I stayed at the Rixos al mairid hotel from 23.10 to 29.10. We had a rest with two families. Another family took a room in the main building (two-room family room) In general, the hotel is quite good, this is not the level of Rixos (perhaps for now, because it is new to this network). But it's a good five. Positive: 1) Excellent beach and sea (bay). At the end of October, the weather is nice and hot (+30 +33) and the water is very warm (+29 +31 feels like it). 2) The food in the main restaurant is quite tasty and varied. There are no frills, but it's enough. If you are used to eating red fish, crabs, lobsters, then this is not here. Although rumor has it that there is red fish (if you ask the waiters), I have not asked for it and have never seen or tried to get it. There are several meat options (beef, lamb, chicken (it is most of all in different cooking options), goose, quail (we were once, but I didn't like it, I hope it wasn't a pigeon). 3) Rooms (I lived in a villa near the pool). By the way, the room is called - Family room pool view. But they gave us a villa on the second line and there was no view of the pool, but I did not change it, because it was quite normal, although it was also possible to quarrel. At first, my friends were given a room with disadvantages - the door to another room was broken and would not close, which is very critical for them, and there was also a rotten smell in the room. After contacting them, they quickly changed the number. They were given a large room with a huge terrace on the 3rd floor, everything was "ok" there and I arranged it. The faucet in the shower wasn't working in my room, and it was fixed quickly after contacting me. The rooms have old furniture, the renovation is old (there was no renovation), but it is not dead, it is clean and cozy and the room is comfortable. 4) The rooms are cleaned daily and well, towels are always provided, there are bathrobes and slippers. There is an iron and ironing board. The mini bar was refilled every day (two Cokes, two sprites, two forfeits, two small chocolates (delicious by the way), water and a small pack of chips). 5) Service and service: the staff is friendly and always happy to help. I asked the girl for help (on a personal matter - I did not relate to the work of the hotel), so she spent her time helping, in return I offered her a tip - she did not take it. The waiters in the main restaurant bring drinks, but they don't always come up immediately, apparently there aren't many staff and they don't have time (although I always arrived almost at the opening of the restaurant). There are queues in the main restaurant, but if you go in the afternoon or towards the end. But you won't have to stand for long (5-7 minutes) and you will be seated at a table. A little bit about tips - I always leave both waiters and cleaning in the room (1-2 $) and I consider it the norm and do it after the person has done his job (I don't give it in advance, because I think that tips are for excellent work, and if you give it in advance, it turns out that you hint to the person that you expect something from him. And this is not his initiative. As it was, he did not expect to be rewarded, but he did his job perfectly anyway - and this is the sincere attitude of the employee towards the guest). The hotel staff is great - they try to do everything for you and thank them very much for that. 6) The absence of bracelets is very convenient. There's nothing on your arm that gets in the way, and you usually always arrive with a white stripe on your arm, but here you don't. 7) There are no beach towel cards - they are freely available, located frequently and a lot, always replenished. And now the cons: 1) Sun beds on the beach are a daily pain - they are absolutely not enough. I have never occupied sun beds in advance in my life - I got up at 7.00-7.30, got ready, had breakfast, and by 9.00 I was on the beach and in all hotels (not in the UAE, I always visited the high-quality five in Turkey, Egypt, Crete, Cyprus, mainland Greece) I always calmly found free sun beds. And there is no such thing in this hotel. When I arrived at the beach at 9:00 (by the way, I went to the beach near the villas where the bar is located) on the first day I couldn't find any people available. There were free singles in different places - I had to drag them around to put them together, and there wasn't enough for everyone. Then I started coming at 7.40 a.m. before breakfast to take the sun beds, but they were almost all occupied, but I could still find them at that time. The sun beds are occupied in the morning and apparently these people get up very early. At the same time, throwing in a towel is not enough - they will be removed, so you need to put a bunch of your own things. I occupied 5-6 sun beds (since there are 6 of us), leaving hats, a mattress, toys, in general, everything that I don't mind losing (well, just in case). Most of the sun beds have been occupied for a long time, there are no people. In general, I don't know who those people are who write that there are always sun beds (especially near