Should not go the restaurant.
We ordered 800gram lamb meat “Kuurdak” then they served huge femur bone and over fried small and hard meat.
Very much difference with picture.
And most sad issue was every employee was take dinner and watch us and lough and talk.
It was terrible experience that's ever in Uzbekistan.
They should shame it.

A good cafe, delicious food, large portions.
There are tables both on the street and inside the cafe , they work until 0:00 , which is very convenient , we traveled all over Samarkand in search of an extensive menu at a later time, the staff is friendly, the food is served quickly. I recommend it!!!

Not a bad place. Comfortably. It's hospitable. After a long walk around Samarkand, we stopped for dinner. The menu is modest, but tasty and not expensive. We were even allowed to connect to WiFi. Special thanks for that.

Of course, the level here is more of a dining room than a cafe. We ate the pilaf, it was delicious. But the service, of course, is lame. And the restroom, it's generally trash... Behind the screen you go to the toilet, along a mini corridor with artificial flowers, incomprehensibly old or with a layer of dust that won't wash off.., the door to the toilet is smeared with paint so that it doesn't shine through... !! It is necessary to think over the cafe above the restroom, and make it cozy and clean.

Disgusting. The pilaf was "cooked" in 3 minutes. It is clear that they warmed up, but it was like yesterday's portion. The rice is already dried. They threw a piece of tasteless beef on top, they didn't even cut it up. Pilaf + tea 45 thousand. I was alone in the hall and there was a table where the owners/employees were sitting. And even so, I counted on myself. Judging by the reaction, the guys didn't expect anyone to come today at all, now I understand why. An ordinary cafe with a "big name", not really related to the Center of pilaf.
Hot serving takes 10-15 minutes, the prices are average.
The portions are normal in volume.
The pilaf itself tastes like 4 cups (and not quite "in Samarkand (rice is not dark)).
Manta rays are delicious
Lagman for 3 minutes (even seemed slightly sour).

The food is very poor.

The kebab is microscopic, rubbery, hard and also made from leftover meat.
Liquid tea seemed to be brewed in one bag in twenty liters of water.
It is better not to go into the bathroom at all.
The overall situation is terrible, everything is done on the knee and without any thought.

We looked at the reviews and decided to go in for dinner. We ordered pilaf and lagman. The pilaf is normal, but the lagman turned out to be sour and spoiled. To which there was an explanation that spices were unusual for us in lagman. Definitely, these are not spices, but spoiled lagman. We were offered to replace it with another lagman (a good one)🤦♀️. Be careful, otherwise, after eating at this cafe, you can spoil your vacation.

Обязательно бронируйте заранее, плова может и не быть к 12-13 дня. Людей много, все прибегают за пловом. Администраторы или хозяева всегда готовы объяснить и подсказать, иногда и поболтать! Обстановка обычной столовки. Порции огромные, предлагают на выбор разные салаты и напитки. Плов неплох, мяса можно немного побольше :) цены адекватные, сходить хоть разок стоит
