The worst pizza, the worst service!
We ordered pizza for a children's birthday (6 pizzas promotion).
We delivered 6 boxes on time.
Pizzas are a complete disappointment, it was a shame to open the boxes in front of the guests. A thin dry pancake with a minuscule filling.
When we returned home from the holiday, I left a review on the site, which, of course, was not published. They called and asked how to resolve this misunderstanding, and offered a 10% discount. I replied that with such a quality of food, I didn't need this discount.
In response, the manager began to justify that the pizzeria has norms for food bookmarks. Contacting the management if they value their reputation!
Do you seriously think that 6 naked pancakes with a pinch of filling is the norm? Shame.

How we decided to have dinner before going to the cinema.
A waitress with nails 2 centimeters from the pads of her fingers😯 After ordering, the girl brought the appliances. And a couple of minutes later another waiter came asking if we needed the appliances. How's that?? The medium-rare steak turned out to be not average at all. And the waitress's long fingernail touched the meat. They asked us to redo it, but they didn'T bring us a new dish, but "fried" the old steak. We were disappointed with such service and such a solution to problems with low-quality food! The place has always been good!

It was necessary to find some place where there is a standard soup for the baby. Just this place turned up with its borscht. We took a salmon tartare each. Very fresh and easy.
The waitress was quite polite and friendly.
The only disadvantage in this establishment is the lack of a brand. The logo looks outdated and raw. The name is unclear.
I can't say anything about the main product.

I've been to this place a couple of times and never set foot again.
The pizza is so-so, the filling is simply put from the leftovers, dry dough and a few smeared shrimp ...
The beer was brought spoiled, apparently decanted from the slop, fortunately it was changed for a remark, BUT how can you carry two glasses of beer for more than 20 minutes?
They carried pasta to a friend for 50 minutes and then, when they already urgently asked the waiter where the pasta was..
In general, the place is so-so, it's worse here than Saigon on the train, everyone goes back and forth, a lot of people are walking straight from the train / bus with suitcases.

My husband and I came to this place, we were looking for a table ourselves, because there was not a single waiter in the hall, and even if they came, they were indifferent to the customers, they could stand at the counter and chat with each other. The same situation with the menu, we sat and just tried to catch the waiter for 15 minutes!!! A very long service, and the complete indifference of the waiters, just to chat and stand with each other.The food is 3.5, it feels like they are sparing the ingredients…
Therefore, if you want to save time and mood, it is better to avoid this place.

Tempo pizza is far from the same!
25.08 we went in with a friend while she was waiting for her bus. Cocktails cannot be ordered - the ice has run out. Croissants are also out. My friend didn't like Caesar (the sauce is like mayonnaise). The pizza is quite normal, but it used to be better. The waiter was waited for a long time, and so were the orders. We visited this place before leaving Minsk to have dinner and pass the time before the train.
The restaurant is located in the Galileo shopping center, next to an institution called Cornflowers. Actually, this is one network. The waiter claimed that the chefs were different, which influenced the decision to have dinner at this institution. I wrote a review about Cornflowers, and the review was negative. The fact that this is one network with Cornflowers is annoying.
There is no interior, tables for two, four and six people. The lights above some tables are very low, which is quite inconvenient. The hostess, of course, is not there, the waiter greets. The waiter does not know what Milanese and Neapolitan pizza are, how they differ. It's strange for an institution that positions itself as a pizzeria.
Borscht is not saturated, because if it is cooked in broth, then it is very weak. There are no beef cheeks either. I got two tiny pieces.
Blueberry tea with raspberries - there is no declared blueberry puree! But I found a cherry there.
The approach to the tables is only with food. After the waiter found out the opinion about borscht, he stopped being interested in impressions and generally lost all interest in guests.
Of course, this institution cannot be recommended in any way! Try to avoid it!

The most terrible service. The waiters don't come for more than 10 minutes.
We wanted to eat with the children, 3 tables by the window with dirty dishes, and the waiters are standing by themselves, no problem.They asked 1 to clean for us, the dishes were removed. There are crumbs left. We asked, we asked. As a result, the waiter from the cornflower came and defiantly wiped the crumbs on the floor.
With the comment 'unfortunately, that's how it is' and left.
To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing.