villas). Just near the villas and the Sol bar, they have been occupied since early morning. One day I went to another part of the beach closer to the main building (where there is a pool with a bar) - the situation is exactly the same. Almost everything was occupied (and I repeat, it was before my breakfast around 7.50-8.00). And the first time, stupidly, I vacated the sun beds going to lunch, thinking that after lunch I would admire the empty seats...I was so wrong...After that, I occupied the sun beds for the whole day- we left all our belongings, and also took turns going to lunch, since we were two families and we had lunch at different times. And that time, when I went looking for sun beds after lunch, I found only two and dragged them to my place. Then I approached an employee (in a white T-shirt) and asked him to help. He went to the first three sun beds he came across (they were only covered with towels, there were no clothes on them) He took the towels off them and said I could stay here. I gave him a couple of dollars for it. Well, in general, this situation suggests some thoughts - and exactly the sun beds are occupied by guests...well, you get it.... I also observed such a thing - a man approached an employee (in a white T-shirt) in the morning and asked that his sunbeds were in the same place as usual, and after receiving an affirmative answer, he handed him the bills. A lot of things are becoming clear... In general, this is the biggest problem for me, because I'm going to the sea first and I don't want to search and hunt for sun beds every day. I'm just not going back to this hotel because of this. The beach line of the hotel is very large, and the sun beds are very rarely apart from each other and in one row (near the villas, and near the main building are in two rows), could you put them more often and in two rows (and in three rows near the main building). Perhaps the concept of the hotel is not to relax in a crowd, such as sun beds at a distance from each other, so as not to violate personal space. Of course, this is good and convenient, but damn, then the workload of the hotel needs to be reduced. But they can't do that, because otherwise such a huge hotel won't pay for itself. Therefore, in this case, the calculation of the guests-sun beds ratio is erroneous. For me, this is the biggest problem - for this I lower the rating of the hotel. 2) The next disadvantage is that they do not feed lunch on the day of departure (it is possible for a fee, like 250 dirhams per person, i.e. about 6,000 rubles lunch for 1 person...tough). I haven't experienced it myself. I was told that the hotel rules really say that breakfast is only allowed on the day of departure, but they are loyal to this, or maybe not, if you are lucky. It happened to me like this: In the evening before the day of departure, I went to the reception to find out if I could extend the room for a couple of hours (until 14.00) (I wanted to pay) because my transfer was at 15.00. The employee searched for a long time for an option and said that we could extend the room for free (they extended the room to friends until 13.00, because in the main building is 100% loaded), and they extended it to me until 14.00 (because guests should check into this villa only in the evening). And the employee said that we can make you a free lunch for tomorrow, but you need to leave a positive review on tripadvisor and Google maps and asked for 4 reviews, i.e. from four phones in exchange for this. In general, the hotel deserves a 5* review and it's not difficult for me to do it - an honest exchange...BUT what nonsense is it not to feed at the Rixos all-inclusive hotel on the day of departure (this is considered to be "HIGH CLASS"). It's just some kind of game. This is my first time in the UAE, perhaps this is a feature of this country (I'll go to other hotels again and find out if this is the case), but it still doesn't fit in my head. I understand when bracelets are cut off in 4* hotels and below and they can be forgiven (although this is such a rarity), but for a 5* hotel, especially for the Rixos chain, this is not acceptable at all. The situation when they ask for feedback on their work is quite normal, I do this myself with clients and in return we can offer some kind of "bun". But this is purely a person's motivation for the client to leave a review, because most people do not leave a review if they are satisfied with everything, but if something is wrong, then they immediately run to write a review. And we ask for an honest review - as it is. And in this case, it somehow causes negativity. I don't lower my rating for this, because there seems to be such a nuance, but it's not accurate. To sum up, the hotel is good, if they still work out minor flaws (sun beds on the beach with guests who already occupy them at 6 a.m., food on the day of arrival and departure is not all inclusive, renovation in the rooms), then it will generally be great. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, but with the caveat that there are such nuances. Your stay here will be comfortable and pleasant.

