We stayed for rest and treatment in this sanatorium on the recommendations of our loved ones. We were very satisfied. We rested in the new building. The nature is gorgeous, the air is close to Lake Naroch. I liked the sanatorium itself, the friendly staff, everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned efficiently. Separately, I would like to note the food, everything is delicious, for any choice, the food is excellent, the portions are good. Salads and drinks can be taken as much as you like, if you have time. I also liked the treatment, excellent massage, baths, currents, there is a swimming pool (only with a cap). Of the cons, this is a sooo long elevator, but really, until you wait you will forget where you were going, so I recommend choosing a floor that is not high before checking in. I would also like to see soap more often in the rooms, as well as toilet paper)). There is a long registration at the reception upon check-in, but this is probably the case everywhere. In general, the sanatorium is wonderful, the disadvantages are not significant, the overall impression is not spoiled.

A very good sanatorium. You can have a very good rest. There are many procedures to choose from. Two pools. The sports hall can be visited daily. When the weather is bad (it happens) and in winter it helps a lot. They are being fed for slaughter. The choice of dishes is limited, but very wide. Those who like unhealthy fried, salty, spicy, etc. food are not here for you. Everything here is exclusively homemade or dietary. After all, a sanatorium. Special treatment for diabetics. There is a cinema hall, an outdoor amphitheater. Various events and concerts are held. Television with 196 channels. You get tired of choosing. Personal Internet in the room. You can at least watch movies. In short, everything that your heart desires is there. Rental, bicycles, boats, catamarans, etc. the price is humane for everything. As a rule, there are no places :-). So if you decide to book strongly in advance.

The sanatorium is large, located on the high shore of Lake Naroch. The medical procedures are at a good level. The food is delicious and varied. Two swimming pools - wellness and sports. The room is large, comfortable wide bed. A kettle, a set of dishes, a small refrigerator. There is no hair dryer, but you can take it for 20k per day. The room is cleaned every day. The bed linen and towels are clean, without holes. The staff is friendly. The territory is large with gazebos, swings and a Playground.

The location of the sanatorium is wonderful,a large territory,in a pine forest, with a view of a beautiful lake,the beach area near the lake with sun loungers on the grass is very good, a very big plus, there are no mosquitoes in summer, thanks to special traps, which gives comfort to walks, the room stock is not very impressive,the rooms are small,renovated, it is unclear since what material has it been for almost a year, the rooms smell like they were made yesterday, the treatment is good, the staff is polite, the dining room is 5+, the food is good and varied, the menu is customized, in general there are more pluses than minuses....

Ten days since we returned from Sputnik. The sanatorium is magnificent, in a pine forest on the shore of a beautiful lake. A paradise created by nature for recreation, wellness, relaxation and hiking. The staff is qualified, polite, the doctors are professionals with a capital letter, the procedural nurses are attentive and caring. The rooms are cozy, clean, and everything you need is provided. Daily cleaning, always clean. I especially want to highlight the set of prescribed procedures. They are diverse, selected according to the problems and most importantly, they work. The condition has improved noticeably, thank you. I will definitely try to come back in half a year and take the recommended course of procedures to consolidate the result.
But there is a but. We arrived on Friday, and even managed to do one procedure. But it turned out to be a problem with nutrition. Until Monday of the following week, inclusive, only the service dish was offered. 4 days. It's just torture, because one potato was offered as a side dish for lunch and dinner, which I didn't want to look at on the second day. I have a stomach problem and type 2 diabetes and I can't do a lot of things, or it's not desirable. I immediately warned the administrator, the nutritionist about this. They assured that the waiters would change the dishes on demand. But the reaction to my "no" was not always there. It was somehow humiliating to beg for food every time.
But then, when the ordered meals began, everything got better. They cook delicious and varied, the portions are large, sweet every day. The chefs are great. Well, I don't want to thank the nutritionist for his on-duty menu somehow, I had a negative impression at the beginning.
Therefore, come from Monday to Wednesday.
And in general, the sanatorium is excellent, treatment and wellness are at the highest level, the staff is excellent. Good health to all!

