First, we signed up for cat sterilization, then we canceled the appointment on the day of sterilization, and we signed up again on the same day. It would seem that there is no telling what to expect from the client... the vet clinic starts with the administrator. In our case, it turned out to be Vasilisa Kissuenko, who showed herself to be a polite person during that short conversation. Companies teach customers to smile, but many forget about the main thing. The main thing was the sincerity that could be read in Vasilisa's eyes. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive a call the next day to find out if our cat was doing well after the operation. And of course, I want to thank Dr. Nina Valeryevna Rudobelets for her professionalism, and from the very first minutes I believed that we were (briefly) putting the cat in good hands... Thank you:)

We have known the clinic for a long time. My spouse, who was registered at Kalinovsky, treated pets before meeting me. Now the father-in-law and his mother-in-law are taking their own there. We were very glad that there is a branch in our area. Doctors work, as I understand it, at two addresses. So I can say for the whole network.: Very good. The attitude and competence of the staff are at the highest level. The cost is not too high, but there are more benefits than from some thug clinics. I recommend.

Thank you very much to the doctor Akhremchik Alexey Viktorovich! Saved our family member. I did all the necessary manipulations in the clinic, while I was panicking during the day, I called and all my questions were answered and offered help. The kitten has recovered and I think we have found our doctor! The receptionist is also a polite girl who loves animals!
