We advise everyone to prepare for the trip properly: 1. It is better to buy Ski passes online in advance, so as not to go to the ticket office upon arrival. 2. It is better to get from the hotel by blue sky taxi, these are electric cars, they will take you directly to the slope and you will not need to waste time and effort on the first ascent. 3. You need to come on holidays for the opening, then you will have 3-4 hours (until 12:00) of good slopes and no queues. 4. The slope has a luggage storage, unfortunately there is no normal ski service. Prepare your inventory in advance.

You can get to the resort itself in 20 minutes by funicular or in 10 minutes by electric car. It is better to book an instructor as early as possible, they have a very busy schedule.

A gorgeous place, three lifts climbed to the highest point, the amazing beauty of nature, hiking is very developed, everything is at altitude, polite staff, the weather is 10-11 degrees at the highest point, you either need to dress warmly or you can rent a plaid in equipment - it costs 1000 tenge, going back and forth per person costs 5000 tenge. I recommend this place, the beauty is breathtaking I would also like to return to the ski resort in winter.

Consultants do not know what is included in the subscriptions, they confuse, or offer to buy an additional one (to buy an additional one for the "full day" option). Also, it is not possible to book group classes if they are not available in fact - remove this option, why mislead. It also didn't bother that the children had nowhere to ride, "the school took over the track for the whole weekend," which is recognized in fact.

The trails are mainly for advanced skiing, I do not recommend going to the red slopes without preparation, but there are also blue zones for beginners, at the very top is Talgar. All the infrastructure is present, the prices are adequate! I recommend downloading the resort's mobile app in advance, and already there you can apply for ski passes, insurance, and bonuses. When buying a skipass, it is possible to pay only for the current day. The only drawback is the huge number of visitors during the holidays, among whom there are many newcomers on the boards, be careful, this is a direct attack of some kind.
