- [x] I am 64 years old, so I started to relax with my family a long time ago. We started with simpler hotels, and in recent years we have been going only to premium class hotels. We've been to Spain, Croatia, Bulgaria, Italy, Turkey, and this is the first time in the United States. This is the first time I've written a review, because I've never seen such an outrage anywhere, including hotels. It's much easier. And most importantly, and the most annoying thing is that the hotel is not cheap at all, and for the same price in Turkey we could have a great rest in a place we already know. - [ ] We took an individual transfer, because we wanted to arrive as soon as possible and not collect other tourists at the hotels. A minivan came to pick us up (there are minibuses like that not in Moscow, but only in small provincial towns), but these are small things. We flew quickly, in about an hour. There is no welcome at the hotel, there is nowhere to drink, thank God there is a place to sit down. They checked in from 3 p.m., we arrived around 9 a.m., my husband arranged for us to be checked in, but we had to pay extra for early check-in and breakfast, although in hotels in Turkey we were checked in when rooms were available and we could immediately enjoy all the privileges of the all-inclusive system. - [ ] In the reviews, many people write that the furniture is tired, yes, it is, but again it's a small thing compared to everything else. It all starts with a canteen (it's hard to call it anything else), no tablecloths, creepy communal tables with reusable mats that are shaken off and a knife and fork are placed on them, battered, and if you're lucky, napkins. Getting a tablespoon is a special piece of luck, and you can't even dream of a tearoom. Food is naturally snapped up quickly, and employees are not in a hurry to add what is in demand. The food is mostly specific, with an oriental flavor, for an amateur, while not salty, but spicy, and even on the children's table it can also be spicy. I won't even describe the range, everyone is different, many people will be delighted. - [ ] Ala Kart restaurants is a separate quest, it is very difficult to sign up, you can only do the first 5 minutes after 9.00. We were in Turkish and Italian, it was enough for us, the desire to enroll somewhere else disappeared. - [ ] There is no service in the hotel at all and everywhere. You order drinks in the cafeteria, or you wait a long time, or they forget you altogether. - [ ] The central lobby is the only place where the waiter is suitable, but there is almost no choice of drinks, but there is Internet, but if you go out on the balcony, the Internet ends. If you want to drink a strong drink, then only in the cigar room, but you can not go there with a child, and therefore there is only a pool bar, where there is a very meager set of drinks, and the cocktails are simply disgusting. There's also a white wine and a red wine, and they say the rest is over. The ice cream at the pool bar also ran out after two days of our arrival and did not appear for a week. - [ ] If you want to drink freshly squeezed juice, then only from 14.00 in the smoothie bar by the other pool. We liked the carrot juice, we drank it for two days, and on the third day the person who squeezes the juice was replaced, and after the sour fruits he shoved the carrots into the juicer and the juice turned sour. - [ ] Coffee is like slop everywhere. Sometimes you want to drink good coffee or tea with something sweet, but there is simply no such opportunity. - [ ] There is a shortage of cots and umbrellas at the pools. You can take it up to 9 a.m., but don't be surprised if your umbrella is taken away by employees for someone else for unknown reasons. In front of my eyes, the employee wanted to take away an umbrella where there were three cots with a bunch of baby clothes and a stroller, people were probably in the pool, I didn't give it to her. My granddaughter is lying under an umbrella, an employee comes up in front of my eyes and starts taking the umbrella away, I was just shocked. - [ ] The beach by the sea is again a problem with the beds, there are very few of them, and the most annoying thing is the huge beach, but it is not well maintained at all, there are no paths and one shower, which gets clogged from time to time. And of course there is not a single waiter, and to drink you have to go back to the pool to the bar. In general, a huge, gorgeous territory, a good sea, but there is no desire to please tourists even a little, but there is one desire to make money on them.
