If you have an operation in this institution, what will happen next?! Review of doctors: Samusev A.E., Voronovich A.I., Talako T.E. Previously, hip replacement surgeries were performed only at the Russian National Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics (Minsk, 60/4 Kizhevatov St.). Upon repeated treatment, wear of the previously installed "foot" and "gasket" was revealed. The tests are normal, there is no fever, there are no contraindications. Prosthetics were available. The operation was scheduled for the first and nearest available date! According to the doctor, "The operation should have been done yesterday." The patient stayed in the department on the 3rd floor for two weeks. A couple of days before the operation, the attending physician, A.E. Samusev, refused to perform it, issuing a conclusion that "surgery is not required," and discharged the patient. Appeals to higher authorities did not yield results: apparently, the requests were returned back to the same doctors. The decision was supported by Voronovich A.I. and Talako T.E., who, together with Samusev A.E., held a "consultation" and refused the operation, issuing a referral "to apply in a year for consultation." At the same time, these doctors insisted that the operation was not urgent, despite the severity of the condition and the deteriorating prognosis. They knew that failure would entail the need to change the "cup" of the hip joint, which at that time was perfectly installed and did not need to be replaced. Their decision led to a significant complication of the operation, increased risks and blood loss. Moreover, they knew that other clinics would not be able to perform such complex interventions without replacing the "cup". Their refusal made it almost impossible to find alternatives. The local traumatologists were shocked. Former colleagues from the Russian Orthodox Church working in private centers in Minsk sympathized, but could not intervene. The doctors of the 6th hospital in Minsk frankly did not understand how such a refusal could have been given. After A.E. Samusev's refusal, 34 applications were sent to orthopedic clinics around the world. In 30 of them, doctors refused because of the complexity of the case. The majority confirmed that the operation was needed urgently. Moreover, many insisted that it was necessary to operate at the Russian Orthodox Church in order not to change the "cup" and minimize the risks. Three clinics agreed, but did not give a guarantee. Only one clinic agreed to help. Three days after the "consultation" of A.E. Samusev, A.I. Voronovich and T.E. Talako, who claimed that there was no evidence, the operation was carried out in another country. Where, oddly enough, doctors understood the situation and the risks! A huge team of doctors. The operation lasted more than 5 hours. The hip joint has been completely replaced, including the "cup". The doctor who performed the operation himself determined the emergency and set the date. After the operation, the doctor said, "The hip has all fallen apart. The metal from the prosthesis got into the bone, and the bone tissue began to break down. Half of the thigh was eaten away." The threat of disability was real. The consequences could be fatal. If the operation had not been performed urgently, there was a high probability of a hip fracture and rapid blood loss — in a situation where no doctor would have been able to help, even if he had been standing next to her. Samusev A.E., Voronovich A.I., Talako T.E. — "THERE IS NO EVIDENCE." Everyone will draw their own conclusions.

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the neurosurgical department 2. I was undergoing surgical treatment in August 2024, the removal of a herniated IVD. Many thanks to the head of Mazurenko Andrey Nikolaevich for the operation and professionalism, as well as to the attending physician Knote Alexander Olegovich for his attention, kind attitude and competence. And to all the staff of NHO 2, thank you very much for your work! I am very lucky that I came to you. I feel great, like new)), nothing bothers me and it's all thanks to you. Good luck to you in your difficult task!

My grandmother (86 years old) I broke my hip neck, and we got to the Russian Orthodox Church with an old fracture (six months later). Communication on hospitalization began through Oleg Alexandrovich Korzun. Everything is perfect! He approached me with a human attitude, gave me a list of necessary tests, and answered all my questions. We collected the necessary tests, received Oleg Alexandrovich's approval, and were hospitalized. We entered the department, the ward doctor Gurinovich Vladimir Vladimirovich took the docks in his hands and began "why didn't you do it", "how did you get here?" with rolling eyes. To say that I was stunned is an understatement. An elderly man is sitting in a wheelchair who has been ineligible for six months due to a hip fracture, all the docks are stamped and signed by the head of the department, and I'm being scolded here as if I'm begging. Okay, let's catch zen, let's move on, we need to get Grandma back on her feet. We passed the tests 2 days before admission, everyone said at least you can go into space. But noooo) They took a blood test from us at the hospital, bruising our entire arm, and the platelets dropped to 80. The day before the hospitalization, there were 150. And again, we got scolding and eye rolls, "now there may be no surgery with such platelets." Can you imagine??? And all this to an elderly man who has been bedridden for six months. Not a word to me. What to do? Well, we'll take the blood again in a couple of days and manually recalculate it. Let's go, we're just in the hospital for another 5 days off, although let me remind you, we came in with good tests. OK, the platelets were counted and they turned out to be normal. No one explained to me what it was and why we were being scolded. But come on… The date of the operation has been set. Denis Alekseevich Neustroev operated on Grandma. A week after the operation, the rehabilitologists came (I hope I'm calling it right), and they started to get Grandma back on her feet. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life. After six months of lying down, our grandma got up!! A week later, we were discharged. It's been 3 months since the operation, and you can see for yourself how a person walks after such a serious case. The scar is very neat. My grandfather and I are eternally grateful to Oleg Alexandrovich, Denis Alekseevich, and all the female nurses and rehabilitologists for our grandmother. May God grant you all good health, The happiness of our family is your handiwork. And, of course, I would like some to treat their patients with more respect. I understand everything, the work is very difficult, but people don't just get into this institution. With such injuries at such an age, the psycho-emotional state is very important, which can change in a moment due to hellish rudeness out of the blue. Treat people the way you want them to treat you.
