We were sitting together. From the good - friendly staff, beautiful design. I really liked bouillabaisse and tom kha, a straight gastronomic orgasm))) Gnocchi, pasta, I liked everything. There is a lot of seafood in the dishes
The downside is THE DISGUSTING CHAIRS. You have a very expensive place for such a decision... it was fun, but the format of fast food is like - come in, eat sitting on uncomfortable chairs and leave soon. To sit conditionally with parents, to celebrate a birthday will not work, nonsense. For the food and staff 5, for the design 0. Seriously, change the chairs

In the warm and ideally dark hours, I recommend choosing a table outside, especially if you want to chat and hear the interlocutor. Everything else is perfect - the waiter who served us yesterday, a young guy, is just perfect, told us everything about the dish, held a master class on cutting it, and even treated us to sauces, which we refused at first and was right. In general, the highest class. The place is slightly above average in terms of prices, but it's really worth it! I highly recommend it! Other establishments in Minsk need to learn)) No offense to other establishments )

the wonderful atmosphere of the bar, with a good wine list with cream and champagne, I recommend oysters one hundred percent of the food, especially French crystal or something like that) from the appetizers, the scallop is the best that I have tried.
as in good fishing spots there is a catch of the day.
the only thing I would like to fix is the hood (when something is fried, the whole smell goes into the hall.

Obviously one of the best restaurants in Minsk. The most friendly meeting with an open smile, maximum care for the convenience of the guest, no attempts to sell expensive items from the menu. I was somehow persuaded to order a dish less expensive than I was going to, and I was happy that I listened to the advice, although I suspect that every dish in this restaurant is impeccable.
Incredible service, beautiful dishes, which are very convenient to eat. A very good wine list with a choice of positions by glass. The dedicated oyster bar area is impressive.
I really want to go back to the restaurant again.

We can safely say that at this time the best restaurant in Minsk. Excellent service, excellent staff, the dishes are cooked perfectly. We ordered oysters. 3 people ate oysters, 1 did not.and now three of them are vomiting for the second hour, they had to call an ambulance! Poisoning! Injections, ivs, treatment!!!I do not recommend eating oysters in this restaurant!!!!

Everything is delicious and fresh. I rarely leave reviews, but here I couldn't help but leave a good review to the waiter Alexey. He told us everything very clearly, offered something, dissuaded us from something (based on our tastes), was very attentive. We celebrated the others , the birthday girl was presented with dessert and the waiter pushed such a speech that it gave goosebumps (in a good way)).

I didn't even expect to visit such an amazing place. Although Belarus has no access to the sea, there is an amazing seafood restaurant here. And this is SFB. The food is amazing. The staff works at the level of the world's best restaurants. Half of the success of the restaurant is its staff. We were lucky with the waiter. His name is Alexey. When you say that your favorite restaurant in Minsk is a seafood restaurant, everyone makes puzzled faces. Why eat seafood in Minsk?

The last time there was a jamb with oysters, there were only Russian ones, problems with supplies. But the Russians also proved to be on top! Usually there is France, Japan, New Zealand. And, of course, it's not the season in May)
The service is excellent, except for the hostesses. A hostess would be perfect for a Gorynych: zero friendliness, maximum contempt and memorized words about the fact that if you didn't book, then only behind the bar. Thank you for having no time limit.
Therefore, in order not to spoil your impression, it is better to book! She won't be happy with you, but she will put you at a normal table.
