My daughter ate rice and pasta(( Service- everything is impossible everywhere, guests are not respected. I didn't like the service at all. The short result is that I constantly feel like I'm in a Turkish hotel of a not very high level. Tourists are Russian and from Kazakhstan. There are sooo few foreigners, there are almost none here. There are very screaming and tipsy guests. Well, somehow it's quite average, rather no than yes. Especially in the UAE.

I strongly advise you to order an individual one, we took it back, because a group one is tough, as you are greeted by very unfriendly girls from a travel agency, then you wait until the whole crowd of tourists gathers in a huge bus, then you barely drag yourself in it, stopping at other hotels. The journey to Rixos took 2.5 hours, despite the fact that the distance there is 1.5 hours, as we saw on the way back, also on the way you stop at al Marjan Island to disembark other tourists, making a huge detour, and at night after the flight with a child in your arms it is such a pleasure. Number. The rooms are a little tired, but clean, it's nice to be in them, there are sofas, bathrobes, slippers and everything like that. The cleaning is great. There is no beer in the mini bar, there are sodas, chips, chocolates. Meal That's the trouble. I advise you not to go to the main restaurant for dinner at all, you will stay hungry, there is nothing to eat there, we were already ready according to the reviews, which is not very good there, but so that ... after suffering there for two evenings, then we went to dinner in Alaska. I won't say that there's an outright delight in the food, but it's much better and the atmosphere is pleasant, and the waiters bring everything to you, by the way, in the main restaurant, they'll just ignore you 99% of the time (well, they say dada to your requests, and then they just disappear forever, which is also about the service). But in order to drop Ala cards, you need to stand in a long queue at 8.30 to record, and so every morning (reservations are made only the next day). But it's worth it. All Ala maps are free, but here are the rules, as for me it would be better if they were paid, but without waiting in line to record in the morning. I didn't really like the fish Alaska food, the Turkish is cool, the toro loco is cool, there are steaks. By the way, you can go to Alaska's Toro Loko for lunch without an appointment, and we went there every day. During the day, there is a cafe on the beach where they make fresh fruits, as well as fruit slices, you choose the fruits for them yourself and there is also delicious ice cream. It's a fun topic. There is also a cool lounge bar near the reception with access to the terrace, there are delicious lemonades, there is Turkish coffee, and from 18.00 they also pour wine and beer. Cocktails by the main pool are not very tasty, but they are cool in Ala maps. There is no canned food for children, and there is not much baby food at all, there is a children's corner in the main restaurant, but there is basically the same as on the common table - sausages, yogurt, pancakes. Swimming pools 6 heated pools, no main beautiful pool, but with sea water. sun beds are a bit tight, everything is busy. Sea The sea was normal in February, it was a bit cold for the children, it's fine for us adults, it's refreshing, but you get used to it quickly. About 22 degrees. The beach is super, the sand is clean, beautiful, not hot. There are a lot of sun beds)) Service The weakest point is shown in detail and sometimes depends on the human factor. What I didn't like: Check-out is at 12 and after that they are not allowed to go to lunch, it is petty for such a hotel. I haven't heard of a late check-out either. But it seems to be populated earlier. The most idiotic situation: the arela bar, a cool place on the outdoor veranda with drinks. They didn't let me go there with the child, but my husband was already waiting for us there and he had already ordered a cocktail for me, which was already poured and was waiting for me on the table, I said OK, since you can't take the child, give me this cocktail with you and we'll leave, to which I was told that the cocktails were they don't let us take it with us , although as it turned out the next day, we calmly came and took a cocktail with us. It was the first day of rest and I was just madly offended that I was being treated like this, and you can't go in with a child, and you can't take a cocktail and drink either, this is with ultra all inclusive and hundreds of thousands given for a week's vacation))) I even went to guest communications and told them about this situation, to which they told me that we would think about what could be done and they did nothing) such is the service)) By the way, in Turkey, for all sorts of small punctures, they brought wine and fruit to the room as an apology, nothing here. Sometimes there were also unpleasant people among the staff, for example, there was a very nasty guy at the bar with fresh fruit. As it turned out, I approached him 3 minutes before the opening of the bar (I did not know the opening time at the time) and to my "hello", he did not greet me, not goodbye, but dryly said "closed". Well, this)) Then the next day, he just ignored me when I asked him for juice, and only perked up when I told him sharply in English that you couldn't hear me. Another very interesting situation is in the main restaurant for breakfast. We wanted to order coffee, we asked the waiter's girlfriend, she said that you need to go to the coffee station (in the corner of the restaurant) for coffee, okay, I'm going, they say you need to order from the waiters. Both are nonsense, because as it turned out later, you can order both. Otherwise, the service was good, everyone was helpful and pleasant. The human factor has a place to be. The territory of the hotel is huge and very beautiful. The animation is cool. Especially live music every evening by the pool and in Ala maps. Overall, we are satisfied, although it may seem that there is a lot of negativity in my review, but we liked it, we just wanted to draw attention to the unpleasant moments so that the hotel would work on it.