It's a good sanatorium, I liked it. Of the advantages, they cook delicious food, clean cozy rooms, there is a free oxygen cocktail, but they give it only from 11 to 12 o'clock in the afternoon and only on weekdays. Reasonable prices for the procedures. A very beautiful view of Lake Naroch, where some swim, a pine forest, there is a bicycle and boat rental, but the boats are expensive. Very respectful staff.Of the minuses, it can be noted that the meals are ordered, not a buffet, the gym works only two hours a day at a certain floating time, the pools are not very cold, there is a "wellness" pool, I did not understand what was wellness there and a sports pool with tracks. Wellness can be visited only in the morning until 9 a.m. There is a third outdoor pool, but it is expensive, sorry 1000 rubles per hour per adult is very expensive, in the minimal sources of Adygea it is 2.5 times cheaper, this is a significant minus, because in summer you really want to swim. Also, the entertainment program is very short, a disco for 1 hour and karaoke for 40 minutes is not about anything. But I really enjoyed my stay, so 4 stars, not 3.

My wife and I really enjoyed getting treated here. Excellent cuisine (menu order), good medical base, mud, electro-procedures, a wonderful 5-lane pool + water aerobics :), as well as a pump room with mineral and purified drinking water.
What I really liked was the wonderful location - on the shore of a huge lake, wonderful embankments for walking, a swing overlooking a nature reserve with wild birds. Very clean, well maintained and quiet!
What I didn't really like was that in the sanatorium itself, on the entrance days, all the staff goes home and everything kind of freezes, well, the day off, sorry.:(I think it would be very cool if the staff of the sanatorium worked in shifts and regardless of the day of the week, everyone would be at their jobs, because vacationers/ patients need help 24/7.
I definitely recommend the sanatorium to visit, 100% get complete relaxation!
PS. If you live within 1 t. Km, it is better to go here by private car, it will be more convenient and easier to get there.

This is our tenth anniversary family vacation in this wonderful sanatorium. The incredible beauty of nature, courteous staff, clean, cozy rooms, delicious food, a large list of procedures, interesting various events – all this .... ASB Sanatorium Sputnik. Pros: a pleasant place. The purest air of the pine forest. Attentive staff: any problems with the number are solved promptly. Daily wet cleaning of the room, change of bed linen every three days. There is a well-equipped small gym, a small library (you can find something to read), a bar and restaurant, rental, a 25-meter sports pool with 6 lanes...In principle, there is everything for a comfortable stay and wellness.
A large selection of therapeutic and wellness procedures using modern equipment for not very much money.
Of the cons: there are no bathrobes and hair dryers in the rooms (both can be taken for a fee at the reception). Parking is paid. And, as a relic of the past, a custom-made system in the dining room (an order for the day ahead)...

A cozy sanatorium in a secluded place. A large area with pine trees on which woodpeckers periodically quietly knocked, plus a forest with berries and mushrooms around.
The lake is visible from the windows. But when we were swimming, it was not recommended - there are a lot of birds, the water is not the best.
Rental of bicycles, catamarans, boats.
Gym with group programs and friendly meetings volleyball, badminton, table tennis, jenga - different things on different days. Or you can come like that, take inventory, play.
An area with swimming pools for relaxation (free of charge only in the morning), then saunas and a Jacuzzi are added to it and for an additional fee. A large sports pool is almost always available, except for dad's break hours in the afternoon. The sports pool is always free of charge. Water aerobics is also held there.
Meals on a customized menu plus a salad bar, soups, coffee, juices in the morning - everyone dials, pours himself as much as necessary.
A large and diverse medical base, the doctor prescribes good procedures. If desired, you can ask for additional paid ones.
Movies almost every night. Discos for children, and then dancing for adults.
And most importantly - quietly, calmly and kindly!

