It's a nice hotel, a little shabby, but everything you need to relax is there! The food is delicious, not very varied, but around the clock! Imported alcohol is available, the staff is a bit lazy, but positive, and if asked, they will do everything. The territory is large, there are not enough heated pools, there is a water park and children's attractions. A significant disadvantage is the rooms of the main building with a view of the sea, it is very noisy from ventilation or some kind of equipment, and it is very uncomfortable. It is better to choose a view of the mountains.

A large hotel with a green area, with various interesting locations. There are many bars, a good main restaurant. Unfortunately, it was not possible to visit the restaurants on the menu (there were a lot of people, there were no reservations for our week). The hotel is of course for families with children, a large water park, separate slides by the central pool, a lunapark, daily performances. The beach is sandy and pebbly, it is better to enter from the shore in special shoes. The rooms are quite large, renovated. The cleaning is excellent.

This is not a hotel, but a whole city) We had a great week of rest with the children at this hotel and did not completely bypass it. There is entertainment for any audience, no one will be bored here for sure. The sea is within walking distance, swimming pools, an amusement park, water slides (large and small), several playgrounds for football and basketball, children's rooms, a private amphitheater in which entertainment programs are constantly held, evening discos, restaurants and much more. There is only one fiasco, the 5* hotel did not provide dental kits to our room category and the room cleaning was a little disappointing, but despite this we really liked everything.

A huge territory with 2 water parks (children's, adult), its own Luna Park, a kids' club (where you can leave your kids), outdoor pools throughout, an indoor heated pool with sauna, hammam and spa in the main building! Various restaurants, bars, food courts ! I would like to express my special gratitude to the girls and teachers from the children's club, thank you so much for your hard work, we definitely would not have had a rest without you)))!!!! The hotel is clearly not 5 stars. I'll start with the cons. 1. Air conditioners can't handle it. We lived in watering cans. In August 2025. And this was the case not only in our room, but also in 2 other families. 2. There is not enough ice cream freezer in the watering can area. If you are relaxing in the pool area, then go for ice cream either to the water park area or to the main pool. 3. Very far from the airport. We took an individual transfer and that in the afternoon (one o'clock in the afternoon) we drove 2 hours to the hotel. We drove 1 hour to the airport at night. 4. The restaurant in the little lakes. It's stupid to have a snack. But you won't stay hungry. But all the interesting dishes will be served only in the main restaurant. 5. The hotel is really big. In the main restaurant, you have to come to the opening for breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, you'll be looking for an empty table for 20 minutes. And when you find it, it won't be cleaned yet. And you will need to look for a hall employee to take and give clean appliances. 6. Entering the sea is controversial. We were swimming to the left of the pier, and there were waves. Not stones or a slab, but real boulders. The legs were knocked down on them. 6. One evening they came to swim in the main pool - it's a horror. Tzoki and other foreigners jump off the sides. They're yelling. Loud Turkish music is playing. No European music for you. This is a huge disadvantage. Is this a 5-star Hotel. 7. The evening shows are sooo weak. There is something to compare it with. It's just the cheapest option here. 8. The kids' club is far from the sea or swimming pools. We couldn't leave the baby because it was so far away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the beach.and there are only water parks near the club. We don't like them. 9. For us, it was a disadvantage that ice cream is put into cones of only a few types. Or rather, 2 types at the same time. This is not enough for 5 stars. They don't exhibit all the flavors at once. And my daughter eats only a few kinds. And it happened that we approached and there were only 2 types (chocolate and pistachio). She doesn't eat. And upset. As a result, you need to approach several times and wait for these types to be disassembled and they will get a new one. And it's not a fact that there will be vanilla or blue. Lemon has also happened, but what kind of child loves it at all. Th0. Another minus sign for the restaurant. There is a table with yogurt, but there are no cups or deep plates for these yogurts nearby. It's complete nonsense to go to other tables and look for deep plates... On the plus side: 1. Luna Park and water park for kids are just great. 2. Children's animation is trying. 3. Our room was well cleaned. The floors were washed several times. Towels were changed. The bed linen was changed 1 time in 8 days. It's not enough, but we were OK. 4. The food is normal. The main restaurant has steamed, fried and grilled dishes. Everything can be found. There was sushi (tasteless) and lula, and large shrimps and small ones. Delicious pasta in a head of cheese for an Italian night. 5. For breakfast, the main restaurant serves packaged milk and a milkshake (strawberries or chocolate). But they need to be asked (where eggs are fried and porridge is served). They don't just post them. I happened to see a woman asking the staff for something. There are also hipp cans and yogurts in cups for children. Be careful with the pools. Do not let children swallow water there. In general, there are more minuses than pluses for us. But the price in August for the 3rd was less than 300 thousand... in principle, it is expected. There is no desire to return to this island. To advise someone too.