We made an additional payment for the replacement of the room of $ 951 in 11 days (it turned out cheaper on the spot than if we had booked this room category in Russia) we changed the family room in the main building to the first floor of the villa! You leave the room and you're on the beach! Very convenient! The third plus is the wonderful sports animation throughout the day! (not everyone needs it on vacation) Now the cons of the hotel! 3-star service! There is no bar on the beach! The bar is only by the pool and at the other end of the beach! The waiters are not serving, there are none! Construction works are underway on the territory, not far from the central pool and the stake restaurant (fenced, sometimes noisy!) Terrible al card restaurant entry system There are four restaurants that you can visit once for free, but!!! Record through the program from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day and at 9:06 a.m. everything is already occupied! We have been here for 7 days, we have been at the fish restaurant complementarily, in honor of the birthday, we managed to book a meat restaurant for the fourth day at 9:15 a.m. and only at 21:30! Everywhere the service is unsatisfactory, three-star, the staff is unfriendly, the food is not very tasty and little!!!! For 4 people, they offer to choose one salad for everyone, two appetizers and a hot dish for everyone! Neither the meat nor the fish made a good impression! So-so! Unsanitary conditions!!! I want to wipe and wash everything! Room cleaning can be rated at 4 on a five-point scale! But we always leave 5.10 dirhams! The mini-bar in the room is forgotten to replenish, and it is non-alcoholic for a family of 4 people - just chips, two chocolate waffles, and drinks cola, fanta, sprite! And 4 Bottles of non-carbonated water! A strange all-inclusive system! Restaurant opening hours are everywhere, not one is open 24 hours! There is a fruit bar on the beach, but it starts its work at 14:00-18:00 there you can choose fruits, they will be cut for you, and there are also juices and fruit water! Every evening, there is a live vocal performance or a performance by a troupe of acrobatic dancers! There is no special fun, there is no nightclub or disco! You can sit at the bar until 2:00, listen to the DJ, drink and smoke a hookah! The fee is 7000 rubles. 260 dirhams is a high price, but the hookah is not bad! In general, they need to change the head manager in restaurants and bars, establish a system for monitoring waiters and bartenders, and improve customer service! I don't recommend this hotel! I have been to the Turkish hotel chain Titanic, Cullinan Belek, as well as the neighboring Rixsos bab al bahr, there is something to compare it with! Or, for example, breakfast opens at 6:30, but if you come even at 7:30 and sit at a table outside, there are almost no waiters, you have to do everything yourself. - I would like to mention the cool bartenders both in the main breakfast bar and in the pool bar. Cool, positive guys, they remember what you usually take, etc. - there are no complaints about cleaning, they clean well and every day. You need to change the bedclothes - you put a special badge on the bed. 2. Number The rooms are of high quality, good bathrooms, comfortable and working air conditioning system that does not blow and can maintain the temperature. 