I really liked the sanatorium! Recommend. Price -quality 🔥. They feed you for slaughter, you definitely won't stay hungry. Friendly staff, treatments in all directions, two swimming pools. We rested in April only because we could not take trips to another sanatorium. The satellite was pleasantly surprised. Very beautiful and large territory. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine. Events for every taste. In the evenings, there is a restaurant with live music and a dance program. A nice SPA complex. And they also started building a year-round complex with an outdoor swimming pool. We will definitely come back.

I didn't boil for long. I'll go through the points.
1) The sanatorium itself is good, the location is just super class, there are no mosquitoes.
2) the medical staff is excellent, everyone will help, everyone will tell you
3) the rooms are excellent, everything is clean, tidy, towels and bed linen are changed every 4-5 days.
That's where the advantages ended
Cons:
1) immediately the therapist did not hear me at all, prescribed the procedure for a blunder, I had to run for 4 days in a row to look for her and beg for procedures that are already included in the package, as it turned out. The therapist is constantly absent from the place where the appointment hours are indicated.
2) in the sanatorium, for a fee (this is normal), there is a sauna and a pool with geysers, as well as a Jacuzzi, exclusively outdoors, in full view of everyone, like in a zoo, there is no way to relax even in the sauna (there are floor-to-ceiling windows in the steam room). Apparently, the thermal room in the SPA was closed to promote the new attraction.
3) SPA only until 16.00, it is almost impossible to sign up for a massage, and I already talked about the Jacuzzi above. If you have procedures, you fly by, well, or welcome to 8 a.m.
4) nutrition: of the advantages, the food is delicious, if you have an allergy, then it will be noted and monitored. But there is a recommended salad bar, which is empty after 3-5 minutes from the start of lunch and dinner.
5) and the last thing. Today is 08/17/2024 Saturday, the only opportunity to sit somewhere after 21.00 is a cafe that is closed for special service, not even for vacationers, but for a whole bus of visiting people. It is very interesting on what basis, if the sanatorium does not offer any more activities for recreation.
6) the store is not working
Well, point 7, 1.5 weeks before my arrival, I called the sanatorium, explained my problem with the tooth that was in the process of treatment, and the sanatorium has dentistry, which is advertised as good, right on the website, and signed up for a consultation with subsequent treatment. Not only was I admitted half an hour later, because the doctor just went and dealt with her questions, so they refused to treat my tooth (pulpitis 5ki), took money for a consultation, without even asking me to open my mouth and sent me to Minsk to treat the tooth under a microscope. Thank you, super doctor, who treats virtually one channel under a microscope!
Result:
You will really like it if you are over 60.
Dear sanatorium, the year 2024 is on the threshold, please be more relevant and focused on the new generation, otherwise it's funny to watch Soviet films in the cinema, and listen to music from the 90s at the disco.

The sanatorium is located in a pine forest on the shore of the lake. Good medical base(procedures) Two pools. The kitchen is like in kindergarten, everything is steamed.That's fine with me! People eat a lot, the portions are large (paradise for overweight) everything is very good (recovery from surgery helped me) But no more than 11 days! There are no seasonal fruits and vegetables, although the month is July! All fruits are like in winter (apples, oranges, pears)I can survive for 10 days, nothing!

A huge number of procedures on various equipment: therapeutic, medical, cosmetic and wellness. We just didn't have time to visit everything. Good entertainment program in the evenings. I came to the sanatorium for the first time, a large database of medical equipment,everything is scheduled by the minute-every procedure,the staff is very attentive and friendly,food for 4, the menu is customized-sometimes it turned out not what I wanted, but no one left hungry, the territory of the sanatorium left a great impression-the largest lake Naroch and tall pines-it's a pleasure to walk!!!