Great hotel. Large territory. The Luna Park is great, there was entertainment for a teenager. The food isn't exactly varied, but you won't stay hungry. The only thing that annoyed me was the pipes from the grill, they start cooking at lunch and the smoke billows into the night. If the windows overlook the courtyard, there is nothing to breathe. The indoor pool was not pulled, although the tour operator said otherwise. The spa is great, it's worth a visit. Entering the sea was not annoying, there are enough sun beds. Not all the slides were working, but there were plenty of workers. There are a lot of cats on the territory, children chase them.

We lived in a bungalow - it is very convenient that there is a swimming pool right away, we went for the main time, the rest of the time at the bungalow. The children's water park is interesting, but the water in it is cold, in the adult the water is warm and they were allowed to ride together from the age of 4. The Luna Park is small, but we had enough, the animation is not bad. The food is normal, no frills, but you won't stay hungry. There were few fruits at the beginning of May, in June there were already strawberries and watermelons. The mini-bar was refilled every day, but there was only one bottle of beer. The rooms are clean, not shabby, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, but a little further is a stove, it's nice to stand in the water. I would also like to note the staff, very responsive, lost a purse with money a couple of times, each time it was with all the contents💪👍food is 24 hours and alcohol can also be taken in one bar when the rest are closed

Dispensers with soap, shampoo, and shower gel-I didn't check them when cleaning, but they were empty. I really liked the animation and evening show programs. On nutrition. The choice of food is huge, even too much. But everything is not tasty, except for French fries. It would be possible to reduce the range but improve the quality. For some reason, there are 20 bowls of sauces at lunch in the restaurant, and the shawarma in a flatbread and burgers are completely dry and do not go down your throat, because there is no sauce at all. There are no sun beds available either on the beach or by the pool. There are huge queues at restaurants everywhere. Plus, on day 5, my daughter picked up coxsackie at the hotel. September 2025. We had a rest from 09.05 to 19.05. The territory in the hotel is large, most of the staff speaks Russian well, the food is good, but almost monotonous (you won't stay hungry for sure). Of the cons, I can note that the hotel is really big, but there was enough room for everyone in May, and the daytime animation also let us down - it's kind of weak, both for adults and for children. What I would like to add is freshly squeezed juices (May is the harvest of oranges, but the hotels had only canned juices), I would like a separate place for vitamin cocktails, and finally, this is one place in the hotel where natural coffee is brewed, with only one person, the hotel has about 1000 rooms, a queue in this place always))) Russian Russians, a few Poles, a few Russian-speaking Germans, and a few Turks were mostly present during our stay, but on the day of departure, a lot of Turks stopped by, as men mostly write in many places, and one married couple was already annoyed by their noise in the room.

They agreed to go to the first floor only if they cut the withered leaves of a banana. The application was created, but not cut. Our room was washed twice that day and wine and fruit were left on the table as a compliment. The hotel is good for children. There is a luna park, but not all the attractions work in it. The water in the pools is cool. We went to the water park because of this once. We were lucky with the sea, it was warm and clean in October. In general, I do not recommend the hotel, it does not justify the money spent on it. And the cost in October for vouchers was not small!!!

