A wonderful hotel, the only drawback is the disassembly with WiFi, but this is also all solvable! 5+!!! New bottles of drinking water are brought every morning (do not throw away the bottles in the room, they send them to be refilled). At 52 (or 53, I don't remember exactly) there is a chic revolving restaurant, the hotel has a swimming pool and an aquapark, which they give you free tickets to visit. Excellent "Russian" market in 3-4 minutes walk, shops, currency exchange offices, massage parlors. The rooms are good, the air conditioners are working properly. There is a laundry service at the hotel, a flyer is in the room, and the menu is entirely in English. The video shows the view from the restaurant, the exact same view from the hotel!

There's some kind of construction going on at the water park.The hotel is not new, but the rooms are clean, and the reception staff does not understand Russian well.In the evening, we got to the closed gate once, when we were walking from the sea, we had to go around the territory of the hotel that is nearby.On the territory of the park at the hotel there are carousels for children and adults. There is a funicular. And a bungee jump from the tower of the main building.There is a Russian market with food and things nearby, as well as an exchange and all kinds of salons.

The sea view is amazing, especially at sunset. The room is large, cleaning every day, towels and water are always available. The territory is well maintained, there are pools and attractions, the children are definitely not bored. The breakfasts are simple, without much variety, but there is a market and shops nearby. In the rooms, air conditioners with a central heating system are noisy but perform their function. If you left in the morning for an excursion and forgot to turn on the air conditioner, someone will turn on who will clean the room. The bedclothes were always changed. In general, the hotel is cool, there are few people, I think it's too hot right now and supposedly out of season.The daughter's extra bed was brought almost immediately. There were two beds and a comfortable dryer on the balcony, everything dries well, there is no strong humidity, like in Sri Lanka. There is water in a glass bottle in the room, it should not be thrown away, it was refilled and cleaned every day. There was a kettle, tea, coffee. And there is a small amusement park. There is also a train running along the top, it costs 100 baht, as a sightseeing trip turns out. You can also fly from the topmost tower or go down in a booth from there. We kept postponing and so did not go, the prices could not be found, they pass by the ticket offices. There is a safe in the room, a hairdryer, a kettle, spoons, cups, saucers, a refrigerator, a TV (but I don't know the channels, I flipped through them, it was in Thai, I didn't watch it), the Internet worked perfectly. They gave me a coupon for a water park when I checked in, I didn't use it, I don't know how it is, but the slides are small, not like in Turkey, Egypt). The staff is polite and helpful. If you don't want to go anywhere during the day, then you can have a snack in a cafe downstairs and go to the pool. In general, the hotel price and quality are normal. It makes no sense to overpay and take a five, as in Egypt and Turkey, because you don't spend much time at the hotel. We go to Tai every year in winter. In spring and autumn to other countries. We will wait for the new winter and come to this hotel again.

The only major disadvantage for us was the breakfasts - the food was barely warm every day, there was little choice, all the dishes smelled unpleasantly of some kind of swamp, and we also saw how an employee added rice to the common container, and then removed the leftovers from the spoon with his finger, just a nightmare. My husband was poisoned during his vacation, we don't know exactly what caused it, but we didn't rule out the possibility that he was having breakfast at the hotel. If it were possible to take the option without breakfast, then next time we would book this hotel again.
