Amazing and picturesque landscape But the staff isn’t qualified, they don’t care of guests, unpleasant smell in a restaurant , overcooked food in both restaurants.

Last week, my family and I had a wonderful trip to Pine River, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We were especially impressed by the front counter staff, particularly Sergey, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. There were so many amazing and fun activities for everyone to enjoy, including buggy cars, horse riding, the rope park, zipline, T-Park, and even a pottery workshop. One of the highlights for us was the BBQ experience — the hotel thoughtfully provided charcoal and a complete BBQ set, making it a perfect and memorable family moment. This was already our second visit to Pine River, and it certainly won’t be the last. We had such a great time and are already planning to return this summer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Overall stay was good, we booked return transportation to Moscow and they delayed almost 1 hour 30 minutes!! the kept saying wait 3 minutes and again 5 minutes and so on. Also the restaurant should be improved to include Halal food since there is not alternatives.
