A wonderful sanatorium of a very high class. The main charm is the location. It is located on a hill overlooking Naroch and is surrounded by pine trees. There is a SPA complex on the territory, small, chamber. There are 4 small baths inside: Russian, Turkish, Egyptian and with sea air. There's also a Jacuzzi, a Kneipp path, a snow room, and an experience shower. Recently renovated, the design is stylish, in dark colors. The baths heat up well, and the oils evaporate inside. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and baths. There is access through the large indoor swimming pool. It's a good restaurant. We love this place very much, we have been there for many years.

Great vacation with health benefits! Treatment and procedures are at the highest level! I especially liked massages, mud therapy and a pool. It's a wonderful sanatorium, I'm already a gold card holder and I get an 8% discount. On the banks of the Naroch river, with a beautiful view and a large well-maintained territory. The outdoor SPA area is just something!!! Under the open starry sky in a warm pool or Jacuzzi, I have not seen this in other sanatoriums. Excellent food. Modern medical equipment, I especially like the Emsella chair (maybe it's spelled differently in the name), simplicity for men, and genitourinary and gynecology for women. There is a washing machine in the common area, which allows you to take fewer things.

I had a rest at the Sputnik sanatorium in early November for 10 days. I was completely delighted with the sanatorium, its friendly staff, modern procedures, good and delicious food (customized), cozy rooms and a huge, clean territory. Gorgeous sports and wellness pool. There is a small gym with modern vacant exercise equipment. There is a separate sports complex where you can play table tennis, volleyball, basketball, and bandbinton. And the SPA center is just a Bomb! There is a great cafe where discos are held daily and even live music is often played. Opposite the sanatorium is the largest lake in Belarus in which swans and ducks swim. I really want to return to the SPUTNIK sanatorium and enjoy a good rest many, many more times.

I don't know who's writing what, but they're unhappy about something! Personally, we really liked everything. We were shocked by the number of dishes! The staff is excellent. We stayed in a 2-bed, 2-room suite. 7th floor. Cleanliness,new furniture,fresh renovation,loggia. It should be noted that the entire 1st and 2nd buildings are in perfect cleanliness. I was surprised by the territory, sick,clean,well-groomed. On the shore of the lake, and swans 😍I would like to mention the fitness room with turbo vacuum trainers, and of course cosmetology. Two swimming pools, and separately for an additional fee, a wellness pool, including outdoors, plus a sauna. For Russian rubles, about 600 rubles an hour. Well, I won't talk much about the treatment, everything is very decent. We took an additional salt room, about 150 rubles per session in Russian rubles. Definitely let's go back here. Coniferous forest, high-quality service! Of course, the reception service was overshadowed, but not so much as to spoil your vacation. There is a cafe in the second building, you can drink champagne and more) every day from the entertainment of the cinema, but we were so tired of the number of procedures and fitness that there was no time for entertainment. We definitely recommend it! The photos of the rooms didn't match up with us, it turned out to be much better from the photo in reality.

The plumbing is antique, the pressure is weak, the water is barely warm with a rusty smell. There is a kettle in the room, but no cups, tea bags or coffee. Take cups, tea, spoons and a hair dryer with you. Bathrobes and a hairdryer are available for an additional fee. The most unexpected impression was left by the food. Simple, canteen, and shovel. Without frills and bells and whistles. Porridge, potatoes. Cutlet, meat, casserole, sandwich, bun, soup. Everything is on the menu. There is a salad bar, but it is also quickly cleaned up and, again, everything with it is very sad and modest. The waitress alone, rattling an iron cart, tries to bring you cold, unpretentious dishes. A cup, saucer and one tea bag are also offered. If you want more, bring your tea. We take a star for the food and wish the sanatorium to be more creative in the kitchen and with an entertainment program after dinner!

The sanatorium is located in a very beautiful place, on the shore of Lake Naroch, I was on New Year's Eve, a wonderful program, on January 1 they organized an incendiary concert and hot fish soup on the street. the food is good, the dishes are varied. Good treatment, very friendly staff. There are places to walk, go on excursions, and there are three swimming pools in the sanatorium. The only thing I didn't like was the kettle in the room, it's impossible to boil water in it, it smells like plastic.

