It's an interesting place.
The interior is simple, reminiscent of catering, the concept of combining a hall and a kitchen is implemented. You can see both the products and the cooking process itself. There are tables outside (most likely only in summer)).
The staff is helpful, they do not forget about the client. The cooking time is short, it really turned out to be less than promised.
Of the cons, it would be quieter to listen to the music in the hall, a little more effective ventilation.
The menu is quite varied, not cheap, but it was worth it! The kitchen is on a high level, including in comparison with other establishments. I'll say it briefly - it's very tasty!!! The miso cod turned out to be beyond praise! And she's not the only one.
In general, for us this is a place where we want to go again)

Nice fish restaurant in the city center. Very correct service, friendly and positive. The fish was cooked very well, nothing was over-dried, as often happens.
As for whether it is cramped or not - everything is individual here, we liked the interior, it was not cramped, the chairs are comfortable, the tables are also comfortable in size.
I lowered the rating a little, because some dishes, given their cost, still expected more. I didn't really like the side dish in the form of potatoes with herbs, somehow it didn't go well with fish in this form.
But in general, the kitchen is very good and the impressions are positive.

Great place! We were pleasantly impressed for several days.
It's not cheap, but the food and the level of service are worth every ruble spent.
Waiter Alexey seems to be able to talk endlessly about every dish and seafood. He also helped me choose oysters and told me how to handle them)) Very polite and intelligent.
Bouillabaisse is very tasty, they offered to divide it into two portions. The catch of the week also deserves a special mention - there are plenty to choose from. All sauces are insanely delicious and perfectly match the dishes on sale - salad, fish, sweet potatoes... The oysters are cool, we tried different ones, beautiful serving, but it's all for an amateur.
We will definitely come back to try the burger, because Alexey said it was something incredible! But I suggested sea bass, because there will always be a burger, and the bass is only this week.
If you like seafood, but it's a long way to the sea, be sure to go!

If you try hard, then, of course, you can get to the bottom of it. For example, crabs can be served with tweezers and a special picker :) but it seems that they are not Kamchatka, but average.. The claws are small, you can not finish eating..
Or take a tuna burger. Cool. You finish everything down to the last crumb. But it is falling apart :/ if you make a medium roast, it will not disintegrate so much

Sfb Minsk is probably almost the best place for food (fish) in the whole city. I managed to visit it twice during the three days of my stay in Belarus. Here, of course, you can bet that I have already called him the "best" in the city, but believe me, this is not my first time in Minsk.. and not even the second one.. (the third one at the time of visiting this institution).
In general, this is one of the most modern interior design places in the city. It's also very tasty and very fresh here! Pleasant waiters will tell you about the dish and ask you to share your impressions, mainly about the food, not visiting the city, but they can also be used.
I recommend scallop tartare, oyster set (with sparkling!) and one of the octopus species! In general, everything is delicious — you will not lose.

I tried oysters for the first time. I liked both of them. The crab is generally delicious.
