Excellent location
ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well.
LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport.
FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min.
FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service
STAFF: very polite and helpful.

The hotel is great! The breakfasts are great, the breakfast staff is courteous and very attentive.
Separately about the SPA, if you are there, then you will definitely visit the SPA. You won't want to leave.
A magnificent Turkish cuisine restaurant. Excellent cuisine. Experimental dishes. Just a delight. Actually, the service is at a high level.
What overshadowed: twice, at early check-out, ordered lunch boxes (according to individual requirements, this is an excellent service) were given to other people. And I had to wait for a new one to arrive. The first time we waited, but the second time we didn't have time.
I hope that Murphy's Law will not work and the lunch box will reach us for the third time

For such a level , selling champagne at breakfast is , in my opinion, bad form .
The pool is great, everything is clean and the spa is cool, the rooms are a little old. But in general, it pulls 4.
Of the advantages, there is also Parking.
The breakfasts are varied , it seems there is everything: fish and cottage cheese , porridges and omelets , and even something hot .
They only pissed off with their advertisements on the tables , in Mariotts they pour a glass of champagne for breakfast , even if it 's local , but people smile more broadly

I stayed at the hotel in May 2023. Overall, the hotel is decent.
Of the advantages:
The lobby is spacious and very cozy. There is a lot of greenery, in the center next to the bar there is a cage with birds. It was nice to work, sitting on a soft sofa, drinking delicious coffee and listening to the chirping of birds.
Also, it is worth noting the breakfasts. If we consider the Rixos line as a whole, then the range was small. But what was presented was fresh and of high quality. 5 cup coffee, red fish, cheeses, sausages, delicious fresh bread and pastries, national dishes and much more.
Very responsive staff at the reception, quickly settled in, provided late check-out and generally solved issues very quickly. Well done!
Not a bad spa area. On the 4th floor. There are several types of saunas and a small swimming pool.
Good location, walking distance to the central square is not more than 1 km.
Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the number.
The design is weak. Somehow it just looks for 5 stars. But there are no complaints about the quality. A bed for 5 people. All necessary accessories were present.

My favorite hotel in Astana, where you are always welcome!
We have been holding our industry events there for many years. On the part of the hotel, everything is always at the highest level: service, hospitality, responsiveness. Any issues are resolved instantly!
The staff is very attentive. The guests of our event are always delighted with the venue.
Separately, I would like to note the cleanliness, room service, excellent cuisine, excellent spa! There is a wonderful Aksam restaurant on site. We found excellent business lunches in it this year, which are more like a banquet) I feel at home here every time!

Great hotel. Solid 5*. Clean, excellent cuisine, pleasant and friendly staff. There is a pub with billiards and broadcasts, there is a separate restaurant. Parking space. Entry through the barrier. There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers. I highly recommend it.

Nice SPA complex. A great children's room. We were still in the day camp period, there was no way to pick up the Child at all.
One of the things that can be improved is the restaurants in the lobby. The food is frankly "not very good."

On the 1st floor there is a swimming pool and a spa, there are few people, the water is clean and pleasant in temperature, there is a sauna. Among the advantages are the convenient location, the magnificent interior of the hotel, cleanliness, attentive staff, good breakfasts, the presence of a spa sauna, hammam, swimming pool. One of the disadvantages is some kind of strange booking system. 3 adults and a child were indicated, upon arrival it turned out that there was a room for three, two separate beds and an extra one for a child. However, the three of us arrived, the eldest son refused at the last moment, so it didn't turn out so sad. But when we came to breakfast, they asked where our fourth one was. That's weird... Both the fragrance in the hotel lobby and in the spa is somewhat intrusive, we did not like it.

The hotel is as beautiful as the moon - there is a front side, but the back side corresponds to it.
The pool and three types of steam rooms are a wonderful good SPA. But the teenager swam and suffered from an upset stomach for three days, caught chota in the water.
Breakfast is great, it's a credit. Without a turnover.
The room is nice, but there is no battery in it! Warming up due to the underfloor heating in the bathroom, it must be kept open. A joke, aha.
The coolest hall with a huge ceiling creates a special atmosphere, you are happy every time you come past it or take the elevator. Live music in the evenings in the lobby also perfectly complements the atmosphere.
Aksam restaurant is wonderful. Just wonderful. The price tag is just behind the clouds, but it's worth it.
The hotel has a joke - every car is inspected with a mirror to look for a bomb in the bottom. The only place in the city with this approach.
The staff is trying very hard - they really liked the guys. In all corners of the hotel with care.
The rooms are quiet and peaceful.
If you go for a week to relax, lie down in the SPA, see the city - it's perfect.