Now the pros: ✅ a fairly large territory, there is a lunopark, its own beach with a fairly large number of sun loungers, you never have to occupy in advance, there are always free ones. There is a fairly wide variety of food, there is a restaurant that is open until 7 a.m., a bunch of bars, mini-cafes for every taste ( burgers, ice cream, pastries, everything is free of course) . ✅ excursions at reasonable prices, we went and compared them on the streets and with the guide - the same thing, the guide is even a little cheaper. ✅ evening program every day. ✅ sauna, hammam, indoor pool is warm enough, additional services in the form of massage and spa complexes (for an additional fee, adequate enough). ✅there is a market + shops with water supplies and souvenirs on the territory of the hotel, the prices are also quite reasonable except for the “MARKET” near the exit from the hotel to the beach, did you buy a pack of tampons for $ 10??😳 What? in general, I give the hotel 4⭐️, not 5, the guys are trying, obviously, but they don't take it out to the end. the heated pool and the lack of an iron were very disappointing. it is suitable for a family budget holiday.

The first days we enjoyed the sights and smells from the dining room :) When the evening shows started, it was time to pay for the view. The songs were very clearly audible until 23.30-23.45, even with the balcony door closed. Daily, high-quality cleaning. The mattress was very hard, and my back was aching by the end of the vacation. The occupancy of the hotel was not very high until a strange delegation arrived (we still did not understand whether a political or corporate departure had happened, the testimony had dispersed). It was not very pleasant after the arrival, because only men who behaved badly came. The sea was stormy and it was cold enough, we swam in the indoor pool and warmed up in the hammam. Overall, a good hotel, there is entertainment for children and adults, excellent cuisine without an abundance of spices (you can always add it yourself).

However, on the third day, our vacation turned into a nightmare. A huge group of Turks arrived at the hotel, apparently on the occasion of some kind of forum. From that moment on, everything went wrong. The air in the hotel became saturated with cigarette smoke, as men were constantly smoking everywhere, ignoring the presence of children. It was unbearable, especially for those who came with the kids.The situation has worsened in the water park. Instead of enjoying water activities, our children were faced with the fact that the men from this group behaved extremely impolitely. They occupied all the circles for descending the slides, and our children simply did not have enough equipment. I had to wait a long time or give up the desire to ride altogether. This deprived the children of some of the pleasure of staying at the hotel, for which they had been waiting for this trip. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely unable to cope with such an influx of guests.Instead of a relaxing and family vacation, we got stress, unpleasant smells and a spoiled mood. We are extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone if you value the comfort and safety of your children.

We had a rest in the second half of July 2024. We really enjoyed our vacation! We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., we were immediately offered check-in without additional charges and other issues, but first they say we need to have breakfast))), which was VERY helpful. In general, as in a Russian fairy tale: fed, put to bed (sat down)))). The room itself, bed linen and bathroom are clean, everything works (water, flush, air conditioning). The room is a little tired: somewhere the wallpaper or plaster is scratched, the shower leaked a little through the doors, but these are very small things. We had a room on the second floor in a house with access to the pool, 2 rooms, each with a sleeping place. We have never regretted that we booked exactly this option. Because the hotel is designed for a huge number of guests, in a room in a small house we felt privacy and some kind of privacy (for us this is a plus). The territory of the hotel is large, but at the same time it is clean everywhere on the street, indoors, and in restaurants. There are a lot of staff who are always on the lookout, if something is spilled or broken, they immediately clean it up. The staff is polite and friendly. The food is very good and tasty, there is always a lot of food. And most importantly, you can eat at almost any time of the day. Despite the huge number of vacationers, there are always free tables in the main restaurant, and it doesn't matter if you come to the beginning or by the end of the meal, there is enough food. I liked the pools, the water park, the evening animation, and again I would like to note that you can visit everywhere without standing in line. The only problem with sun beds at the pools is that if you do not take them in the morning, then after 11 o'clock there is practically no chance of finding free ones. This was not a problem for us, because we were constantly moving from one pool to another or going to the sea. The sea is amazing: warm and clean, even though you can swim all day. On the beach there is large sand, turning into small pebbles on the approach to the sea (on which it hurts to walk)))), turning into large pebbles already in the water. The depth of more than 2 meters begins about 3-4 meters from the shore. I was especially pleased with punctuality!!! All events (excursions, restaurants, transfers, entertainment shows, swimming pools, etc.) started on the minute, without delays and hitches. A great hotel for families with children.
