The area is not poorly cleaned. If you wait in a restaurant for a waiter to come up to you, then you don't have to wait, so it's better to do everything yourself. Ala-kart had only two restaurants and we couldn't get there on a 7-day vacation, they offered us a free place when we were already flying away, if we come for two weeks, I think we can make it. We rested at the hotel from 07/29/2015. I'll start by taking us 2.5 hours to the hotel, from the Airport (as it turned out, the Selectums were the last on the list, and there were more than 30 people, which caused the displeasure of the entire bus) The reception arranged everything quickly, gave a room with a sea view, but with an unpleasant smell! The beds are clean, the shower and sink are clogged and the water did not leave! We asked us to change the room, offered another one, but without a bed for the child. Thanks, one of the maids washed the room and did everything to make the smell go away. Then they cleaned the sink for us, and they didn't clean it, we came to the room and saw a sea of dirt on the floor. Then we were flooded from the ventilation, in general, we were not lucky with the room. As for the food, everything is fine here, we had fish, meat, shrimp, squid, fast food, very tasty grilled liver-I advise you, vegetables, fruits, ice cream, in general, there is nothing to say that the food is good. We don't drink much, so we can't appreciate strong drinks, but the bartender near the amphitheater made amazing cocktails, the beer is normal! There is also a children's bar :), a small luna park and a nice children's room, our child spent 4 hours a day there in the hottest weather! For those who monitor sugar levels, who are lactose intolerant and who cannot live without coffee, it will not be easy for you. For example: there are 6 cans of cereal at breakfast - and all with icing sugar. Sugar was also poured into the pancake dough from the bottom of their hearts. There is no lactose-free or vegetable milk. The porridge is cooked with ordinary milk. Thank you, there are fresh vegetables, some fruits and watermelons with melons. Coffee from the vending machine in the main restaurant is instant. They brew in the lobby and in the coffee house, but the variety is disgusting - it is impossible to drink. The juices are packaged, and it's worth it- some kind of yuppie is mixed in the apparatus, depicting fresh orange juice. Of the a la carte restaurants, there is more or less nothing fishy and Turkish. The children's club has a half-cleaned lego, there are desperately not enough details, which generates disputes and skirmishes between children over the details. And one more thing: if you want peace or are traveling with young children, book a separate house right away. All rooms in the main building with sea view overlook the pool, stage and children's club, where loud music plays late. There are rooms facing the other side, but there is music and animation coming from a nearby hotel. There are also some shows at the kids' club sometimes, but it's all so loud that our three-year-old son asked us to leave as soon as possible. It periodically brings a lot of pebbles to the shore - take special slippers. Of the advantages: Several children's attractions that will entertain your child in the evenings. Friendly, responsive management and staff who try to solve all your problems quickly. There is a spa - you can go. There is a refrigerator with round-the-clock access to the ayran. We were unlucky with fruits, apparently it wasn't the season, there were only pears, apples, and bananas to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room cleaning for 3, cleaned every day, but not every bed linen change, and not every other day. The room is nice and comfortable, but not the first freshness, there is mold in places from dampness. There were a lot of flaws in our room specifically, the air conditioner was poorly functioning, there was no hot water in 1 shower (there were 2 in the room), the bathroom door was closing badly, and the toilet was wobbling. We spent a little time in the room, these moments did not overshadow our rest, but nevertheless we noted the disadvantages for ourselves. The territory for recreation with children is well thought out, 3 children's pools, an aquapark, evening events were not attended, I cannot give an estimate. When the luna park wasn't working and the pier was closed, it didn't upset us, but those who consider this hotel, and these places are important, should learn about their work. Now we are resting in this hotel, I start with the cons, a family of 5 adults and 1 child arrived, we booked a family room in a bungalow and a standard main building. Nice hotel on the first line. Excellent rooms, good service. The territory is 5+. Wonderful pools, lots of food outlets. The main buffet for 5 does not pull. No way. The menu is very monotonous and not very good. Coffee just sucks. Only in the on-site bar or on the Lobby floor you can order a good coffee. There is no good tea at all.
