I would like to leave my feedback on this institution. I've often heard that it's a very good place, and the coffee is also very good. I brought my mother there, I thought she would really like it there too. I'm even ashamed that I brought her there. We just encountered this for the first time in a coffee shop. There is no service at all. We ordered 2 coffees on the spot, firstly, we were not even told that our order was ready, I only found out about it when I came to the counter. The coffee was already cold. Usually, when you make an order on the spot in such establishments, they bring it to the table, but you had to take it yourself. Also, when I asked about the promotion, which they have written right on the front door, the girl at the checkout didn't even understand what I was talking about. I advise employees to also get acquainted with what promotions they have.
I really do not recommend this place. We regret that we came to you. I should have gone to a coffee shop further away, the service and quality of the coffee would have been much better. You don't even deserve one star.

In general, the mug is a complete disgrace. And I just don't like self-service coffee shops. They were given out as in the canteen, mugs into each other and onto a plate. And the spoons were placed next to the cake, one turned out to be a handle in it.
It's sad to say, but there was no paper in the toilet at all, including for hands, except for an overflowing trash can.
At first I put 3, but after the toilet there are already 2.

I love the Paragraph for the atmosphere , I was in almost all the coffee shops of the chain , including Kobrin and Brest . Very tasty cheesecakes!!
I also like the large number of seats with COMFORTABLE armchairs and chairs, absolutely near every table there are sockets and you can hang for 2 hours with a laptop and at the same time no one will look at you askance as if you were superfluous in the institution. Просто люблю это место, за атмосферу, за медовик!), В центре города, с видом на площадь победы, прелесть. Есть система лояльности, что тоже довольно приятно. Иногда правда как самообслуживание) (как заметила, каждые работники по-своему), мне, как человеку-рукожопу иногда напряжно бывает нести что-то самой до столика, было бы неплохо это исправить, а так все прекрасно, никогда никаких проблем не было

Доброго! Побывал в данном заведении на Независимости, 37. О хорошем в начале... Вкусные пироги. Очень приятный ретро интерьер. Торшеры, стулья, Правда местами смешанный с современным, видимо гости пополомали половину))). Просто обалденная картина на входе. Ну а в остальном: кофе так себе - ничего особенного. Чай (напиток) с имбирем и остальные вообще никакие! Никакого баланса, просто один имбирь. Обслуживания нет никакого, заказываешь за стойкой, потом кричат твое имя или фамилию и ты пробираешься от своего места через весь зал собственноручно забрать заказ, ка- эф - си какой-то(((. Заведение небольшое. Столы наставлены так, что между ними может пробраться только очень юркий и небольшой человек. Вентиляции нет никакой, крайне жарко и душно (ноябрь на дворе к сведению). Посетители 99% девушки 18-25 лет. Постоянный галдеж прямо у тебя над ухом. Ты сидишь спина к спине с кем-то и сбоку от тебя на расстоянии 20 сантиметров уже люди за соседним столиком. Так что если вы любите баню в одежде, шум как на базаре, томный запах пота юных студенток, то вам сюда - 100%.
И все бы терпимо, если бы не цены - они просто конские!!! Имбирный напиток, кофе, 2 куска пирога весом граммов 200 - 35 рублей на 11.2022. И это перекус на двоих, заскочили на 15 минут. Перекусить))). Такая же цена за такие же опции будет в самых лучших ресторанах города, но уже с отличным обслуживанием и гораздо лучшего качества. Вообщем такое чувство, что просто студенткам из ближайших вузов просто некуда больше деваться или PR и соц. сети внушили им мысль, что здесь как бы круто. Никто и никогда меня не уговорит более зайти в заведение с таким названием. И вы, если цените спокойствие, уют, внутренний комфорт и уважительное отношение, тоже лучше туда не заходите)))

Как шеф повар,выскажу професиональное мнение.
1.Два сендвича 25 минут?на посадке из 3 столов?
2.Цена качество вообще мимо.Самый дешевый томат,твердый авокадо,хлеб для тостов далеко не харрис.Сендвичи даже не обжарены на гриле.
-1 звезда за долгое ожидание заказа.

Были с сестрой в этом заведении всего лишь раз, но немного были огорчены одним моментом. В целом напитки довольно вкусные, мы брали молочные коктейли, атмосфера приятная, но есть один большой минус, который портил нам приятное времяпровождения это ужасный шум, который доносился из помещения для персонала, то ли ремонт был, то ли готовили так громко, но особо желания задерживаться не было, быстро выпили свои напитки и ушли , рекомендую к посещению другой paragraph тоже в центре города, но атмосфера там однозначно лучше, ходили туда не раз.
