The atmosphere is pleasant, the waiters are always polite, the location is excellent. There are sometimes questions about the kitchen, in particular, recently ravioli tasted more like dumplings. However, in general, I like the place, of course, there are never any questions about pizza - it has been delicious for many years and for sane money.

The food is always delicious, but the service is from time to time. This time, the word was not lucky at all. One waiter found out that we were looking for a table, went to look for it and just didn't come back, and the rest just passed by, found a table themselves, sat there for 15-20 minutes, but no one came up to us.

The waiters do not know the sequence of serving dishes. During the two hours spent there, a pile of garbage (napkins and packages from tubes) was removed only after my request. Considering that my friend and I ordered drinks at the same time, they were brought to us with an interval of 5-10 minutes. We carried orders for a very long time, 15-20 minutes between each one.

Thanks for the service to the waiter Igor P (I don't remember the last name). Attentive, confident, knowledgeable about the standards of service (it remains to work on the correct serving of dishes, which hand to serve). Thanks to the chef for the pasta separately. It would not hurt to carry out a general cleaning of the hall (where the outerwear is very dirty). It's nice to be in an institution with such good service. Don't slow down!

It is difficult to imagine the worst service: sat 4 pm, waiting for the order to be accepted-20 minutes, they asked to bring dessert at the end-it was brought before the ordered soup and also asked to take it now. They asked to bring an extra chair, but they did not wait. They asked for the bill 2 times, they brought it in 20 minutes .. The table was not cleaned, although they sat and talked for another hour after the calculation. It is unlikely that I will come here again.

Just yesterday I went to the institution.
1. Waiters do not assume a place, they have to wander around the restaurant in search of an empty table.
2. The waiter is a girl (I don't remember the name, but with dark hair and swarthy appearance) - she seems to be in her head at all. She constantly asked for the order and not only at our table. Even when I brought the tea, I clarified what kind we had
When they asked for the bill, they just handed it to us over the back (there was a place at the cash register). Well, I didn't have to use the terminal myself.
I actually threw the check on the table somehow. A very strange girl.
3. Food. I'm sure there are questions about the freshness of the ingredients. In the evening after the visit I felt disgusting.
Of the advantages: tea. It was delicious.

A great place with a good zoning of the hall for both a couple and a noisy company. The menu is based on a variety of pizzas (which is understandable), delicious pastas, burgers and a versatile cuisine like steaks, casseroles, salads have appeared. There are seasonal dishes and drinks. The dessert menu is not very good. The prices are very pleasant, the waiters are as lucky as you are.

We were at this place yesterday. The girl first wanted to order cheesecakes, but the waiter said that this was the morning menu and it was served until 12 o'clock. After that, they wanted something else, but it was already a lunch menu - up to 4. From the third time, they were able to choose what they could cook for her.
I think that the menu should have tables of contents: "morning menu", "lunch menu", etc., with time stamps

If you want a good pizza, you're definitely NOT here.
It leaves much to be desired, they brought barely warm, there is little filling - the price tag is not high, but considering the quality it should be much cheaper.
I liked the drinks and the cocktails too. There are no complaints here. But alas, I will not visit this institution anymore.

The kitchen and bar on the day of the visit were simply killed. We ordered cocktails (alk. mojito and long idend), so both were diluted and alcohol was not felt from the word at all. Well, they were excluded from the receipt without any problems. Two lasagnas: one was brought in 20 minutes, and the second in 40. But we made a 15% discount. Here the staff worked perfectly on anti-conflict. The steak was asked for medium roast and with French fries, they brought it with no roasting and without potatoes (allegedly I did not say). A very passable place, aimed at flow, not quality. In the former UFO (Iceberg) everything is several times better.