We stayed in the sanatorium for the first time, on a wellness package. There is not much to compare it with, so I write everything as it is.
On the plus side: I liked the food, although it was prepared by baking, cooking, everything was quite tasty and satisfying. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, kefir, yoghurts, fruits, and sweets were also given. There were only buns from the pastries, I would like something tastier (croissants, puffs). There are no complaints about the room, it was clean, cleaned well, the maids fulfilled all requests. The territory is very large, clean, gentrified, everywhere there are benches, gazebos, deck chairs, hanging cocoons. There is a place to walk, ride bicycles and all this in the purest pine forest. We went to the pool every day at 8 a.m., there weren't many people.
Of the cons:
The working hours of all the offices were a little annoying, I had to take pictures of everything and then watch it. Well, for example, a gym: it works in the morning, then a break, then it works again, as well as a fitness room. The pump room is also on schedule.
I didn't like that even for our money we couldn't get a manual back massage, underwater massage. We took the procedures already for the remainder.
In general, the sanatorium is not bad, we rested and recharged. Next time I will choose another sanatorium.

A sanatorium where you want to come again and again. The rooms are renovated, clean, the view from the balconies in the odd rooms of the 1st building is on the lake. The sanatorium is located in a pine forest, which creates a unique microclimate of the air. The service is all OK, polite, attentive staff. The food is a custom-made menu, so as not to overeat, I would even remove desserts and milk for dinner. The area with a swing in a pine forest overlooking the lake is very relaxing. Two swimming pools, cleanliness everywhere. A huge gym with excellent instructors. Pilates classes, bodyflex, oxysise and morning exercises are great additions to the procedures. There is also a physical therapy room and Aqua aerobics in the pool. Everything is as it should be for rehabilitation. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the rooms, not on site. The standard rooms have good beds and orthopedic mattresses. Sleep was restored, my stomach recovered. The pump room with mineral water is excellent, the water is pleasant. Prices compared to Europe for so much service are much lower.

February 2024: everything remains the same. unfortunately, the queues for drinks and salads in the dining room are very annoying. Lunch is short, everyone arrives on time and the salads are immediately sorted. After a while, when everyone has already eaten, they are informed , but they no longer need to. Do something about it already. Add 1 more coffee machine and salad bar to each room. This is not such a huge expense for a sanatorium. But there will not be this shameful queue, which annoys all vacationers.

I came to Sputnik for the 6th time. It's always a pleasure to be there. The single room is spacious and clean. They are cleaned daily. There are 2 swimming pools in the sanatorium. There are many different procedures. Although some treatments are not available on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays. Although it would be possible to organize a rolling work schedule for employees. I really like the food in the dining room on the principle of a "customized menu", which helps not to overeat. The menu is varied, the portions are large. A nutritionist constantly approaches and is interested in the quality of food. The staff of the sanatorium is very friendly. Every evening there is either a concert by professional artists or a movie. Children are shown cartoons in the cinema during the day. The territory is not very large. The sanatorium has a SPA center, although the prices in it are unreasonably high, especially in cosmetology (the quality of work does not match the stated prices). There is also a cafe at the sanatorium where you can relax in the evening, a pianist plays. And the repertoire of disco music in the cafe is uninteresting. The menu in the cafe is at reasonable prices, the dishes are delicious.
I already want to go there again.

I liked everything in general. Nutrition, of course, is not for everyone (especially teenagers). I would like to be able to choose a menu for weekend tours (I just didn't eat some dishes). The staff is friendly. I didn't like the plaque in the baths (drain places) in the underwater massage room a little. Water aerobics training and trainers are wonderful!!! This is our 1st sanatorium. We have never rested in a sanatorium and were not disappointed by the word at all.
The pine forest has clean air.
A lot of procedures on the sanatorium card as well as Spa for a fee. There is a pump room with mineral and clean water.
There is a playroom for children, cartoons and movies in the cinema hall at certain times.
There are delicious and different dishes in the dining room. You definitely won't be hungry.
Sports pool, wellness pool, sauna, gym for free.
The fitness room is for a fee. There is a pharmacy, a small shop. Cafe.
There are 2 buildings, you will need to go through procedures a lot, there are 2 elevators, only 1 works and there is not enough of it. We walked from the 5th floor. The staff was helpful and always came to the rescue if there were any questions.