3. The beach The beach is very large and this is one of the huge advantages of the hotel. Even when there were waves in one of the sea zones, it was calm in the other. There are enough sun beds, but "our people", as usual, occupy everything early in the morning and it is not known when they come later. In any case, you can ask a hotel employee on the beach to find you a sunbed and he can give you even an occupied one if there are no personal items on it (but only towels). Towels are very convenient. There are no cards, they are everywhere throughout the territory, you can change them whenever and as much as you want. 4. Food and drinks: In general, the food is not bad, there are always different side dishes and different types of meat. Fish and seafood are worse (fish can be stewed alone in some kind of sauce). In general, there are not enough grilled dishes, for the most part, fish and meat are either stewed or fried. There was no dorado or sea bass. And only once a week there is a seafood evening when there are shrimps and crabs and salmon, but even then they are not grilled, but somehow specifically, which spoils them a little.  Ala kart restaurants (Italian and steakhouse) - delicious and atmospheric. On the downside, it's difficult to sign up, recording via the website opens at 9 a.m. and only for the current day, and all slots are sorted in 3-10 minutes, and they couldn't sign up for the seafood restaurant. And now the main disadvantage, and this significantly worsens the perception of the service of the entire hotel, is the savings on food and drinks, despite the ultra all-inclusive concept. For example: - if you arrive at the hotel early in the morning, you can't have breakfast for free, pay 115 dirhams per person (at least they don't charge small children). In my opinion, this is a nightmarish aspect for people who arrive tired from an overnight flight to an all-inclusive hotel, have to wait for a room until 15 o'clock and at the same time cannot calmly go to breakfast. At the same time, even you don't have any other options for a snack, except for breakfast, only bars with drinks are open in the morning. Even an average Turkish hotel with an AI concept does not allow itself to do this. - salmon for breakfast is given once every few days and then in the closed access of the man who makes Benedict. When you ask for salmon separately, they don't just give you a little, but count (separate the pieces of salmon from each other) so that there is a portion of 2-3 thin slices. You can ask for more, but they'll look at you askance. I would also like to note that this system does not work for my own people - for example, a DJ girl who performs periodically at a hotel approaches this man and he immediately puts half a plate of salmon on her without additional words or questions. - lobby bar (there are soft drinks for free, no alcoholic). There is a snack area nearby (pastries, simple sandwiches, ice cream, etc.), at first it was free and there was even chocolate (we thought how cool it was), the next day the chocolate was gone, and after a couple of days everything from food became paid. - the mini-bar in the room is replenished every day except with Coca-Cola, etc., which are already available everywhere, as well as a small pack of lace chips and two (by the way, delicious) chocolate and waffle bars. At the same time, when I went to the room and saw the delivery guy of the minibar, I immediately asked for chips and chocolate, he asked me to come into the room to make sure that I was from this room. - Drinks. Alcohol in bars is diluted. Despite the fact that you get bottled water, the cocktails are watered down. They are made in normal proportions, as they should be, but it turns out heaven and earth, especially when you drink cocktails that you know well. At the same time, there are normal cocktails in Ala kart restaurants. That is, in bars that are open to all, the quality of drinks leaves much to be desired. And this is not only my opinion, I also asked other hotel guests. In general, the hotel is good and I liked it, the service is only slightly improved. But the savings on food and drinks in the UAI concept are surprising, they spoil everything very much and significantly reduce the cost of the hotel.

