We had a two-room room in the left wing of the main building: the room was relatively large, but the windows overlooked the backyard of the neighboring hotel, where there are trash cans. Unfortunately, the air conditioners in the room were running very noisily like a diesel engine. Pretty good animation, especially in the evening. All issues are handled by the Guest Relationship Manager, gastrelation in our manner, from adding shampoo, poor cleaning to booking a la carte, there are three of them in the hotel, one is free, included in the package, the rest are paid, but we did not have time, there were no seats, they praise the fish. The food is good, but we mostly didn't go to the canteen, but to the restaurant 24/7, where the service and food are better, plus there are few people. Recommend. Performances, shows, open-air discos, laser parties, foam bars are all there, a children's room, local shops and of course food at every turn, from fruits and ice cream, to fast food like tortillas or shawarma, alcohol is everything and aperol, champagne, beer, gas water and juices, frappe, gin, a martini, and a good whiskey, but you need to specify the name specifically and it will be poured, not local. In the evenings we went to the lunapark, a great place to take the children away for the night, there is also a good large water park, the territory allows you to walk, the main building has its own dining room, further where the villa is its own, to whom it is more convenient. I definitely recommend it for a family holiday, the entrance to the sea is Pebbles, but this is manavgat, it's good that there were no slabs at the bottom, the sand was not enough for the children

The food is monotonous, and it seems that it is not always cleaned in the refrigerator - for several days in a row there was a salad in the restaurant and every day the smell from it was getting worse and worse ... One day they took dessert and were horrified to find mold on it. There are a lot of fish in the restaurant and different, but it seems that the chefs learned to cook it from Yulia Vysotskaya - dry and tasteless. In a la carte restaurants, the food is excellent. Italian - I wanted to try the whole menu. The Turkish kebab is delicious. But there were drawbacks here too - the menu is in Russian and without photos, and the waiter taking the order speaks only Turkish. Bar. The lobby and the water park are open until 24.00, there is a choice of alcohol. The rest contain only Turkish alcohol. But the bartenders are trying. The waiters also try to serve promptly, but due to the savings on their number, they do not always have time. Going further: numbers The rooms in the main building do not require cosmetic repairs, which were made in 2023, but a full-fledged one. Towels are changed once a week. Requests to change the maid's dirty towel were ignored. The pinnacle of room service quality was a surprise in the form of a maid sitting in the toilet. They felt something was wrong in the hallway: they smelled it on the way to the room. After opening the door, it seemed tears would flow from his eyes.

We usually fly to Turkey in May for several years in a row and this is the first time we have seen this. Apparently, the hotel management decided to make good discounts for the locals. We were lucky here - there are four beds for three of us, one of them is a double bed. Sleep comfortably. There is no noise, but it's like everywhere else. If you take a room with a sea view, keep in mind that it will be loud from animation to about 24 hours (it is better to ask for a mountain/garden view). + A gorgeous, spacious, wide beach with beautiful umbrellas and "fresh" sun beds, with an excellent pier from which you can dive (crystal prestige also lacked) + The food is delicious, varied, there is always: fish, chicken, turkey, beef, meat on coals; sometimes: shrimp, salmon steaks, squid, rolls. We were surprised by the desserts - usually in Turkey they are delicious only in appearance, but here they also taste. In general, if it weren't for the high occupancy rate in the low season (I can't imagine what's going on in the high season), then you might not find any disadvantages for the hotel.

