We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and are planning more. Great location- close to the airport, while no planes are heard, the views from the hotel are a million. The rooms are all excellent, no matter what the location. Those who cannot walk on the ascents call for a buggy. The breakfasts are rich with wonderful views of either the sea or the cascading pond. The staff is helpful. There is a ladder for half a minute to the sea, if it is difficult, then they will lower it and lift it from the other side by car. The beach is beautiful, small, and there is a service with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as stalls with fruits and food. Restaurants with Thai cuisine (there are no others), cafes, massage parlors, pharmacies. We were both in season and out of season - in July, we liked it even more than in season. The waves allow you to spend time in the water energetically. Of course, you have to be reasonable, but it's very cool.

The hotel is gorgeous, there's nothing to complain about. The breakfasts are great, if you don't know what breakfast is, you might think you got to lunch or dinner, there is everything from soups to ham, red fish and other goodies. The territory is stunningly beautiful!!!! It's a minute's walk up the stairs to the beach, although we traveled by car through the territory itself, it's hard to walk uphill back and forth. It's a 20-minute drive from the airport. The beach is nice, clean, the entrance is shallow. There are all kinds of shops and lots of cafes nearby. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning with a change of linen, etc. The staff is polite. There is a deposit upon arrival, 20,000 baht was given for 10 nights, this is 60 thousand rubles, 18 thousand baht was returned for the month before departure, the remaining 2 thousand baht was returned on the day of departure. In general, the hotel is gorgeous, everything is visible in the photo, but it is certainly far from budget.

There are two restaurants for dinners, Italian and Thai, we went to both, they cook well, the prices are above average. A great hotel, premium, the prices are appropriate, but the room service is appropriate. Everything is great, I recommend it, the huge territory of the hotel, although everything is on the mountain, there are terraces across the zones. It's very beautiful, atmospheric, lots of exotic plants, all in the shade, two excellent pools, a gym with good views. There is a wonderful restaurant just behind the barrier to the right, they really put three fans around the table, the menu is excellent, the food is delicious, it feels like a family business, they appreciate the client, I recommend it. Further to the right, restaurants are 500 meters across the road, but something is too "greasy" and there is no comfort, although it seems beautiful too.

Amazing hotel, very good service, good food, swimming pool with sun loungers. Upon arrival at the airport, a transfer is waiting, usually a toyota camry, and there is a bottle of water in the car immediately. It takes literally 10-15 minutes to drive from the airport, and it's a long drive to the busiest and most crowded areas, usually 40-60 minutes. You can also call reception and an electric car will drive up to your room and take you to breakfast, to the lobby or to the pool. The territory is large, so it's better to use cars. Good afternoon! Three stars only for the location. The rest is much lower than expected. The staff behaves arrogantly and indifferently, but not all, there are individuals at the reception (the manager, the girl with short blond hair and, in principle, her staff on shift at the reception) they are not interested in the questions of the guests at all. The decoration in the rooms is no good for the declared level of the hotel, although the overall concept and location are unique, the rooms are worn out, and there is a musty smell. The breakfasts are very average, the pools are poorly cleaned, the exit from the hotel to the sea is not cleaned by either the hotel or the administration, garbage is lying around. At the exit to the beach from the hotel, there is some kind of unauthorized parking by local taxi drivers.

It 's like you 're not there , all the staff is busy with their own business . They have sooooo many rooms. There are only 7 villas. So the capacity of the hotel is huge. But there was no feeling of a crowd because they provided 2 pools at two different ends of the territory. The cost of a massage at a hotel spa is on average the same as in the Maldives. But! In the Maldives, of course, there is no choice. Either you do it at the hotel, or you stay without a massage. They can put any price there, and they will be right. And here, this price tag is a little off topic, to be honest. When exactly the same masseuses 300m from the hotel will do exactly the same massage 5-10(!) times cheaper, The difference of 2-3 times is absolutely clear- no questions asked. But 5-10 is too much, I think. The hotel offers various activities - stretching, yoga, Pilates - for every taste - choose and or👌🏽 I almost forgot another plus - there is a yoga mat in the room, 2 2kg dumbbells and a portable leg bending machine (you put a small hoop between your legs and squeeze your hips) - this is an absolute plus 👌🏽 The result is this - the villa is just 10 out of 10! To get to the beach, you need to go down a very steep staircase. Going down is generally not a problem, but going back is a whole physical workout, taking into account the fact that you still carry at least a wet beach towel with you, which you need to return to the hotel. However, a tuk-tuk goes to the beach every hour and will take you for free ... if there is enough space))) there is also a tuk-tuk on the territory of the hotel that takes hotel guests to their rooms... we walked only for breakfast (since the descent is down), but the descents are also very steep. The second disadvantage of the hotel is that after sunset, somewhere from 18:30 to 21:00 it gets insanely stuffy and humid, you go out on the balcony and melt like a candle + a huge number of mosquitoes and other midges that simply destroy if you do not use repellents. In general, for me, I won't come back here anymore, because I need the sea and the beach, and carrying towels with me, depending on the bus, is not ice at all. And if you like to sunbathe by the pool, then the Pullman is a great choice!!!!!

We spent 2 weeks in Pullman Arcadia and we didn't have enough. This hotel impressed us to the core and has remained in my heart forever. I have never visited the same hotel twice before. Rooms, service, food, pool class. Everything is at a good level. But. The hotel is located on a mountain. Moving around the hotel by car - cars. Which you order or wait for the next one to arrive and you will be taken to all the rooms to whom to exit. You can walk, but it's difficult. Because of this, walking around the hotel is excluded. From point to point and not in the heat of course. And the beach. A 5* hotel without its own beach. There is no equipped place of its own. I understand that this is a nature reserve and you can not put sun beds. But some area can be improved without them. Carts can take you to the beach. Back on foot. We walked through the pool and up the stairs. A good fitness load every day, of course)) I am writing these moments to you on purpose. So that you carefully consider these nuances for yourself.

This is a very cool hotel!!! Quiet, calm!!! An ideal place to relax with children!!! There are two pools, one of them with a white sand beach. It's perfect for toddlers. A large selection of dishes for breakfast. Large territory, lots of greenery!!!

I don't recommend it. The rooms are old, the hotel is tired, located on a mountain, the transport is poorly organized, and they also carry disgusting Suzuki with torn chairs. We got hit twice so they gave us a ride, and the rest was on foot. A couple of times they waited 15-20 minutes at the bottom of the hotel for us to be lifted up. As a result, we went on foot with the child in our arms. The food is not good, the pool is full of torn tiles. The beach nearby is also average. The hotel is not 5 stars at all. I do not advise preschool children at all, my daughter and I were 4 years old, they settled us relatively not far from the lobby, and this is 65 steps up and two more times up the hill 150 meters. In short, tin. We paid a lot, got a lot of "impressions" no more in pullman naked.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The territory of the hotel is a separate story. Flora and fauna reign, birds are singing, flowers are blooming. Landscapes are generally a separate story, beautiful Infinity pools. Of course, sometimes there were toxic tourists from the hotel, but we met Makan and Derevyanko there. 😁 Well, it's also worth saying that the beach is not so easy to get to, there are steep stairs, but there is also a shuttle service that operates both inside and outside the hotel.
