Anyone else would have been worried that the parcel would be lost, but literally 3-4 days later I already picked up the parcel at Moscow time. One person is working, the queue is full and everyone is waiting for the client to send 10 boxes. I think that saving money on employees is disrespecting customers who have to wait and waste their time. And if you need to receive the goods, you will still be waiting in a single queue. I highly do not recommend this department. Unless, of course, you feel sorry for 30 minutes of your time.