Wonderful vacation! A huge area for walking. We were accommodated at seven in the morning for a smile and a small non-monetary gift in a room with a sea view. Cleanliness and beauty are everywhere. We were there from January 10 to January 17, 2025. There has already been animation, it goes on in different places throughout the day: there were trampolines, foam parties, cooking workshops, a variety of fitness: trampolines in water, yoga, pilates on sheets, exercise bikes, etc. It's impossible to try everything out and see it. They play the violin here, they play the piano there, they sing in another place, a magician performs in another bar, they paint on faces there... Evening show programs and DJs. I liked everything very much. There are three beaches, very different. It takes 1.5 hours to drive from Sharjah airport without traffic jams. The alcohol is excellent, I'll post it in the photo menu. The food is not top-notch in cooking, but everything is varied and everything is there. Sea day is Friday. We had grilled tuna for a few days, it was very tasty. Really delicious desserts, as everyone says, because we understand that many hotels have margarine in them, but here we were surprised. The Viennese waffles are not very good, but the croissants are delicious. Baskin robins ice cream. The soups are almost all tasteless. Snacks from 12 to 16 in two places, there's like a restaurant, you have to order according to the menu. They have great burgers, really great, chicken wings, pasta. There is a fruit bar, but we didn't eat any delicious fruits, everything is unripe. Cocktails are made differently in different bars, but that's understandable. The room has everything, cleaning every day. If there's a chance, we'll come back, this hotel is worth it.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days in mid-February. It was 2:10 from Dubai Airport. We arrived after 3 p.m., so we were promptly sent to lunch and then checked into a room. We lived in the main building, the balcony overlooked the main pool. Be prepared for the music to be heard until 22:45. It didn't stop the children from sleeping, but the fact itself. The room is spacious, there is a shower and a bathtub, and we were pleased with the products from L'occitane. Tea, coffee and a mini-bar were replenished every day. The food in the main building is good and varied. In my opinion, it is better to order coffee in the lobby. Sometimes it happened that the waiter did not bring drinks, it was necessary to duplicate the order. An important point is that lunch is not allowed on the day of departure. People were being turned around at the entrance. This was a bit surprising considering that you can safely take drinks, ice cream, and fruits at the beach bar (a cool bar, they make freshly squeezed juices from carrots, apples, and pineapple). There are a lot of pools, we spent time at the family pool. Water aerobics was also held there. In general, the hotel has an excellent sports program, many different workouts. There are also several beaches. After a small storm, the fuel oil, feet, slippers were washed up - everything was in it. After a couple of days, everything returned to normal. The children went to a kids' club: drawing, various crafts, cooking classes, aquagrim, as well as an evening program. The children will definitely not be bored. There is also a club for teenagers from 10 years old. I was a little surprised by the entry in a la carte restaurants. The recording opens at about 8:30. The queue starts at 8 a.m. For the first time, there was a queue and we were able to sign up at the Toro Loco restaurant at 21:00. The steaks there aren't bad. The second time, they came by 8 a.m. on purpose and were the first in line. And what - the Italian restaurant offered an appointment at 20:30! Although the restaurants are all from 18:30. There was no more desire to stand in queues. Make an electronic record, as, for example, in the Riu network. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. We ate, bought up, and actively spent time.

There are many Russian-speaking guests and staff. The staff is very friendly, the experience is a beehive full of work) The restaurants and food are excellent, everything is inclusive (which is rare for the Emirates) We played beach volleyball, the sports program for adults is the same. There is a spa, you can warm up (although there is a renovation, and it is not as big as in the Turkish Rixos, but I think they are redoing it) Ala restaurants are available by appointment the day before the visit. We were in Turkish, I really liked it (there 's a Turkish guy with a mustache who is very attentive . And the musician plays the duduka very well) A special joy for me is the kids' club! The animators are attentive and positive. The kids are thrilled. The children's program is rich, from morning to the end of the day there is an interactive children's show and a disco-it's so touching to watch the kids dancing. She left her daughter like in kindergarten and was calm. My daughter was eager to go there)) master classes, games, and life-size dolls daily. You can stay in a room in the main building, or in 4 apartment houses, villas, the size of which varies. There are villas with a private pool. We stayed in a 2-room suite on the second floor of the villa. The rooms are still old, including the furniture, but their renovation is in full swing here. The balcony and windows overlook the sea. The beach is 40 meters away, if not less. You can't stay hungry. In the main building, where the reception is located, there are shops, the main restaurant, a lobby lounge, part of a children's club with board games, books and slot machines, etc. Next to the main building there is a Highlights pool bar. There is a Vitamin bar on the beach and a SOL (Beach Bar) at the other end of the beach. There are 4 a la carte restaurants (Turkish restaurant, Seafood grill&bar, Italian and something like a Steakhouse - it's very tasty there), you need to book on the day of your visit. There is a children's club, spa, evening programs, sports programs for adults. Room service is generally normal. As always, there are employees who do their job faithfully, and there are those who don't. In our case, the balcony floor was not cleaned a couple of times, the bar was not filled, the coffee capsules were modestly "poured out", there was no second roll of toilet paper. It is better to swim from the