With the super potential of the hotel - a huge territory and cool villas right on the beach - the hotel has become a disappointment. The food in the main restaurant is bad! Monotonous , not neatly cut food ! The first hotel where nothing is cooked on the grill. Everything is cold, from eggs to soup. Everything ends all the time . The cream soup was diluted so much with water every day that it was impossible to eat it !!! Only bread was normal! There is no beach service!!! You have to go to the bar very far from the villas in the heat! Not friendly staff is the scourge of this hotel!!!! Signing up for a la carte restaurants is really difficult! Everything is always busy !!! Kids club - no! There are 7 children of different ages with us and they all said that there is simply nothing to do there ! Children are not interested in principle !!! There is no bar in the lobby, there is no ice cream! They always have a stupid work schedule everywhere, and everything has been done to make the hotel save on tourists, food and alcohol!!!! Good cleaning - the guys really try. The hotel definitely does not pull on five stars.

We had a rest in early June 2025. The cuisine is slightly inferior to Bab al Bahr in terms of choice, but everything tastes great, there are few fish and seafood, but there was lasagna, pilaf, and a fish day (sashimi, rolls, crabs, mussels), few soups. European alcohol, there is bottled beer, all soda is also bottled (3 types of Cola, lipton, sprite, etc.). We were checked in at 11 a.m. and evicted 2 hours later, for which many thanks to the hotel. Upon check-in, there was a plate of fruits and dates waiting in the room. There are almost no Russian-speaking staff at the reception, but we had no problems with this, the translator does his job :) Excellent cleaning, leave a tip of 5-10 dirhams and every day you will have a lump of Loxitan soap, towel figurines and a wish for a Good day from the maid. The beach is sandy, the sunset is pleasant, but the water temperature is like in the air. It's early June, but it's already uncomfortable. For myself, I immediately noted the disadvantage that of all the pools, only the farthest from the villas is cooled. Here again, Bab al Bahr wins, even their pools are colder :) One of the advantages is that towels are not on the cards, it makes life so much easier. This also means that no one occupies the sun beds here. If your towel has been lying without clothes for more than 30 minutes, the towel is removed. But there were no problems with sun beds during our vacation. The animation is a bit weak, but the hotel is quite free in June, perhaps that's why it's so boring.

Speaking of a hotel in Ras al Khaimah, it should be borne in mind that here you will not find luxury holidays inherent in this network. The rise in price of Turkey probably had an effect, or maybe the maps just took shape, the contingent here is specific, there are many CIS citizens whose culture and behavior do not correspond to their place of residence. Add to this the abundance of children, the constant noise and hubbub around. There are no complaints about the hotel itself, the gentlemen are trying very hard and are at the initial stage of the transition from Hilton to Rixos. The territory is large, with two full-fledged beaches. However, there are many nuances that do not correspond to the spirit of a luxury hotel. Again, compared to a hotel in Abu Dhabi. There is no territory behind the hotel at all, there is nowhere to go, there are no shops. There is one supposedly Manar, there is nothing in it except zara and similar departments. It's probably suitable for inexperienced people, I won't go three times.

