I'm currently at the hotel, waiting to leave for the airport, and before the nuances are erased from my memory, I want to write a review. We have marked the following: 1. Beautiful territory, lots of Instagram locations, cool photos are provided. But, the pier was dismantled and during the week of rest they did not see that they were engaged in it. It would be better to demolish it altogether, spoils the whole view. 2. Rooms. Our company had a room both in the main building with a sea view and in the lake house cabins. One of the advantages is the view in the main building, but the stench from the restaurant was, the noise from the animation, drunken comrades at the bar shouted until morning sometimes. Plus the eternal waiting for the elevator . But the lake house has simply amazing accommodation (by the way, the room category was raised without additional charges) Access to the pool right from the bed almost, silence, tranquility and peace. Nearby there is a bar without queues and a restaurant with few people, the assortment is almost the same. The rooms are well renovated, everything is fresh, no cleaning, the mini bar was replenished daily, bathrobes, good bed linen, there is a pillow menu. Good cosmetics. 3. Restaurants and bars. In the main restaurant, there are simply an unimaginable number of people, tables were not always immediately available, it was noisy. For the first time I notice dirty plates and glasses. I had to choose straight. The food is not very good. Powdered puree, raw rice. It seems like a lot of things, but it's no use. There were strawberries, there was no ice cream in packages, there was always a queue for ice cream, there was also a decent queue in the lobby bar. The cocktails are not bad, the glasses are beautiful. Gozleme at a restaurant on the beach. There is a sushi bar, but it's just a look, it's tasteless) There were cheesecakes for breakfast, I really liked them. There is a coffee bar, milkshakes. The Luna Park and the water park are good, great entertainment for children, a cool mini club. The pools are clean, and there were not always free sunbeds on the beach. The staff is friendly. The hotel is good, but judging by last year's reviews and the reaction of vacationers, there are problems with food this year, well, you have to understand that the hotel is large, there are a lot of people, so there may be a problem with sun beds, queues.

We stayed in hotels from 30.10-9.11 and lived in Lake 1642. The room needs repair, the balcony door did not close (a common problem of all watering cans), the rest works. Cleaning is the worst thing we have seen in 15 years of trips to Turkey, the room is initially dirty, the floors are black, the glass under the bed.On day 4, they washed a little or just pretended to pour bleach.Towels were often changed by themselves as the staff carts are on the street.The robes were brought on the 3rd day and without belts, they carried belts for another 2 days.Shampoos are the same story as with towels. It seems like gest relation wrote about this when they asked for help, but apparently the staff has their own life. The mini bar was also replenished after a day or even two, I also saw the cart I took myself and put it in the refrigerator. The food is mediocre, there are many variations with macaroni, you will not stay hungry for sure, but you should not expect something delicious.It is quite normal when they gave only either fish or chicken, meat only sate with something, and liver a couple of times. Very often the food is cold, and not even at the end of lunch or dinner. There were sometimes sea bass, squid, but who managed it. There was a lot of alcohol downstairs or behind the metal doors, many of the declared drinks were no longer there. And if you're too shy to ask, you'll only drink local. The dishes are very dirty, only disposable glasses and wipe the appliances. If you read the hotel group, the gut is here, but we were carried away.. The advantages are a water park and attractions for children. There is no mini club in fact, if you expect that you can give children to animators for some time, this is not here. According to the time of entertainment during the day, many things did not start, or were late, they were looking for a volleyball ball themselves. The territory is large, the pier is good. But the first days when the load was even greater, if you come after 9 free shislongs, you will not be by the sea until lunch, which was in the summer, I'm afraid to imagine. The hammam is cold, in the evening and smelly all the time. About the staff of the bar, kitchen, coffee shop, I won't say anything bad, more, great people for sure. But the biggest plus was, in the company of vacationers, a huge number of positive interesting people and great weather, this is what made our vacation! Would you come here again?Only for the price noticeably lower than the normal fives, they are not just such positioning themselves, but in fact they are not even close.

We rested in this place in August 24. We liked everything. Price is quality. There are disadvantages in the rooms. It's a shame that when you check in, how lucky you are with the room. My husband did not have enough choice of meat, he was always on the lookout for imported alcohol only in the lobby bar. There was also a swing when checking in. They offered a room in the Watering Cans, but we didn't want to go there. As a result, we sat down on the second floor in a damp, dark room, where it stank of fish when it was fried. We changed the room only on the 3rd day, and then after the spouse said that there would be a scandal now if you did not move. The reception staff is simple... They act like they did us a big favor by letting us come to their hotel🙈For a child of 11 years old, there is no water park and lunopark entertainment, there is no animation for this age. The evening shows are good Now there are a lot of non-Russians in the hotel (Poles, Germans, etc.). We decided not to come back here anymore.
