The hotel is very comfortable for a calm measured rest, no animation, which is a plus in my opinion. Its own sandy beach, there were always enough sunbeds. Breakfast, buffet, a choice of fresh vegetables, fruits, pastries and other dishes in the assortment, everything is fresh and delicious. There are several a la carte restaurants on the territory, I was in Lebanese and seafood really liked it. In general, the impression is positive, I will probably return)

Hello. Today, on 10/22/2023, my husband and I arrived at this hotel ... for a long time we chose where to spend our vacation. Guys, this is terrible! We drove up to the hotel on the transfer, honked for a long time, but no one opened the barrier for us... after which we grabbed the suitcases themselves and dragged them up the hill to the reception. The room was paid with a balcony, but we were told that they were all occupied)))) we stand, blink our eyes))) More Russian tourists came up with the same question! They were also sent further! This is not 5 stars from the word at all!!!!! A spoiled mood, a spoiled husband's birthday.

A wonderful quiet hotel for a family holiday. Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms. Good breakfasts.
Please note that there is no alcohol in the hotel. We were satisfied with it, someone may not like it. If you need active animation, discos, the hotel is also not suitable. For those who want to reboot and relax.
The territory of the hotel is small, but there is a promenade and children's attractions nearby. There is a shuttle to the mall.
The beach is sandy, the sea is warm and shallow. Perfect for families with children.

However, there are also disadvantages.
1. The beach at the hotel is small and not picturesque. It smells bad at low tide;
2. Filipinos work at the reception, who knows their accent (in English)he will understand. Nothing is clear;
3. Take a deposit. If you give in dirhams, you get a lot, about 500 dirhams. If you give in dollars, then $ 100. However, they return the deposit in dirhams at an unfavorable rate;
4. The hotel is located far from Dubai, so if you plan to visit there, then prepare a tidy sum for a taxi.

Today was the third lunch at this hotel: the same thing, the fish is not clear, the trays that should be with food are half empty. Meat with vegetables, potatoes, cucumbers / tomatoes empty containers, edible chicken, but the same for the third day. For breakfast, fish is only fatty smoked mackerel. There is no difference between lunch and dinner. I have never met such a poor diet. They don't tell me anything at the reception, I'm resting on an all-inclusive package, coffee at the bar for money "in Turkish"32 dihrams, ice cream 22. There is no ice cream in the restaurant

Great hotel, highly recommended! Nice rooms, big beds, comfortable to sleep in. Towels are changed daily, there are no problems with water. In the bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion. Every day they replenish water, tea, coffee, leave compliments from the hotel - dates with nuts in chocolate. A nice large swimming pool, there are milking areas for very little ones, an average depth and an adult zone. Gorgeous view from the pool to the sea. Clean sandy beach, warm sea, a lifeguard is always on duty on the beach. There are enough sun beds, there are always free ones. If someone does not know: there is no animation in hotels in the Emirates. But there are Children's zones. The hotel is located almost on the border of the emirates of Sharjah and Ajman. There are pharmacies and grocery stores within walking distance. There is a shuttle service to the malls. There is no particularly interesting walking area, such as the Dubai Marina. Meals - The hotel restaurant has convenient Hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They cook delicious, buffet, fruits, coffee, juices, drinks. Very polite and helpful staff, starting from the Reception, restaurant and up to the pool and beach. Solid five stars!

The rooms are really old. It was strange for a 5-year-old in the Emirates to see such a thing. Well, we have already written about the lack of toothpaste and toothbrushes
I would like to say about the beach. Tk we are not supporters of running and taking sunbeds at 7 in the morning - there are no free ones at 10. But there is near the pool. The beach is really 20 meters away. So everything suits us. By lunchtime, around 14 o'clock, half of the sunbeds on the beach are already free. You can move.The staff is almost all English-speaking or duty phrases - hello, please, and so on
I didn't like the hotel guide from the agency at all. He didn't say anything at the meeting. Only the excursions were sold))). In general, the hotel is good. The staff will also try. It was easier for us. We are with knowledge of English)) So you can safely consider it.

We dropped into the hotel restaurant for a snack, the service is not long, but not fast, perhaps the range of dishes ordered affects the speed of service. We had a company of 7 people (4 adults, 3 children), there were no identical dishes in the order, everything was very tasty, while the children were eating, they had time to play on the beach.

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday! The staff really tries to do their job well, not for show, we were on a children's vacation, the hotel was 100% full, but still the staff does everything possible to make everyone comfortable. The food is excellent, I don't understand the reviews, someone was missing something, meat was in huge quantities, fish, seafood.
It makes no sense to compare with all-inclusive hotels in Turkey, for its price category a great hotel, if you want better, but rixos and so on