I would like to start by saying that staying at the Rixos Al Mairida Ras Al Khaimah hotel has become one of the most vivid and memorable due to the combination of impeccable quality of the hotel and, most importantly, human attitude. The hotel is beautiful. The territory is well maintained and very green, the pools are clean, the room is spacious and comfortable, met all our expectations on the Rixos line. The beach is magnificent, with clean sand and convenient access to the sea. Special thanks for the variety and quality of food in the restaurants – a real gastronomic feast! But the main magic is people. And here we would like to express our huge, incredible gratitude to the Meruyert hotel employee. From the first day until the moment of departure, Meruyert was our guardian angel. This is not just a hotel employee, this is the heart of Rixos Al Mairida! She is the standard of professionalism, hospitality and sincere care. Meruyert helped us navigate the hotel, book tables in restaurants at a convenient time and gave excellent recommendations for the tour. Meruyert is an employee who takes the all-inclusive concept to a whole new, highest level. Absolutely everything is "included": care, attention, warmth and willingness to help 24/7. Rixos Al Mairida is a wonderful hotel where you want to return. But it is thanks to employees like Meruyert that this desire becomes one hundred percent. We leave not only with a wonderful tan and impressions, but also with the feeling that we were expected, we are welcome and appreciated. Good afternoon, we are currently in this hotel in room 2313, we have arrived to celebrate our son's birthday and we are terrified of him. This is not a Rixos in terms of concept and service, nor is it a 5-star hotel in terms of food. We rest very often, this year already 4 times, we visit different hotels and this is not our first Riksos in different countries. The only advantages here are the sea and the beach, that's all. Upon arrival, you will not even receive a compliment in the form of at least a cold drink. There is not a single Russian-speaking employee at the reception, as well as in the entire hotel. Although there are more than 80% of Russian speakers here. After registration, you receive the keys and go to look for your room on your own. The room stock is very tired, dirty carpet on the floor, wild humidity.. cleaning is done according to some incomprehensible algorithm-the neighboring rooms will be cleaned and yours will not be cleaned in the evening, you have to solve this through the reception. Hygiene kits are not replenished..Food is a separate topic.. the quality and assortment probably don't even reach level 3. (We're not snobs, we don't need lobsters and caviar every day). There's probably nothing to eat at breakfast except an omelet.. the choice of cheeses and sausages is minimal. Don't even dream about fish)). For lunch and dinner, there is no side dish except rice (there are no mashed potatoes and pasta), soups are simply inedible. But even this you will taste after standing in line at a restaurant (for any meal). After complaining at the reception, they promised to make mashed potatoes for our children separately. Probably only chicken is edible from meat, and then if it is not spoiled with inedible sauce..fish can be of the same type.. there was sushi, but even it looked poor, it tasted even worse.. in general, I don't even want to describe it.. (recommended for weight loss). There are a lot of greens, several types of fruits. Recording in Ala kart is a song, starting by QR code at 11.00, there are no seats at 11.01!!!! Alcohol is a separate topic. Those who want to relax in the lobby with a cocktail are definitely not here)). You will only get alcohol at the main restaurant during the meal. The rest of the time, you will have an alcohol quest "where do they pour?". During the daytime, this is the only pool bar. In general, the hotel is a disgrace to the Rixos grid. It is necessary to restore order in all aspects, starting with the service. It seems that most of the positive reviews are simply generated by the staff themselves, which, in principle, is evident from the style.. Well, today, the children on the beach almost stole my iPhone from me, my husband caught it well and took my phone out of my hands. And finally, today is my son's birthday, I came up in advance, wrote to decorate the room. The time is 16.40 nothing!!!! They don't care about requests, the mood is completely ruined.

The waiters bring what you asked for from the fifth request, the choice of dishes is the same, the children's menu has no options at all - pasta and sausages or a dry piece of chicken breast, except that the shape of the pasta changes from a bow to a spiral or feather), the fruits are poorly washed. We have been on this network many times, on a completely different level. This hotel has a lot to grow. Those who follow the usual service of the hotel chain will be disappointed.

We were in December. We arrived around 7 a.m. We were upgraded to a room category for free and were already checked in at 9 a.m. We liked everything. The only point: it is not clear why they constantly ask for the room number at the entrance to the restaurant, if there are no bracelets and the whole hotel works for all guests according to the UAL system.

The hotel is gorgeous! The beach is the best in the UAE! The food is great! The staff is beyond praise! One of the disadvantages is the renovation of the building and the remoteness from Dubai. If this is your first time in the UAE, it takes a long time to get to Dubai. That was a plus for us. We've been everywhere before. Overall, price is quality! Nice hotel in a quiet area of Rasel Khaimah emirate. The coastline is large, as is the territory. Attentive staff. The power supply system - ultra all inclusive justifies itself. Alcohol is plentiful and very diverse. There are several swimming pools, bars and restaurants throughout the hotel, and there is animation... One of the disadvantages is the problem with sun beds (there are not enough for everyone) and a more attentive attitude towards European guests (at the same time, about 80% of Russian-speaking tourists were there at the time of our stay). But, in general, we received more positive emotions than negative ones.