Хорошо для неспросливых людей. Еда достаточно однотипна и пресновата, но это и понятно - санаторий. Порции большие, наесться можно даже слишком. Классные бассейны, круто, что спортивный - безлимит. В сауне не были. Жаль, что соляная пещера платная. Все процедуры как и везде в санаториях: грязи, электро и теплолечение, магнитотерапия, ванные, массажи ( мне повезло- классная массажистка досталась)…
Интересная спазона ( за плату), но как и везде важно попасть к хорошему специалисту.
Большая ухоженная территория, гуляй в волю! Можно взять велосипед в прокат, Великолепная дорожка Кнейпа, а милая девушка- инструктор Кристина проводит прекрасные зарядки и велосипедные экскурсии.
Озеро прекрасное, но купаться нельзя! Ездили на Белое и на Рудаковское. Если не боитесь слепней и долгих лесных переходов, то Вам по экотропе на Голубые озёра.
Обслуга на 3-4. Приходилось ждать и терапевта, и некоторые процедуры, не смотря на составленное расписание. То врача нет, то сёстры где-то…
В общем и целом удовлетворительно.
Да, мы жили в старом корпусе и это круто, прекрасная звукоизоляция. В новом хуже. И из плохого - нет нормального тренажерного зала. Есть несколько старых тренажёров в камере пыток 🤦♀️, ни кондиционеров, ни открытых окошек, и это за деньги!!!
Попали в очень жаркий период, +30 и выше. В номерах дышать нечем от слова совсем! Нет кондиционеров.
Есть стоянка охраняемая ( за деньги ), респект управляющим!

I was with my husband at the sanatorium on June 7-11. But they left 10 in the morning. This is the first time I am writing a review. The impression is the most negative. We were going on a weekend tour.
We walked from the barrier to the building with a suitcase and bags, although there is an electric car. Or it would be possible to allow people to drive in, unload and leave.
I didn't know there was lunch at the reception. He is here from 14.00 to 14.30. I had to wait. There was no 1-room room with 2 beds (although the tour operator assured that you would arrange it on the spot). Well, God be with him. We paid extra for the suite. The room turned out to be quite decent. Except that the windows overlooked the courtyard, not the lake. After all, the suite!!!
According to the rules of the sanatorium, you can stop by after 13.00, and weekend meals can be ordered only until 13.00. or eat the dishes on duty until Monday morning, including breakfast. And we have to leave on Tuesday. I would like to ask the owner what we paid for? The canteen administrator could not do anything, referring to the rules. As a result, we were in the dining room only 3 times. Then we went to eat at the restaurant of the Naroch hotel and in the Sediments.
What was amazing was that the tea was only on order! Is there any tension in the country with tea???Instant coffee and cocoa are freely available. You can't drink- it's the cheapest. Vegetables were sorted out before us. Green bananas are made from fruits. The dishes on duty resembled the cheapest dining room. You can't choose a place in the dining room yourself, only where you are indicated, and even with strangers at the table.
There are no photos of the dining room on the sanatorium's website. All the photos from the cafe in the second building. It's paid.
There are 2 saunas on the website. Both are for an additional fee.for a fee and by appointment. Naturally, they were busy at a convenient time for us. Days off. We were going to have a delicious meal, take a steam bath and swim. As a result, a lot of money spent and one negative. If you respect yourself, go somewhere else. Having previously learned everything thoroughly.