villa's side (fish restaurant). Meals: ultra all inclusive, decent alcoholic drinks. The buffet is normal, varied. For dinner, it is better to sign up at restaurants in Alaska, my husband came to the queue at 8 a.m., he was the first. And there was always a restaurant to choose from. I recommend Italian, Toro Loco is a type of steakhouse, fish (salt) - by the way, there is fish in the window, which is paid separately, but there are many snacks on the menu and fish too. The restaurants are very tasty. Plus, you can go to meat and fish for lunch, fish usually had hot dogs and guacamole, meat burgers, wings, pasta. There is alcohol and a children's menu everywhere. Pools: children's pools with slides, children's pools with a fountain, heated. There are also pools purely for adults. And a large central saltwater pool. Service for 5+. Everyone is very polite, smiling, they fulfill any request. Children's animation: there is a kids' club, it has its own program, our cooking came in, they prepared cupcakes, shawarma, sushi, pizza. The hotel is very beautiful, the territory is large, well maintained, there is a place to walk. The beach is perfect for 5+. The hotel has 3 beaches, like in the Maldives, the sand is perfect white. The entrance to the sea is a little bit with shells, there is where it is just perfect. The main beach is made in the shape of an arc and offers a beautiful view of the entire beach from the sun beds. By the way, there are enough sun beds, there are only 2 rows on the main beach and 1 row along the villas - there is enough for everyone. I would like to note the availability of towels everywhere, I have never had to go looking for them, ask for them- shelves with them are very conveniently located everywhere, as well as sinks - there are many of them near pools and along the beach! The villas create a separate beauty with their views and location, with sea views, just like in the Maldives. There is a bar on the main beach with fruits, vegetables, smoothies and ice cream. It is open from 14.00. At the other end of the beach, the villas have a bar with alcoholic drinks and snacks in the form of burgers and sandwiches for lunch. The entrance to the sea is excellent everywhere. There is a deep lagoon at the edge of the beach, where you can see stingrays and turtles. The hotel has 7 pools, the main one is at the main saltwater restaurant, and there is a pool bar. The rest are very conveniently located. There is a separate one with a slide for children, there is a main one for children, there is an adult with a pool bar, there is a deep one at the seafood restaurant and more pools inside the villas overlooking the garden. There is not a single lifeguard on the beaches or at each pool, which also made me very happy. There is a main restaurant on site that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as 4 ala-carte restaurants, Italian, Meat, Fish and Turkish, where you need to register using a QR code. Fish and meat restaurants serve fast food and snacks for lunch. There are bars, two inside the hotel, the other at the meat restaurant on the 2nd floor. Any alcohol is poured - beer, cocktails, red, white wine, whiskey, cognac, sparkling wine, etc. There is live music in the meat restaurant, and instruments are played in other restaurants, which is also nice. It's all very beautiful and not intrusive. The restaurants are not bad, they mostly try and do not make very spicy dishes, for which many thanks to the chefs, there are even stewed cabbage and olivier. They make tartars, carpachos, oysters and other goodies for the weekend. On the downside, there is very little food in the children's section, children have nothing to eat except pasta with marshmallows tomato sauce and ice cream every day!! There are not even the notorious nuggets and sausages for children. This is a huge disadvantage, as there are a lot of families with children in the hotel! You can simply put yoghurts, children's cocktails, pizza, children's Margaritas, not spicy, boiled vegetables, mashed potatoes, etc. on the children's table in packages. This is not so expensive, but it affects the quality of rest and the impression of the hotel! The breakfasts are good and varied, they make egg Benedict, they also give salmon without problems, you have to ask for avocado and wait, otherwise you won't get it, there are a lot of people at breakfast, as usual, and there are always not enough staff. For lunch and dinner there was always watermelon, melon, pineapple, etc. The service is good, everything will be brought and done, it's only a matter of time, but sometimes you have to wait a long time, so you can go to the bar for drinks and take them yourself, which we did. A bottle of water is usually already on the tables, it is very convenient, usually there are no problems with it both on the beach and by the pool, you can go to any bar and take it as much as you need. The staff is friendly, they try their best, there are Russian speakers at the reception. The rooms in the main building are visible after cosmetics, not large, in a dark color scheme. The rooms have everything, slippers, bathrobes, accessories, etc., good cosmetics. By and large, there are no complaints, except for the air conditioner, which is quite noisy in our opinion, and the furniture - it's kind of dark, not practical in my opinion, there are a lot of corners, the impression of closeness in the rooms is created, and there are problems in the bathroom, the water does not drain long in the bathroom and in the sink, it gurgles. The villas are better, I don't know about the sewage system, but the air conditioning is quiet. Of the advantages, I would also like to mention a very high-quality entertainment program, every evening first there is a children's disco with life-size dolls or entertainment, then a cover band or some kind of show. The sound on the set is super, high-quality, does not interfere at all, even in the room. At 11 p.m., everything ends and there is silence. There are also a lot of activities on the territory for both children and adults - it's very cool! There are various water activities on the beach - scooters, bananas, etc. The overall impression of the hotel is excellent, if you eliminate minor disadvantages, in the form of poor baby food on the children's table, minor problems with sewage and drainage, as well as noisy air conditioners in the rooms, uh, the hotel, then it will be great!

