I had a rest in October 2024. Very nice hotel, at 5 with a slight minus. The hotel is a little tired, and very huge. There is a water park and a luna park. Children's paradise. The food is excellent, I liked everything, I have alcohol all 24 hours, Jack, chivas, absolut, ice cream all day. There is a bar on the beach, alcohol and food there too. I recommend it, I liked it.

Perhaps it is more constant, there is no such thing that every day is completely different, but there is plenty to choose from. Lots of greens and fruits, which was a plus. There are few seafood, mostly fish - it would be great to have shrimp , mussels , etc. available. There is an arsenal of food for children, that is, even the youngest ones always have something to feed and surprise. There is a restaurant 24/7 - food is served there according to the menu Several locations with street food distribution (fast food). Bars are available, anyone who drinks will always find something to drink))) Sea The sea is clean, the sea is already quite warm, the entry into the sea is normal - if the delicate legs (buy aquashoots) are medium pebbles turning into sand. There is a pier from which it is convenient to dive into the water and sunbathe. There are a lot of sun beds Aquapark- worked from 9-12 ; from 14-17 All the slides are cool in their own way, the water is cool in the pool, but if you actively ride the slides you don't notice it. We settled on the 7th floor under the roof, stuffy, there is a shower room in the corridors, the room is tiny, shabby, there are no bathrobes, accessories are scarce, there is no bidet, everything is old, the hotel level is maximum 3 stars. The next day, after an urgent request, they were moved to another room, more spacious, the level is the same. During the 12 days of rest, the bed linen has not been changed once! Towels were changed every day. The quality of the cleaning was also much to be desired. The food is not tasty, the quality of cooking is mediocre, people are crowded, they often could not find clean plates and appliances, it was always a problem to take a table in the main restaurant. Dirt and mess. As for the sea. The sea is clean, warm, but it was also a problem to occupy free sun beds, the coast was unequipped, it was impossible to enter the sea without special shoes, the child refused to swim in the sea, because immediately the depth and plus the impossible entrance. By the end of the rest, the child fell ill, had to go to a doctor, the diagnosis was incorrect and the treatment was prescribed incorrectly. As a result, it turned out that the child had contracted the Coxsackie virus, which became known at home, fortunately, after the onset of symptoms of the disease, we left the next day. We voluntarily refused the general transfer, because the bus takes 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel. We took an individual transfer for an additional fee. Of course, the children's attractions, aqua and luna park are good, but everything else is very mediocre and in general, the entire service at this Selectum Family Resort SIDE hotel is not worth the money. Among other things, the staff asks for tips for each sneeze. It's kind of a nightmare. Summary: the level does not match the stated one, ten years ago 5-star hotels amazed and delighted with their level, but now.... We will not go to Turkey anymore. The tour operator ANEX tour needs to get serious about his job.

And the approach on the left is good, but there are boulders of different heights. Rooms: + Clean, well cleaned, no swans were made, the child was placed in a distant aqua building, the parents were placed in the main one. I didn't like it at first, because it's so far away, but there's a shuttle running all the time and the aqua building is very quiet and peaceful. They didn't regret it. Children's Club: + Toys, play station, animation are available for different ages. - A small area inside and a huge outdoor field, where about 5 cars for children are being taken out, they were constantly waiting and looking for a free one.
