A democratic and non-pretentious place, close in spirit to Belarusians. The staff creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, pleases with a large selection of dishes and drinks. At the end of the week, live music is played and you can dance. There is a delicious lunch menu. We like this place. Yes, there are sometimes questions about the kitchen. For example, beer doughnuts with maple syrup – for our taste, too large a portion for one (5 pieces). 3 and more syrup, topping or a ball of ice cream are enough, because they are a little dry.
Or branded tinctures – all strong. For ladies, it would be possible to add a few lighter ones to the menu, where the berry taste would prevail, rather than the taste of alcohol.
But in general, you can have a good time here.

We visited several times, I really liked this place, I recommend it! The selection of national dishes and beer is excellent! Large portions, meat, pancakes are all delicious, my daughter tried non-alcoholic cocktails - I also liked it. Despite the different days of the week and the large number of visitors, there was always a place for two, very attentive and friendly staff, trying to bring and serve as quickly as possible!The receipt is average, the quality-price ratio is super. Everything is very clean, good dishes, sofas. Thank you, we will try to come back, we miss you)))

A wonderful place! There is both European and national cuisine! Moreover, according to the national cuisine, borscht, draniki, the dish "Visiting my mother-in-law" is wonderful! Not a bad piece of shit. A good selection of beers. Very high-quality service (special thanks to Olga Kovalevich, who served our table very quickly and very politely twice). Perhaps this is the best place in terms of location, quality and atmosphere (we visited a dozen other restaurants in 5 days).
P.S> Both times we came without reservation around 19 o'clock, there were always places, but inside. It is advisable to book in advance.

Probably the most famous place in Minsk! I highly recommend visiting and plunging into a friendly atmosphere, having a delicious meal and definitely trying branded tinctures.
The waiters are very responsive, the music is unobtrusive, the average check is 3-4 thousand RR/person.
We will be in Minsk - we will definitely come back!

On August 11, the family celebrated their birthday in this restaurant, they really liked the delicious cuisine and the portions are large: hot dishes "Mother-in-law's treat" of 3 pancakes with pork rinds and a very juicy pork steak and amazing pickled cucumbers - delicious, but expensive 40 rubles. serving; "Wizards with beef" are also delicious for 35 rubles. The "Rakovsky signature salad" is also delicious and a large portion. Ararat cognac bottle for 120 rubles.
For the birthday boy, a good 15% discount on the account. And a very pleasant greeting from the restaurant "Pampushki on maple juice" with fireworks.
In general, I liked everything, the money turned out to be 100 rubles per 1 person.
And most importantly, you don't have to stand at home at the stove all day and wash dishes and clean up half the night!!
It is necessary to arrange such holidays for yourself!!! I recommend this restaurant in the center of our capital!

A very cool place to relax for 2 or more people, I was here with my wife. The food is very tasty, I liked the beer very much, we took it with us for bottling. The atmosphere is very pleasant. There are a lot of places, but you need to book tables in advance for the weekend, the waiters are very friendly, the food is prepared much faster than the waiters announce. The prices are reasonable. My wife and I were very satisfied with everything. In the future, when visiting Belarus, we will choose this restaurant for evening gatherings. I'm betting 5 out of 5.

Delicious food, excellent service. The staff usually works perfectly! On your birthday, you get a discount, dessert as a compliment from the institution. There is live music, the atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. If some of the food is not finished, the waiters will take everything with them. There is a children's menu. Put some water in a jug. A place for everyone, of all ages.
The dance floor is certainly not big, but it's not a hindrance)))

It's not the first time I've come to Brovar, as always, I was very pleased. Everything was incredibly delicious, special thanks to the kitchen for their diligence and approach to work. The service is top class, everything is on time, nice and pleasant waiters, the girl who met us and escorted us to the table has already made us feel good. I really want to highlight the beer, I was happy as another amateur, delicious and pleasant at the price tag, I took it with me. Thanks to the whole team, a high-level institution, I recommend it to all my friends, a pleasant, warm and welcoming atmosphere, it feels almost like home. I have never had any complaints, I am always glad to spend an evening in Rakovsky Brovar!

A wonderful and atmospheric place with its own pasteurized and unfiltered beer. Interesting seasonal varieties are brewed. There are beer towers for 3 liters per company. The kitchen is chic and quite versatile. I would also like to note the perfect service, which is very rare, unfortunately. Live music in the evening on weekends before closing with a dance floor, but it does not bother at all.

A great brasserie. We've been here twice. Not everyone tried beer, but what they tried seemed quite decent. The kitchen is on top. Forshmak is beautiful, Borodinsky croutons, buy them at least for the future, Belarusian sorcerers.
Once we sat inside, the second time on the terrace. I liked it more on the street. The most comfortable places seemed to be on the street on the 1st floor, under a wooden roof.
On weekends, you definitely need to book a table (you can do it by phone or on the website).

Great place, came with my husband for dinner, to celebrate the anniversary.
We tried several dishes, we really liked everything, especially (Texas brisket), and were very impressed with the tinctures)

I liked Brovar. I wanted to dance and have a little drink - here you are! A couple of cocktails, a delicious Caesar salad and wonderful live music! There is a cozy sofa near the dance floor where you can take a break between songs or leave your bag while you dance. The toilet is pleasantly surprised by a shelf for the phone, a roller for clothes, a sponge for shoes and hand cream. In general, taking care of visitors in everything! This is now my favorite vacation spot!

But if the company is solid and you don't like surprises, then it's better to call and book. The staff of the institution does everything to make it pleasant for you to spend time here, knows its menu very well and can advise you professionally, including ingredients (if anyone is allergic). Dishes of national cuisine, but the chef makes them modern and interesting. very tasty. I tried different ones - always a gastronomic pleasure. CONS:
1) Dishes. Expectation does not match reality. Portions are minimal and expensive. In the photo there is a plate with fresh vegetables - 39 rubles. Are you serious? For 2 cucumbers, one tomato, half a pepper, a couple of radishes and dill - and it's all chopped "country style"??? Do you have a RESTAURANT for a second!!!
For 3 baskets of bread - 42 rubles? The photo shows the amount of bread in the basket.
The meat plateau is generally at a minimum.
You've really ruined the kitchen.
2) Where is the aquarium?
3) Where are the musicians? Where did the covers come from in the restaurant???
4) The partitions between the urinals have not been washed for a long time, just in old drops.

My favorite restaurant at the moment. I especially love it in the summer because of the cascading territory on the street. Delicious fish, beef is just magical, Napoleon dessert is very good. Tinctures are not all delicious. Administration, pay attention to this, in your tinctures vodka is separate, the taste of berries is separate, not together. It feels like currants have just been added to vodka, for example, and immediately on the table.

I really liked the food, spelt with giblets was a discovery for me, I definitely recommend everyone to try it. We also took cheeks with mashed potatoes, everything is also perfect. Puree without lumps, homogeneous and cheeks are very tender. We took a beer set for a trial, some types of beer are very good, but they were also so-so. Live music in the evening , it 's atmospheric here . Our evening was brightened up by a wonderful waiter Eugene and delicious food. I recommend visiting this restaurant.
