I ordered a takeaway from tempo pizza at 6 Bobruisk Street. After a couple of minutes, they called and confirmed the order. Arriving at the place 5 minutes before the appointed time, I was told to wait a little bit due to the fact that the order is still being prepared. 13 minutes later, they called me and apologized because, it turns out, the order was not even transferred to the kitchen and asked if I was ready to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any more free time to wait. We are frequent visitors and every time it gets worse and worse. The last time it was just terrible. For a long time, it was terribly tasteless, the last one was brought to the child, they managed to spoil the pasta, all 4 dishes were not salty, the squid was not cleansing, the lemonade was tasteless with a lot of ice and that it was strawberry was not even felt.

We arrived at Tempo today at about one o'clock in the afternoon – an empty hall, at least 4 waiters were running around the hall. The girl brought the menu and.. and everything. We waited for the waiter for more than 20 minutes, while the hall, as I mentioned above, was half empty and the waitress was not alone on shift. As a result, they gathered and left hungry. Once we were in this restaurant on Friday evening, there was a full boarding and dinner took a little more than an hour and a half, mainly because of the wait for the waiter. Then everyone understood that a full landing is okay, it happens. But in a half–empty restaurant, waiting for a waiter for more than 20 minutes is very unpleasant (especially when compared with similar establishments in the same price category and food quality). In general, we are unlikely to come to this restaurant again, only if we want to spend 40 unforgettable minutes waiting for the waiter and another hour in total waiting for dishes and a receipt.

It will be about an institution in Galileo.
They didn't come up to us for 20 minutes, but nothing, there were a huge number of people.Of the three dishes, only 1 was edible.The pasta was cold, everything stuck together and took a solid shape (it was cooked for 45 minutes)
But ... the worst thing is your staff.They stand next to each other and swear , rub against each other .Before my eyes, two companies left because your people were standing somewhere cooking, but did not approach the guests.
And now we turn to dessert :
There is no substance between the Waiter and the guest, Your waiter (the girl ) began to get personal, ask questions that do not relate to food (and I ask you to replace , we came there to eat ).For some reason, she started telling me that she broke her leg with a child on the carpet (I don't need this information, we came to eat!)
Honestly, it's such a horror.I held my breath in silence until she left, so as not to say something very bad to her.

The pizza is delicious, but there was quite a little filling, you can eat it in principle. The menu says that salted raff is served with roasted walnuts, of course they brought it without it, they clarified why, in response they received "I forgot to warn you, the nut is over." Gratin didn't have enough spices, but it was generally fine. We waited a long time until they came to us, then waited for the bill for 20 minutes, if not more. In general, we do not recommend it.

All three stars for the fact that the food was quite tasty. We didn't find any more advantages.
Tables are not cleaned for a long time after visitors, because of this there is nowhere to sit, although there are enough vacant tables. Moreover, only the dishes are cleaned, and the tables are wiped only after a request. If you don't ask to wipe, they put the menu on top of the crumbs.
The staff is polite, but either there is not enough of it, or they have not been taught how to work, or no one cares. We arrived at 14.10. The order was accepted from us only at 14.45, when we were about to leave. It was impossible to hurry the waitress or just say that we were ready to order, as she simply did not pass by our table. Dessert was brought before the main course, which surprised me: usually they either ask when to bring sweets, or they bring them after the hot one by default. We received the main course (pizza) at 15.30. We had to eat in a hurry, as we were already afraid of missing the minibus (intercity).
I do not recommend it.