I was at the sanatorium for the Wellness program for only 5 days, I really regret that not more. From the first acquaintance with the territory of the sanatorium and before departure, I liked everything: attentive staff, excellent food, leisure activities, SPA, people, nature. At first it was inconvenient due to the lack of a diagram of what is where, but I quickly figured it out, most likely it's even useful to move forward, maybe that's what it was intended ;-). My days were scheduled in such a way that I didn't even have time to do what was included in the bonus program, I also wanted to go for a walk and chat with new acquaintances. I didn't get enough sleep either, which I don't regret, because the evening dances and walks were worth it. Despite the large number of vacationers, there are no crowds anywhere, there are almost no people in sight, it is very quiet and peaceful. Fresh air and the smell of pine. Beautiful sunsets over Naroch. There is a bank branch, a shop, a pharmacy on the territory, you can go on an excursion, the evening program is designed for both children and adults.

We were there for spa and sanatorium treatment for 14 days. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed (TV, mini fridge, kettle, minimal dishes) . Upon arrival, we visited a doctor, we were prescribed a sufficient number of procedures, some of them were paid (but this is agreed with the client, of course) The doctor was attentive, focused on complaints and observations. All the staff: doctors, nurses, administrators are very polite and attentive. There is a pump room, we drank mineral water every day, rich in a large number of trace elements. The food in the dining room is for an amateur, but it was possible to pre-order a menu with a choice of several dishes. The territory of the sanatorium is huge and beautiful. There are several pools, one of which is outside. We also visited the spa. You can choose a massage or facial treatment to suit your taste. Marina, a good cosmetologist, gave good advice on facial care. There is also a gym where you can play tennis, basketball or volleyball. We enjoyed everything and had a good rest. Thanks!

I visited this sanatorium for the first time in 2016. And then I was here three more times for rest and treatment. The sanatorium is just great. The medical base is excellent. The menu is customized, the food is delicious and healthy. The chef always goes out into the hall and is interested in the opinion of the guests. Naroch Lake is just a stone's throw away. There is a place to walk. The rooms are very decent. Cleaning, linen change are all on time. In recent years, the sanatorium has become even better and more developed. Two impressions. Along with the friendliness and politeness from some employees, others are simply indifferent. During the 5 days of stay, the towels were never changed. The food is tasteless. After dinner, specifically, the longing is green - there is no leisure. There are old cheap bikes for rent. The paid thermal baths consist of a pair of mobile saunas and a plastic pool. But there is a real 25-meter pool (for the top five!). The simulator works 2 hours a day and leaves much to be desired. Well-maintained territory. Great air, beautiful nature. Well, and some compatriots with frankly boorish habits. The same cannot be said about well-mannered Belarusians.

A good place to relax and diagnose your health, you visited it after 15 years and the changes are sensitive. There are no complaints about the staff, and the maids and the medical staff know and do their job. Special thanks to cardiologist Elena Yurievna, as well as massage therapist Zhanna Ivanovna for her competence and attitude to her profession. The food service was also excellent, surprisingly, compared to the buffet, there were no queues or delays in serving dishes. In this sanatorium (we visited more than 10 in the Republic of Belarus), there were no queues at all for procedures, for the pool, or for both receptions. The territory is well maintained, like other sanatoriums in the Republic of Belarus. But there are also details beyond my understanding as a guest of a sanatorium of this level (a shareholder of the Bank of RB) - there is no bottled water at all, even in the suites, I have seen only 2 coolers connected to the centralized water supply, this is probably the only such sanatorium at the reception and the paid pool, And meeting your customers is also not their thing: to unload things on the territory If they didn't miss it, they were forced to first run to the reception to check out, then they offered to give their suitcases a ride on an electric scooter, proudly calling it an electric car, and run after it themselves..Of course, it is a pity that these moments were at the beginning and end of our visit…But for the rest, as I said above, thank you very much to all the staff of the sanatorium for the good work.…