Отличное место. Очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый персонал. Помогают буквально во всем. Очень хорошие ортопедические матрасы в номерах. Также понравился, бассейн и сауна. На завтрак очень большой выбор еды, на абсолютно каждого гостя. Будь ты веган или мясоед. Огромный ассортимент сладостей. Из нюансов, сказал бы только одно - перед заселением лучше сразу интересоваться у гостя минибаром в номере. И если гость, не желает им пользоваться, сразу уносить содержимое. На замок закрывание, не совсем правильно. Возможно что гость, захочет воспользоваться, холодильником. В моей случае, по моей просьбе замок с мини бара оперативно сняли, и холодильник освободили. В целом, отличный отель, который стоит своих денег

Классный дорогой отель в самом центре города. Отличный завтрак, супер дружелюбный персонал. Очень понравился бар с живой музыкой и атриум-сад. Пара момента не понравились. Мы бронировали номер на троих – двое взрослых и ребенок, при заселении выяснилось, что при таком типе бронирования предоставляется номер с одной большой кроватью. На вопрос "где будет спать ребенок" предложили доплатить примерно 30% от стоимости номера за дополнительную кровать. После демонстрации несогласия сказал "ок, комплиментарно сделаем" и выяснилось, что детская кровать выдвигается из взрослой. Зачем нужны были эти качели непонятно. Второе – некачественная уборка номеров: все три дня у нас оставляли грязную посуду. Мыть кружки из под кофе в ванной самому – не то, что ждешь от отеля с таким именем и таким ценником. Также выглядело немного странным то, что все столовые принадлежности были в единственном экземпляре, буквально: одна кружка, одна ложечка, один стакан. Видимо нужно было пить и мыть по очереди.

“Our Rixos doesn't look fresh,” at least the restaurant where I participated in the event. It's hot in summer, and the air conditioners can no longer provide coolness and freshness. Upon check-in at the reception, they gave coupons for any free drink. In bars and restaurants, the staff feels like they are hearing about these coupons and seeing them for the first time. They began to introduce some restrictions out of the blue. It turns out that not every cocktail can be chosen. I said later that up to 3000 tenge is something, and there for this price the choice becomes not great. Why introduce such a decoy action is not clear. The same story with a special dinner menu for 17,000 tenge. The staff could not give a clear answer about this action either. The reception couldn't tell if it was for one or for two, whether it was a buffet entrance fee or not. In short, marketing exists separately from the hotel.

The rooms are already tired. The watering can of the tropical shower in our room was non-working, in the sense that it was just pouring from some of the holes in different directions with strong jets, because the holes were patched (or broken, I don't know how to explain). But such trifling things can be replaced by a hotel. For this, you can safely put a couple of stars (because at 5 * this is simply unacceptable).
The in-room bar is equipped with everything you need, including condoms (all for a fee).
I bet 4* - the hotel saved a wonderful SPA and very good breakfasts. Divine beauty products in the room, just a delight. Excellent hammam, Russian, Finnish sauna.

Отель крутой.Нам с мужем понравилось всё.Были в Астане по своему бизнесу Гербалайф, успели 4 раза посетить Спа- хорошо отдохнули.В номере есть все: и туалетные принадлежности каждый день, и чайник и фен, утюг.Прекрасный интерьер отеля радует глаз.Все волосы решаются быстро ( достаточно позвонить)Уезжали в 5 утра, нам даже предложили чай кофе круассаны- были приятно удивлены заботой о нас.Благодарю🙏 весь персонал, всех, кто создавал и охранял наш отдых

Очень красивый отель, зелёный, много цветов, есть птички и зона, где можно попить кофе и побеседовать. Ходили на галаужин. Все очень вкусно, красивая подача блюд, правда официанты ребята совсем молодые и не имеют достаточного опыта. Все время приходилось напоминать, просить. Расположение отеля хорошее, на левом берегу. Такси заезжает внутрь отеля, при въезде машину проверяют

Если учесть что это город то место отличное! Персонал весь вежливый и дружелюбный! Спа не большой но его достаточно. На 4 сауны 3 душа, много лежаков.
Ребенок потерял игрушку после выезда ее нашли и вернули!!! За это огромное спасибо сотрудникам ресепшен и спа!!!! Минус бал за питание (сравниваю с риксос боровое) там значительно богаче питание и качество еды лучше! За это минус звезда, в остальном - спасибо за подбор и обучение персонала! В РК с этим проблемы а тут все хорошо!!!