We chose this hotel for our first vacation in the UAE and were very satisfied! We had a couple of vacations at the beginning of April from Biblio Globus, important factors when choosing this Rixos were: green and beautiful territory, the presence of several beaches with sandy entrances, UAL catering system + beach fruit bars with cocktails. There are more than 5-6 recreational pools available, one of them with sea water. We were pleasantly surprised by the service and service, the staff is extremely polite, any request is resolved instantly, regardless of what level of employee you come across. At the same time, the staff does not impose their services, they can come up to ask once and leave in a comfortable tone without disturbing the guests anymore. The cuisine is buffet-style all day, we have seen a queue at the entrance to the main restaurant several times, but if you visit it at comfortable hours, this can easily be avoided. The food is decent and varied, meat of several types, always fruits, vegetables and desserts, soups, excellent pastries, a themed dinner every evening, there is a separate section with a children's buffet.the table. There are also 4 ala-kart restaurants available on site, self-recording via the hotel's app only in the morning. All with amazing cuisines and a great selection of dishes, be sure to visit. Of the pleasant details, there are always free sun beds in the hotel, of course there are those who occupied them in advance, but this does not interfere, and even when loading, they will bring you an extra sunbed and help you. There is a separate area with a 16+ swimming pool where complete privacy reigns. A workout area is available near the beach, where amazing classes such as yoga in hammocks, Tgh, jumping, dancing, etc. are held every hour, and for both children and adults, i.e. the format of active recreation is accessible to everyone. On the beaches, you can rent saps, a boat, or take a group ride on a water transport. Hotel accommodation is available in the main building and in separate villas facing the beach. We lived in the main building with a sea view, the room is pleasantly decorated with oriental motifs and spacious, of course the hotel is not new and it has scuffs, chips, scratches, but together you don't really pay attention to it. The rooms have L'Occitan care cosmetics, a beautiful large bathroom with a shower and a separate bathtub, a free mini bar, always fresh water, pleasant bathrobes and slippers for each guest. Great balcony with a table and chairs. Separately, I want to mention the sound insulation, it's amazing, we didn't hear any neighbors or noise from the hallway, as well as excellent blackout curtains. The territory is elongated, there is a walking area, it is very beautiful, there are buggies in the villa area and they can take guests. The sunsets on the beach are amazing, and there's plenty of privacy everywhere. Children's animation is available from evening programs, after dj sets for adults and shows, it is important that everything turns off at 23 o'clock and the hotel is very quiet and it is just perfect for a comfortable stay. You can continue your evening rest in night bars or in the hookah lounge, and a cigar club is also available. There is also a club with an entertainment area for older children. From the hotel, you can easily and quickly get to the city of Ras al Khaimah, take a taxi to the shopping center and shops in about 10-15 minutes, you can easily call a car yourself or at the reception they drive right up to the entrance. Check-in starts at 15 o'clock, but if possible, they place earlier. The route to Dubai takes 1.30 on average, depending on traffic jams and the day of the week. There is a corner on the territory where a new restaurant is being built, it is neatly covered and practically does not cause discomfort to vacationers, there is no noise or dust. As a result, this is a great hotel for a couple or with children, with excellent service and beaches, and a buzz for the spring-autumn season with a comfortable temperature.

A nice hotel with a great beach and good service. We rested for a week in May 2025 in room 2323. Among the advantages: excellent sound insulation in the room, beaches and pools. Not a bad service. Feedback is fast, except that they don't respond to emails. Good, quite varied food (buffet), there is always fish, chicken, beef, lamb and seafood. There were oysters a few times, and crabs once. There was also a duck. It was a pity that there was no camel meat, I wanted to try it. Drinks are also varied, wines, spirits, 4 or 5 types of beer, two of which are draft (this is what we took), various cocktails, fresh fruit all day. However, they didn't make me a good milkshake there))). The hotel is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city. The nearest mall is 3-4 km away (30 min walk). Fishing is prohibited on site, although there are very good breakwaters. I was fishing behind the municipal beach (entrance to the canal) to the left of the hotel, facing the sea. Fishing requires a license, which is issued by the EPDA. Excellent sports activities and entertainers (water polo, volleyball, soccer, yoga, aerobics, group cycling). Of the disadvantages, they can be called highly subjective, we can note the lack of places for snorkeling (a ban on swimming in interesting places), a ban on fishing on the hotel grounds, before the trip I wrote a letter to the hotel asking for clarification about fishing, fishing licenses, etc., but I did not receive a response, the hotel They also could not explain, it was not easy to sign up at the Alaska restaurant for a normal time, there were problems in the room with a safe, it could only be closed via a reset.