My husband and I have just returned from the Sputnik sanatorium. We were there last year. I really liked it, so this year we decided to go again. About location, nature, honey.I will not write the database. Everything is very good and there are many positive reviews on this topic. What has become worse, even compared to last year, is nutrition. There is a lot of food, but it has become completely tasteless! You won't be hungry, but you won't get any pleasure either. Perhaps the chef has changed. If last year the food was delicious, almost homemade, now it's like in a cheap canteen in Soviet times. Lots of potatoes, side dishes, pearl barley porridge (even bulgur, like a mash), nasty boiled pasta. Very tasteless pastries, one dough. And everything is very, very sweet: compotes, jelly, pastries. The dietitian walks around the dining room for visibility, although he approaches the tables, ostensibly interested. If the management of the sanatorium reads the reviews, then something needs to be done about nutrition. And we are not the only ones who write about the poor quality of the dishes! It's getting worse and worse, and the prices for travel packages are getting higher and higher.

The food is a customized menu, the main thing is to choose the right dish. There is enough food, there is not only tea or coffee for lunch, there is always only compote. Also, the tables for four are a little small, I wanted to be more spacious. There are not enough nameplates for the dishes on the buffet. There are exercise machines on the street, but the men didn't have enough horizontal bars on the street (it would be very useful during a morning jog). There is a turnstile only in the hall, but you need to get there according to the schedule. I really liked the pools, there are several of them in the sanatorium. They are very clean, and the water in them does not smell of chlorine. There is a cinema hall where cartoons and movies are shown. I really liked that despite the fact that the sanatorium was completely filled, no one interferes with anyone anywhere, there is no hustle and bustle. With the exception of minor flaws, I liked the sanatorium and the nature around it.

At first, I did not write a review, because I had a rest and was treated at the Sputnik sanatorium in 2016, 2017 and 2018. 6 years have passed. The sanatorium is located about 150 km from Minsk, near the Lithuanian border, on the shores of Lake Naroch, the largest lake in Belarus, surrounded by pine forests. Two residential buildings, two swimming pools, medical rooms, a dining room, a cozy restaurant with a dance floor and a bar, a cinema room - everything is connected by walkways where you do not have to go outside in case of inclement weather. The medical equipment is modern, and a nutritionist was in charge of nutrition there. A great gym where you can play volleyball, basketball, and table tennis. There is a bicycle rental service. One minus! Ducks and swans live in the lake, so before diving from the pontoon pier, you should read the warning posters. Photo lovers will be interested in capturing the water surface of the lake stretching beyond the horizon. My memories of Belarus, Lake Naroch and the Sputnik sanatorium remained the most pleasant. The sanatorium is neat, the territory is clean and beautiful, I really did not like the attitude in the dining area of the "canteen", arriving on Sunday, I had to eat what I wanted only on Wednesday, before that the menu was on duty and naturally no one wanted to, I had to go to the village to feed the children. The strangest thing is that there is no TEA bag for breakfast on this menu. When asked to bring it, we listened to a half-hour lecture on the distribution of these bags, how they have few of them and we need to drink cocoa, despite the fact that my son and I do not tolerate milk at all. It turns out that 740 rubles worth of tea is not allowed for 10 kopecks per day... it seems that they take everything home in the kitchen and try to save as much as possible on groceries. Of course, this is the first time I've encountered such a thing. As it was necessary to pay for the house in advance, so it was necessary to send the menu in advance to the post office and so that upon arrival there would be something you love, and not nonsense or even go hungry. We had a vacation in August 2025

The room has a hairdryer, dishes for two, TV, Wi-Fi, large wardrobe, shower. We lived in the 1st building, good sound insulation and repairs. Two swimming pools, one sports pool - unlimited access. It hosts aqua aerobics classes every day at 11:00. The second one has a children's area, a Jacuzzi and access to the terrace. The treatment is very diverse - pearl and mineral baths, mud applications, massage, carbon dioxide baths, hydro massage, magnetic therapy, phyto teas. Free entrance to the gym, where Pilates classes, morning warm-ups, competitions for the whole family and for interests are held. A fascinating pair of swans and their offspring swam in the lake! Lots of ducks and seagulls. A very peaceful atmosphere! You can rent bicycles and enjoy a ride along the shore of the lake, inhaling the pine air and take a ride to the neighboring sanatoriums. We had a rest with our beloved for 8 days. The first ones were in a sanatorium. We were very satisfied with everything! I will definitely recommend this sanatorium!

