It's a terrible place. We had to go for the menu ourselves, the waiters were very busy talking to each other. The waiting time for the dish is 50 minutes. Despite the fact that the landing is incomplete, there are a lot of empty seats. The "salad with warm beef" was brought with cold, over-dried pieces of meat.. The refrigerator (!) which you just need to pour into a bowl and serve, we waited an hour and a half.. Drinks are no faster. It's long, tasteless and soulless.

Yesterday, my friends and I came to this place, a disgusting place.
No one met us at the entrance, but the waitress almost knocked us down, she did not stop, did not apologize and ran on))
We had to look for a table ourselves
All the available tables are dirty, and the staff does not pay any attention.
On the second floor, a waiter met a guy who still found a table for us, albeit dirty.
We were served by a waiter girl
When ordering a steak, she clarified the roasting with me - medium rer
After 10 minutes, she came up to me and said that the kitchen only cooks - rer/mediu/well dan (why?) as a result, I chose rer
I asked her to remove / replace the slices from the steak, to which she replied they go as an additional, so they will not be there.
I ordered fresh, which I received 20 minutes after ordering.
My friend received the slices 10 minutes after the return of the refrigerator.
After almost an hour of time, they bring me a steak with slices, i.e. the waiter does not know the composition of the dishes, and the roasting was medium well in the end)
Although it was stated that they do not have such roasts.
I had to give up the dish and go hungry.
There is a house going on in the institution: everyone is running around, making mountains of dishes on empty tables, dissatisfied guests are around.
Think several times about whether it is worth going to such a place.

I asked for matcha tea with coconut milk, they brought it with ordinary cow's milk, then they redid it, they brought a good one. Pizza on thin dough is delicious, but the dough is too thin. Kholodnik is the most delicious of all that I tried in Minsk, I will never forget it, write a recipe)

The place itself is nice, modern and cozy, I've been there several times before and I've always been satisfied with the price/quality ratio. But on 07/20/2023 I wanted to spend time with my family - it was my birthday. I had reserved a table for 5 people for the evening. We arrived at the appointed time, it was clear that the landing was complete. It turned out that our table was not booked, the administrator only offered what was "left": a couple of seats on the aisle and on the terrace, but not for 5 people, and ran away. Unfortunately, it became very unpleasant that it was supposed to be a family evening, and I had to urgently look for a new place. I wanted to write to the complaint book right away, but I didn't want to waste time and spoil the mood even more, because I still had to look for a new place, so at least I'll write here. I give 1 star for the fact that last year the staff prepared for this, and everything was on the level. Shoals happen everywhere, and I understand this, but the employee did not want to solve the problem in any way, said which places were left and ran on about his business, it became absolutely unpleasant from this attitude.

I've been here more than once. But this time the service was disgusting. The restaurant was absolutely not loaded: 4 tables on the 1st floor were occupied. But despite this, I waited until the order was accepted for 20 minutes, the waiters simply did not notice, even when I tried to call. The same thing happened when I asked for the bill: I waited 20 minutes for it to be picked up and calculated. The girl was nice, but forgetting about the presence of customers is something new, definitely not the level of this restaurant!

The waiter at this establishment was interested in whether to give the appliances or not. I probably thought that we would eat with our hands. 😀. I asked for coffee right away, waited 15 minutes, asked, they replied that it was the turn for coffee. After 10 minutes, I asked the administrator again. He promised that they would bring it in 2 minutes, they brought it in 4 minutes. And a minute later, the food was already brought. Funny!

Today we were with a friend in a cafe, pizza Tempo ,at 18 Independence Avenue , the service was terrible ,we stood for 10 minutes waiting for the table to be cleared after other people, although a large number of staff walked around the hall. No one even looked out of them that the table was dirty and needed to be cleaned .The girl who served us walked around with a dissatisfied face.And when there were dirty dishes on the table, she passed by, as if we were not there, so it should be visible. And when she came up, she didn't even ask if we liked everything. Evaluation 1. Please improve the quality of service.

I often go to the establishments of the Pizza Tempo chain. And I usually like everything very much. Today, for the first time, I was at the address Independence - 18. I didn't like the service and the service. A dirty glass was served with a bottle of water (dusty, streaked, I even took a photo). After a long wait, the glass was changed. The waiter Anastasia did not specify whether to bring me a cappuccino with a croissant or immediately. As a result, the coffee froze while I was waiting for the croissant. After the main meal, the croissant board was removed, but the empty cup of coffee, used napkin, and crumbs were not removed... I had to eat for another half hour with crumbs on the table and dirty dishes. In the end, I did not get the expected pleasure from visiting the cafe, although the food was delicious. I consider such things unacceptable in the work of the institution.

We celebrated a birthday, ordered desserts after the main courses, the waiter disappeared from sight for exactly half an hour with the hall empty. We waited 40± minutes.
At a quarter to eleven, the waiter came up with the bill and said that the kitchen was closing, when asked about desserts, only a questioning expression appeared on his face.

Tea was brought immediately , although it is logical to assume that tea is drunk with dessert , well , or at least to clarify whether to bring drinks immediately or not . The gender of the trouble . Next , the salad was brought . While my mom was eating it, 2 people were sitting and looking into her mouth. Next, after eating the salad, gratin was brought, we also waited for the person to eat it . And then the strudel was brought to us. Why did we receive our dishes at the same time as we had to? And the third person , who ordered only dessert , had to wait until everyone else had eaten their dishes . Why didn't the waiter bother to ask when to serve dessert to someone who is just waiting for him ? I would really like the management to pay attention to what kind of "service" their employees provide.

A complete failure.
We waited for the waiter for 25 minutes, we didn't wait. Let's go call ourselves.
Next, 1 standard pizza was cooked for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
(It is worth noting here that the waiter warned that the waiting time is up to an hour maximum, rather less) but 1 hour and 10 minutes for pizza....What can be done for so long with the hall filled by 1/3, I can't imagine. Despite the fact that other people brought the same pizza a little faster.
Also, the waiter did not ask when to bring drinks and during these 70 minutes my drink has long cooled down.
No apologies for the delay, there was nothing.
Just the shock of the service. I recommend avoiding Tempo pizza. There are plenty of decent establishments nearby with fast and adequate service.
