In the hotel there is a struggle with sun beds , you have to occupy them early in the morning . Since there are none after 8 . And the hotel staff throws away your towels . There are very few umbrellas for such a hotel , and there are also very few sunbeds near the sea . This is the biggest disadvantage of this hotel . The hotel pulls on 4 stars . At the reception, every second person says (understands) in Russian, but carefully hides it. The rooms are average, cleaning in some places is not done at all (under the bed), there is a big problem with towels and sun beds, both on the beach and basika.
The kitchen can be considered a plus. The cooks are great.

The hotel is chic, but crowded in season. It is necessary to do with sun beds, in the season they need to be added. When you come home from breakfast at 11, there is not a single sunbed, you walk like an idol. Only Russians can occupy sun beds at 7 am😅 According to the hotel itself, nice staff, clean hotel, good breakfasts, 1st line, there is nothing special behind the hotel, I recommend renting a car.

An old , run - down hotel . The food is of the level of a good dining room , you will see coffee in the restaurant only in the morning . With stupid faces, the staff says "go drink tea." The staff is sleepy, it looks like the Indonesians. For those who do not know , these are the ones you will get tired of looking for , and if you find them , it is not a fact that you will achieve what you wanted . The beach is not bad, the water area resembles a puddle, with a small one and with algae. The puddle is fenced off by a stone ridge from the bay . There are no beach boys, you will mess around with the sun loungers yourself, half of them are broken. For one person, you will be given only one towel on the beach, which of course you will put on a chaise longue (on which a lot of seagulls and crows defecated) wipe yourself with what you want. On the third day , a boy appeared with ice cream , it turned out that it was impossible to write down the number . Today the drain in the pool clogged up, everything flowed to the beach.Room cleaning is one name , they carry a mop with a piss rag . They don't seem to be vacuuming. Yesterday, after cleaning, we didn't count enough towels.And of course it 's funny to look at empty bars , an alcoholic is banned .

About the rooms: we came across a room without a balcony. Accordingly, it is not possible to hang wet things. Of the dryers, only the one that is pulled by a cord over the bathroom. The windows don't open, there are no ventilation shafts. Therefore, there is no inflow of fresh air. There is a split system that will freeze you at +24 at night. Winter blankets, you'll sweat overnight, I guarantee you that. Among the advantages: a luxurious room with new furniture, a huge TV, a mini-refrigerator (without a freezer), an iron with ironing board, a huge bed, a comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, you can sleep at any time of the day. Clean every day, change towels to clean and dry, bring water. Staff: they don't speak Russian, they speak English poorly and not everyone understands it. And in general, they are very friendly, smiling. Everyone does their job perfectly. By food: they took only BB, monotonous food, the same thing every day - oatmeal, muesli, omelet. Hotel territory: swimming pool for children, teenagers and adults with different depths. The gym, which is almost always empty. Coastal area: From the very opening of the beach from 7 am, crowds of hotel guests with towels are already taking seats, sun beds, throwing their towels and personal belongings there. By 8 am, there are no more available seats. It's so customary here - you wake up, you run to the beach to take up seats rather. You put down a towel and don't pick it up all day. The water on the beach is greenish and drives away the fish. Beach holidays are not about this place.

A great hotel for those traveling with young children. A good children's room, not deep pools, a very shallow sea with a gentle entrance. The sea is very! Shallow to the knee maximum, so if you are without children, then it is worth considering.
The food is delicious, but everything is very peppery. With a child of 11 months, it was not possible to eat, they were fed with imported baby food.
A small territory only by the pool. For walking there is a promenade along the coastline

We rested at the hotel for 3 days, stayed in transit, in January 2022. I will write the cons: there are very few towels, 2 pieces per person. Food - well, right for 2 races, there is no choice, it's not particularly tasty, there's nothing even to write about food. We went to eat at a nearby restaurant. But the biggest minus is two Russian-speaking girls at the reception, one works there, the other sells excursions, they are very rude! They will never help, not to smile, although the rest of the staff are very friendly and responsive. There is no shoe spoon in the room. When you go to the beach, they give you exactly as many towels as there are people in the room, and usually I take another one so that I can hide or wipe myself.
There are no changing rooms on the beach. I liked everything else. I do not recommend the hotel. Pulls a maximum of 3 stars.