I liked the location of the sanatorium and its cozy, gentrified territory. Room (lived in the 1st building) clean, small, with new furniture.The room has dishes, a hairdryer, well-functioning plumbing, excellent water pressure everywhere. Change of towels on request, bed linen 1 time per week. Bathrobe, optional, for a fee- 5 bel. rub. Sound insulation is normal. Meals are served 3 times a day on a customized menu for every day, varied and delicious, thanks to the chefs! Thanks to the canteen administrators and waiters, the service is polite and fast. The sanatorium has entertainment: accordion songs, karaoke, movies in the cinema, concerts of visiting Belarusian singers every day. Guided tours of Belarus are offered. The cafe-restaurant has delicious Belarusian cuisine, live music and a DJ. The sanatorium has 3 swimming pools: 2 free of charge - sports and wellness, and a paid outdoor heated SPA pool. I bow low to all the nurses of the physiotherapy department, which includes heat, water and electrical treatment, for their professionalism, literacy and hard work. Impressions of the place are very mixed. On the one hand, a wonderful location on the shores of the beautiful Lake Naroch and surrounded by a clean pine forest, on the other hand, very mediocre food, primitive leisure and, in some places, indifferent and sluggish medical staff. When ordering a suite and paying for a special spinal treatment program, no one warned that the neurologist would be on vacation for the duration of the treatment, and most of the procedures included in the prepaid program were unavailable due to equipment malfunction, staff leave, or other restrictions. The massage sessions included in the program are only 10 minutes each. The magnetic therapy and electroplating rooms deserve special mention - the apparent indifference and universal fatigue of the staff is downright eye-watering. If, to put it mildly, the classrooms are not fully loaded, getting there at the wrong time is a dead number. You'll be told with a bored look that you're full and "don't have any free time at all." It is worth mentioning that the schedule of procedures is extremely inconvenient and with long intervals, so the need to optimize it often arises. Another item is water in the water supply. The smell of iron and "something else" is downright very intrusive. You definitely shouldn't use it for drinking.

The service is excellent. There are no queues for procedures. Everything is timed. A very good medical base. The rooms are cleaned, everything is clean. The garbage was taken out every day. The food is delicious and varied. The area is clean, we didn't even see when they had time to clean up. Swans, ducks, and red-listed American coots swim in the pond. I would like sports events to be held outdoors, but there is no animator who would play outdoor games with children. Dancing is only in the cafe-restaurant. I would like to be outside, there is a place for this. But we were at the sanatorium at the end of May, maybe it's all there in the summer.

My wife and I really enjoyed getting treated here. Excellent cuisine (menu order), good medical base, mud, electro-procedures, a wonderful 5-lane pool + water aerobics :), as well as a pump room with mineral and purified drinking water. What I really liked was the wonderful location - on the shore of a huge lake, wonderful embankments for walking, a swing overlooking a nature reserve with wild birds. Very clean, well maintained and quiet! What I didn't really like was that in the sanatorium itself, on the entrance days, all the staff goes home and everything kind of freezes, well, the day off, sorry.:(I think it would be very cool if the staff of the sanatorium worked in shifts and regardless of the day of the week, everyone would be at their jobs, because vacationers/ patients need help 24/7. I definitely recommend the sanatorium to visit, 100% get complete relaxation! PS. If you live within 1 t. Km, it is better to go here by private car, it will be more convenient and easier to get there. Good luck to everyone!
