I stopped by the restaurant on Independence 18 at 22.15 on August 8, asked for a pizza to take away, paid for it, returned for pizza 5 minutes before closing, which I warned the waiter about when ordering. I was told that my pizza was given to another customer, the kitchen is closed and they can't help me in any way

For the first time we visited Tempo pizza on independence, the service is low.Before we could sit down at a table, the waiter immediately came up and warned that the pizza cooking time would not be earlier than in an hour, well, we agreed, but of course the strange time was announced, since there were empty tables and each of the visitors had dishes on the table.Later, the waitress came and took our order, the pizza was delivered in 15 minutes, faster than promised, and then we were disappointed, instead of the ordered thin dough, there was an ordinary pita bread, a swollen ball of dough on the side, I'll attach photos, I really squeezed it with my finger while it was hot, so only the bun is visible from the side.The filling is thrown just like, in one place, pieces of chicken, in another there is emptiness.The worst thing is that when we began to try it, it turned out not to be cut, as it should be served, we called the waiter and she assured us that it was cut and when we showed her that it was not, she agreed with us, took it away and brought it already cut.The pizza tasted dry and tasteless. We ordered two salads (one of which had chicken as dry as pizza)cocktails and a glass of dry wine, as the girl carefully wrote everything down, but she did not bring us wine, but we did not even remind her because we decided to leave this institution.This was the first and last visit to tempo pizza

Pizza failed to taste. We wanted to order with us, offered to wait 1-1.5 hours. In the end, we decided to stay in the cafe, but the waiting time has not changed!

Excellent modern interiors (the only plus of the establishment), cheerful promises of the stewardess at the entrance to serve in half an hour, which turned into an hour and forty (!), a constant change of waiters (actually 5 people passed through our table without repeating themselves). Food: initially, it should have been alerted that a good half of the menu contained pizzas and pastas, which I did not want to eat in the heat, respectively, from what I remember, these are, perhaps, nuggets with fries for a child, which were more or less cheerful. Look at the drop of canned tuna in the nicoise salad in the photo; the mojito was thin and tasteless, with rotten mint; boiled carrots were remembered in olivier. I've been to various Pizza tempo establishments about 6 times, but I was shocked for the first time. Perhaps the kitchen of the entire network has deteriorated, or maybe the problem is in a particular place.
The pasta felt and looked like it was reheated - dry spaghetti, burnt pasta in places. The waiter referred to the fact that the dishes had been standing under the lamp for a long time, and then said that other customers had complained and perhaps it was the pasta itself…
The strudel also turned out to be different from before - smeared on a plate and "tired". The ice cream was brought melted.
The interior of the place is good, fresh design, neat.
Marumi was unlucky-most of the places are in the basement. It's not very pleasant.
Taking into account the above, let's try this network again, but in a different place.

Quiet horror. It's time for a business lunch. We waited an hour. The funniest thing is the 2nd floor, there are about 30 seats at least. There were 5 of us, and no one else. For an hour they brought us soup and a cutlet. The soup was brought, but no spoons were brought. We waited another 10 minutes for the spoon. There are no words, everything is cold and tasteless. I got really poisoned there yesterday. I ate a salad with avocado and salmon in the evening. When they brought it, I was surprised that there were only 2 fish and they seemed to be pickled. But I ate it, it was fine until I came home 2 hours later. I began to feel sick and my stomach was twisting. As a result, I greeted the salad in the morning, and lay on sick leave all day. I won't take any more chances. Apparently, there are few people walking, the food is spoiling, so the fish was trimmed and given to me.