The hotel is aimed at those who come as part of a tourist package and who will not find fault and demand the service that should be in a Sheraton brand hotel.
I evaluated this hotel from the position of an independent traveler who has stayed in all Marriott hotels in the UAE.
Despite the fact that this hotel is cheaper by 200-300 dirhams per day compared to Marriott hotels located in Dubai, the savings may be very doubtful due to two components: the location that requires spending time and money to get somewhere, and the complete absence of alcohol on site, since It is located in the Emirate of Sharjah, where the sale of alcohol is completely prohibited. The hotel's policy also prohibits ordering any meals or drinks delivered to the hotel - the first time I encountered such a requirement in the UAE.
This was the second trip to this hotel with an interval of three years. It was interesting to see if anything had changed during that time.
Despite the formal five-star status, I had to get the suitcase out of the taxi myself, since there was not a single employee in front of the entrance. Help was offered already when I entered the hotel.
The registration was not fast, although I registered online through the Marriott app. I was given a printout with information about the hotel, cards for getting towels on the beach and keys.
Thanks to my titanium card in the Marriott network, I was upgraded to the Executive Suite with access to the club lounge. The room was located on the third floor. On the way to the room, there was a pile of garbage in the corridor, which no one cleaned up until 9 o'clock the next morning.
From the last trip, I have dirty windows in my room in my memory. The first thing I saw when I entered the room this time was dirty windows again. Why it is impossible to wash at least the windows on the balcony is not entirely clear.
The layout of the suite was very strange: two rooms separated by long narrow corridors. I wouldn't call the room cozy. Formally, there were two balconies and a sea view, but the roof of the tower in front blocked the direct view of the sea on the balconies, but through the side window in the living room the sea was clearly visible.
Despite the fact that there are a large number of Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, the number of TV channels in Russian was very limited: two or three.
Breakfast is organized very strangely. In terms of comfort for guests, the hotel chose the worst model. At the entrance to breakfast, the employee asks for the room number, and then asks to wait until he prints out the receipt that needs to be signed. Even if breakfast is included in the rate or package, such a formality is mandatory. Why the waiter can't bring the check to the table remains a mystery to me.
The variety of dishes is quite meager. Compared to the hotels of this chain in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or even Fujairah, it was the worst breakfast. I didn't see any red fish or mushrooms. At 7-15, not a single cook was on the spot and it was possible to order pancakes only on the second attempt.
In order to get a towel, you need to hand in a towel card by the pool. The hotel also came up with additional unnecessary actions here for some reason. When giving the card, you need to write down the room number and sign. Then you need to bring towels and get the card back.
It didn't work out right away to lie down by the pool. One of the guests spilled coffee and left slippers, and the cleaners pretended that they could not see anything. Only the appearance of the manager forced them to restore order.
I didn't see any service, either by the pool or on the beach. It's strange that most hotels are trying to stimulate sales, there were no menus or waiters here.
I wanted to order ice cream – I had to go to the bar myself. I was surprised that the hotel did not buy special ice cream cups and packed ice cream balls in plastic cups for drinks. It looks, to put it mildly, not very.
The beach is not bad, but very small. The sun beds are very close to each other. At the same time, there should be enough sun beds for everyone.
Club lounge. For group tourists, this is not relevant, but for those who purchased a club room during the day, you can come to drink tea, coffee, water, juices. In the afternoon and evening, a light lunch and dinner are offered for two hours.
Usually a happy hour takes place in the club living rooms in the evening, when the hotel serves complementary alcoholic beverages, but since this hotel is located in a dry Emirate, there is nothing like this here. The hotel did not strain itself and offer some alternative in the form of freshly squeezed juices or smoothies, deciding that you can just save money. The choice of dishes and snacks is also not very diverse, and much easier than at the Sheraton Dubai Jumeirah.
At the same time, the employee who worked in the club lounge was the only one who left a pleasant impression of the hotel, as he was attentive and did everything he could to make the stay in the hall pleasant and comfortable. But, of course, an employee cannot change the assortment of what the hotel management has determined.
The location of the hotel is the main disadvantage. It is located at the very end of Sharjah, on the border with the Emirate of Ajman. There is nothing near the hotel, and you can only walk along the "embankment", or towards Ajman, where shops and bars are already located, and where life is boiling, since there are no restrictions for bars and restaurants.
Trips to Dubai will not be cheap, since tolls are charged when passing through the bridge connecting the two Emirates, in addition, Dubai-Cartoon traffic is almost always quite dense.
Summarizing the impression of the stay. I would prefer hotels in Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, or Abu Dhabi.
