I was most pleased that the main building of the hotel is located very close to the sea and all rooms have sea view. We sleep with an open balcony and enjoy the sound of the surf. The food is good: lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, pastries, soups, dishes of beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, fish. However, the orange juice from the cooling unit has a strange taste, similar to fermented. Tea and coffee from the coffee machine are available. Bottled drinking water in refrigerators all the time and in unlimited quantities. Unobtrusive animation: during the day, they give time for silence so that the children can sleep, in the evening, artists perform on stage from 21-30 to about 22 hours, and then live, not particularly loud music for up to 24 hours. Wi-Fi is free and works throughout the hotel, even on the beach and behind the entrance gate. There are many online videos on TV, but there are practically no Russians. Only Russia24. TNT was found once, but then it disappeared. There are many shared toilets, but they are not always well maintained. The bathroom in the room is cramped, the shower cabin is very small. The beach requires attention: there are broken umbrellas, taps do not work properly on all foot washes, one shower generally stands in the middle of the sun beds in a sand pit, from which the water does not go anywhere. But the hotel has its own pier with ladders into the water. The stairs are quite high and steep. The shore is sandy in places, with small pebbles in places. There are sea pebbles at the entrance to the sea, in which the waves knock out a rather high step. For this reason, it is inconvenient to get out of the water: it hurts your feet, and the waves sometimes push you forward, then drag you back into the sea. It is especially inconvenient for elderly people and even without corals. It would be nice if the hotel made wooden gangplanks with railings to enter the sea from the shore. The hotel has a children's playground, lots of pools, slides and all that. There are many bars and different food outlets, there is a coffee shop, a hookah bar. The staff is different: there are friendly and smiling, there are also unfriendly. There is not much greenery on the territory, but it is generally normal. There is a market near the hotel where you can buy everything you need for a holiday. Right in front of the hotel gate is the final stop of dolmusha, where you can leave for Manavgat. Bottom line: overall, I liked the hotel, but there are some shortcomings. In principle, we would like to come here a second time.

She lived in 1623, a separate room in a bungalow. on the cons: 1) the repair in the room is severely tired, part of the mirror under the TV is broken, the bathroom is covered in lime, water stains are painted over in many places, paint is knocked down, wires are sticking out. the hair dryer is dying, there is no iron, there is not even an elementary spoon for shoes either 2) on food: no seafood, as long as I've seen red fish 1 time for all the time :) 3) for me, the disadvantage is the huge number of people, because there is constant noise everywhere, you can stay by the sea and in your room in silence. When it started to rain, there was a queue for dinner, because there wasn't enough room for everyone 4) the location of the hotel is not a win-win, there is absolutely nothing nearby 5) info.meeting a tour operator – useless stories about excursions and tales about the Olive Museum 6) drinks for lunch/dinner are dull, diluted yuppie-type juices, incomprehensible juice and coffee/tea. That's it, if you don't want to, drink alcohol or water :( on the plus side: 1) large well-maintained territory 2) Excellent coffee at a point near the beach and ice cream near 12 to 16 3) you definitely won't stay hungry, sweets are special praise! 4) excellent staff, no questions at all 5) the room has a bathrobe and slippers, a comfortable and clean bed. Due to the fact that this bungalow is located far from the main building, you can have a nice sleep in silence. We went to a meeting and after 2 nights we moved into a quieter house. The sea was clear, and the bar was closed at the pier. Most likely because of the low season. The coffee in the coffee shop on the beach is delicious, the ice cream next to it is also very tasty in individual packaging, and the ice cream balls next to the water park are also delicious. The alcohol in the bars is local - gin, decent peach vodka, rum for an amateur, good beer. The lobby bar has imported alcohol.

The hotel itself is large-it consists of a complex of the main building and separate 2-storey buildings. Nutrition- there is a lot of food, varied, fish every day (but they don't know how to cook it at all), very tasty meat, many different snacks, delicious desserts. The territory is huge -there is a large main pool and a pool in the other part, the water is cool, which is not surprising -the end of the season. In the evening we went to the indoor pool. The spa area, of course, upset me. A huge plus of the hotel is the availability of water slides-they are cool, there are for both children and adults. The beach is long, there are a lot of sun beds, sand with pebbles, the entrance is comfortable, the water in the sea was very comfortable at that time, everyone was swimming. The animation for this period was great, thanks to them for the great mood! Bottom line: I recommend it as a good 5, but without unnecessary frills.

Bungalows on the beach - the curtains are half torn off, perhaps the guests are not careful, but you can fix, fake. The food is great, everything is fresh, delicious, everyone is trying- cooks, waiters)) but...It's very hot in the main restaurant, the air conditioners can't handle it, and there are a lot of flies. There are no such problems in the hotel of the same chain in Belek. I wrote about the kitchen staff, now it's cleaning. Well, not really. We need to clean more thoroughly, not just make the beds and change the towels. The reception is uncomplicated, fast, polite, everything is for the client. The beach is big, the sea is super) but the beach is not very cleaned, of course, the guests litter, but.... In general, we were satisfied with the rest, I write about the disadvantages only because there is something to compare it with- the hotel in Belek is without complaints, super! We stayed at this hotel from 07/25 to 08/01. And we are very glad that we took 7 days instead of 10. By the end of the vacation, I really wanted to leave this hotel. Now in order. Territory: very large, green. But it's not well cared for, there's a lot of dirt, and the paths and pools are often littered and slippery. There are many pools and sun beds. There are always enough places. Except for the pool at the water park. There, people take sun beds in the morning and towels lie all day. It is already difficult to find free sun beds at lunchtime. Plastic sun beds by the pools and at sea are dirty, with traces of dirt or mold. They are obviously not washed in season. The wooden ones are still normal, apparently newer. The beach by the sea is large, there are enough sun beds. There is a pier with sun beds. From there you can dive into the sea. There are 2 bars and an ice cream stand on the beach. Entertainment and animation. There are slides for adults and children, and there is a small lunapark. The animation is very boring and monotonous. There are darts, water polo and beach volleyball. There is little entertainment for children and they are uninteresting. The hotel is really boring, there's not much to do there. Food and drinks. The food was of normal quality, there were no digestive problems at all. But everything is also monotonous, by the end of the vacation it gets boring. Even though we tried to take something different every day. But it's difficult, there are a lot of the same dishes every day. There is fish, meat on the grill, vegetables, fruits, various snacks and sweets. There is no seafood. The coffee is disgusting, the tea is delicious. The juices were periodically fermented, you need to be more careful. Alcohol and cocktails in restaurants and bars by the beach are nothing, tasteless, either it smells like vodka, or it feels like you're drinking water. Normal alcohol is only available in the Lobby bar and the bar behind the water park. Rooms and cleanliness. We had a 2-room room in a separate house. There's plenty of room. But the room is very tired, obviously in need of repair. There is very little light in the room, you crawl like a mole in the dark in the evening. Cleaning is disgusting, there is almost none. They sweep the floor with a mop, not even all the sand is swept, the garbage is thrown out and that's it. Bed linen and towels with stains that cannot be washed are visible. For the first 2 days, no tips were left (there was no small money) and the bed was stopped making up altogether and towels were changed too. After that and another incident, there was no desire to leave tips anymore. Everyone in the hotels wants money, they need tips for everything. They don't work properly, but they want money. And if they don't leave them, they open the safe and steal from there. On the second day, 100 euros were missing from our safe. The safe was closed before leaving for the tour, but the safe was open and minus the money. No one wants to solve the issues, only for money. And you can't prove anything. The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I won't be coming back here for sure. And I'll think about whether to go to some other hotel in this chain.