For us personally, this is the best hotel we've ever been to! But please take into account that we lived in a lighthouse! I think that we would not have received such an impression in the general building. In the sea only in special boats and then it will be fine, it is easy to go in and out and the sliminess of the natural plate is not felt. In the lyceums there is a separate swimming pool, a separate restaurant- without a crowd of people, it is quiet in the evening, as it is far from entertainment, but it is closest to attractions for both children and adults, which are free! A good hotel, we were with a family of three people, 1 child 11 years old, 08/26/2024 for 9 nights, first we checked into a room on the 1st floor, in the interior of the part where the indoor pool was, at night there was a wild hum, we didn't get enough sleep at all, my husband said that the fans were humming, cooling there were some cesterns, I still didn't understand that it's there, we went to the reception in the morning, they gave us three rooms to choose from, we moved to the 2nd floor, on the other side closer to the main entrance, a view of the parking lot, a chic clean room with a dressing room, an unrealistically large room, three people slept with a child, the chair was folded, cleaning was 10 out of 10, the room was new after repairs, the sea is gorgeous, the pier is decaying, it's disgusting to walk on it, and there is no lighting at night, one lamp and that's it, the entrance to the sea is pebbles with sand, then a slab of 7 steps and a cliff, those who have problems with leg sensitivity take carols, the beach is clean, they clean well, towels are already very tired, bars everything is on 5, the cocktails are delicious, the lunopark water park is on 5 out of 5, the gastrelation girls are just smart, they solve everything in 5 minutes, the territory is green, big, the show is all on 5 out of 5, it's fun, interesting, creative, the food is just super, everything is delicious, the chefs are magicians. The staff is friendly. I DIDN'T LIKE the old furniture in restaurants, the tables were poorly cleaned, they pretended to be wiped, plastic napkins that I didn't wipe were on the tables, forks were placed directly on them, crumbs remained, I asked several times to clean the table, once again they pretended to clean by waving a dry paper towel over the steel, there was a fat minus and the same parsley with the chef's restaurant, dirty poorly cleaned tables, garbage is everywhere about the territory, and the most disgusting thing is that the staff is above the rank of a floor cleaner, they will not bend down and pick up the garbage, the same straw or bottle cap, the crown obviously interferes, it's a bit dirty in this regard, for example, in a booth on the beach floor we washed well, but the wall of the stall itself is dirty with streaks and for all 9 days I looked at the streak that was not wiped, although the toilets in the room are the cleanest.

We just flew in from this hotel from Turkey yesterday, my impressions are mixed, I'll start with what upset me the most, it's the food, there's a lot of it, but in the end there's nothing to eat, the whole week it's the same, we couldn't look at this canteen anymore, the food is just not delicious, the child is 3 years old, to eat at all there's nothing for children, only French fries, low-quality nuggets and pancakes, the rest of the food is greasy, not tasty, and bland. No fruits except banana, orange and apple. Good soups and vegetables. Drinks are fine, cocktails are not great, of course. Dishes and appliances are often dirty, and tables are poorly cleaned. At the COOK'S CELLAR restaurant, hair was caught in the food 2 times. The second point is cleaning, it's something. After cleaning the room, the electricity card disappeared, you come, put your own and go for a new one at the reception to solve this issue. Also, after cleaning, towels were taken away 2 times a week, but they were not returned to the clean place, there was a third bed in the room, which we did not use, so the sheet appeared on it only after 3 days. The floor is washed in pieces, washed here, left there, dirty. I asked for cleaning every day, if you don't demand it, you won't get anything, the longer you live, the worse and worse the attitude towards cleanliness of the staff. The cleaner accidentally left a rag, thanks to her, I washed the floor myself. The third point is the work of anex. At the departure, a bus picked us up for half a 12-day trip, we drove 2.5 hours to the hotels to pick up all the people, we got to the airport in 3. Departure at 17:00. As a result, while we went through all the stages, we barely managed to get on the plane, they drove us all day and there was a surprise on the plane! If you're flying back, Azur Air doesn't feed you, it's a 5-hour flight. The child is hungry all day and at least one anex employee warned that we would be rolled all day and there would be no food on the plane, we hoped that we would have a snack at the airport, but they took us there a little bit. The attitude of these people is outraged. But at the hotel they go around fawning, so long as you buy a tour. Among the advantages: good sea, beach (albeit pebbles), interesting water parks and pools are clean, picturesque area.

We spent all 10 days on potatoes, rice and pasta. Everything is meat with spices or spicy, kids don't like it that much. There are the same dishes on the children's table as on the adult one. There was plenty of fruit, considering the season. The territory of the hotel: I did not like it, the lawns are shabby, there are no interesting locations, the territory is large and there are no cozy playgrounds for walking. Surprisingly, there is no playground where kids can climb and play. There is a small slide and a broken house on the beach, it would be better not to put it up, it's a shame for a 5-star hotel! Beach: disappointment, there is no beach cleaning here. Hence a lot of cigarette butts, dishes from under food, etc. The entrance to the sea is very inconvenient for children, the depth is immediately and sharply. A wide strip of rocks before entering the sea. If you have the same active children as me, you and the children need sneakers! There are a lot of stray dogs running between the couches. We returned from a swim, one dog is lying on our couch. And the neighbors said she also relieved her need nearby while we were away! The sea is clean and warm in October. Hence the dirty dishes that often came across. The main disadvantage turned out to be for me - this is a huge number of vacationers in the low season. This is a disaster for me! I did not think that this could happen at the end of October. Queues all around 😔 the fight for couches on the beach is a separate topic. Many people have been sick with rotavirus. Due to the dirty beach and the large number of vacationers in the low season, we will not come here anymore.
