidka customers, 20% off the menu at the restaurant. If you are on vacation without children, it is better to go to another hotel. There are a lot of people for breakfast from 8.30 to 10.00 I definitely recommend it for a family vacation.

It is difficult to find a free table on the 1st floor from 9 a.m., but there is a 2nd floor, there were always places there. The hotel was built in 2019 and there is absolutely no greenery in the promo photo, but now everything has grown, the courtyard around the pool is very green and pleasant. What also captivated me was the normal accommodation of families with two children: most hotels will offer one double bed and one extra for four, while Pamookkoo offers a bunk bed in family rooms, everyone is comfortable and the children are happy with a double bed. The pool with slides is, of course, a hotel topic for discussion, which will appeal to both children and adults) The children couldn't get out of there and had to be persuaded to go to the sea)) The sound insulation is excellent (the sounds from the courtyard do not interfere), there were no animals in the room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The cleaning is good, the child wrote notes to the maid in English, to which she replied). Towels for the beach and shower were changed every day. The room has umbrellas in case of rain, a beach bag, bathrobes, flip-flops, shower products, bottled water, kettle, tea, well, everything is there). The only thing that wasn't there were disposable slippers, I would have known in advance, I would have brought my own. There is a large two-story children's room, but we had such a rich program that we didn't even use it once. The guests are 80% Russians, Chinese and very few other nationalities. I would certainly recommend Pamookkoo to all my friends who are going to Phuket. The hotel is ideal in terms of price, service and location.

The room was a family room with a bunk bed for children and one double bed (3315), the balcony overlooked the mountain with a Buddha. The rooms in the hotel are a bit strange. The sink is located right in the hallway at the entrance and the toilet door (it is also a closet). That is, you enter the room and if the closet is closed, then when you enter the room there is a toilet on the right (you go to the toilet and close the door, it turns out the closet is open). Something like that...in my opinion, it is very inconvenient. There were mosquitoes and some midges in the room, which we were bitten by, which was very unpleasant! I would also like to say about breakfast - you can choose, but day after day it's just the same (eggs, sausages, rice, fruits, vegetables, cheese, ham and tea). The road to the beach is through two roads and you need to bypass the concrete fence, it is at least 600 meters. There are a lot of cafes nearby, but since we didn't take any risks with the children, we went to a proven place called "Veranda" (Russian and Thai menus). All the families with children lived there! We rested from 15 to 27 m

We are very disappointed with this hotel! We haven't seen such a service anywhere else... which 4+?? Maximum 3-... The hotel is huge. First impression: "how beautiful!". BUT... the dishes in the dining room are dirty! You stand and look for cleaner... it's clear that they wash dishwashers, but they have to check. If it doesn't wash well, change the detergent. Everywhere we rested - it was always clean and tidy before 11 o'clock, the pool was cleaned at 6 o'clock - until the guests woke up. They clean up here every other time and it's sooo late! We returned to the room at about 14 o'clock, in 2 weeks we had already cleaned 4 times by this time. The rest of the days we caught them on the floor and asked them to put water and at least change towels. Once they didn't come to us at all, she went to the reception - they came to us at 17.30 🤦🏻♀️ They don't sweep the stairs like that at all.... We went down, there's a layer of dust. Someone dropped an ice cream cone at the main entrance. So no one washed this stain for a week))) The pool area starts to be cleaned at 9-10 o'clock. It's time for everyone to walk. A madhouse. Either the staff does not have enough to clean up such an area, or they do not care about the guests. Always in hotels, employees let guests into the elevator first, say hello! No one says hello here))) and the employee did not let us into the elevator, the first one ran in and waved "wait for the next one" 😂 In the elevator, the cladding fell off (the board), it was put on the 1st floor and it stood there for 2 days, but then no one put it in place. And on the day of packing our suitcase home, a COCKROACH visited us. It's a terrible sight!! It's probably 5cm in size and it's without a mustache.... I've only seen them in a terrarium before. It is clear that the tropics and this is normal for them, but it is very creepy.. We were there for the first and last time!
