A nice atmosphere, a cozy design, a pleasant moment- a rack with models of Renault cars of the last and the century before last :) intelligent staff, polite and friendly attitude towards customers, high-quality service with a detailed description of the repair- but if you wish, ask :) in general, they cover a certain disadvantage in price... Not that expensive, but not cheap.