Сказочное: красивая окружающая местность, чисто, уютно, в наличии все, что только нужно для отличного отдыха.
Только один маленький минус - из-за наличия огромного количества разнообразных водоплавающих - нет пляжной зоны для купания в озере, но мы это компенсировали купаниями в двух отличных бассейнах санатория…
Озеро, Сосны, воздух, комфортные номера, супер-наивкуснейшее меню в столовой, тишина и покой - просто сказка!
Очень рекомендую Спутник для спокойного семейного отдыха!

The first thing I was told by the administrator when applying for a ticket at the Reception: "A nutritionist is waiting for you." I went to him and clarified all the features, although Alexander Mikhailovich knew the diet. When I went to the attendant in the dining room to determine my table, the first thing I heard was: "Have you been to the nutritionist"? Not once - neither on my first visit, nor on my other visits, there were no violations in the preparation of my dietary dishes - for which I am grateful to the nutritionist Alexander Mikhailovich, as well as the kitchen staff. Saying goodbye to me on my first visit, Alexander Mikhailovich warned: "If you go another time, call me in advance so that I know." Moreover, when I got ready for the third time and called Alexander Mikhailovich, he informed me that he was working elsewhere, but I shouldn't worry: he would warn the nutritionist replacing him - everything would be fine. I am glad that Alexander Mikhailovich is back in the sanatorium: if circumstances do not prevent, I plan to relax in Sputnik this year.
But I'm not very picky; I won't be offended if there are potatoes on the side for lunch and dinner some day.
Lyudmila, advice for the future. You need to follow a diet; always call the health resort and warn about it. Besides, we arrived on the eve of the weekend: this probably made your catering a little more difficult. If you had arrived on Monday or Thursday, I'm sure everything would have been organized faster. Or it is necessary to warn in advance.
And yet: the sanatorium is not obliged to feed like in a restaurant. In a number of sanatoriums, the Managers of the President of the Republic of Belarus practice a buffet with a very diverse menu, but the prices there are different. By the way, I once visited such a hotel "Yunost" near Minsk, of course, having previously called and received the go-ahead. But they were able to arrange dietary meals for me there only from 2 days, and after calling Ahmed. For dinner, he gave me the same boiled fish for all 10 days.

I had a rest and underwent treatment in a sanatorium with my friends from 12/24/203 to 01/5/2024. This is not our first sanatorium in Belarus, but we were very pleased with the Companion: good comfortable rooms, we especially liked the beds where you can sleep comfortably, a decent medical base with attentive and sensitive staff, After reading not very positive reviews, we had a slight worry about food, but everything turned out to be much better than they write. All the dishes are very tasty, there is a variety for every taste, there are enough greens and snacks. and if someone is bland, spices stand separately and you can add them to your dish. I don't even want to repeat it, because a lot has already been written about the beautiful location and magnificent nature. Everything is great. We thank all the staff for a great time and wellness.

It's good in this sanatorium.We went on a recommendation. The staff is trying hard! But I would like to ask you to be hospitable until the end of the guests' stay.We were literally kicked out on the day of departure. An employee who does the cleaning burst into the room and asked to leave with a complaint, as the next person coming in is about to be checked in. The receptionist was also surprised. Our stay at the sanatorium was ruined. Very sorry.

Санаторий ооочень приятный! Классное расположение, прямо на берегу озера, сзади сосновый лес, рядом есть ещё много санаторий куда можно сходить на экскурсии :)
Территория санатория оборудована беседками, скамейками, качелями, клумбами и маленьким озером, вообщем всё выпонено на 100% !!!
Персонал приятный и квалифицированный.
Санатрии Спутник, Сосны и Приозерный считаются лучшими на нарочанском побережье, и это не с проста!!!

Professional doctors, attentive attitude to every vacationer. There are several pools, good baths. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is all the necessary equipment at the rental. Every evening there are incendiary discos and movie sessions. Among the disadvantages, in the second building, there is not very good sound insulation in the rooms. In general, a good rest and treatment, for reasonable money.
