It is located close to the airport and metro station.
There are cafes, restaurants and exchangers within walking distance.
It is always clean and cozy at the reception, they fumble in English.
The staff is polite and tidy. They always say hello, help open the door
The food is delicious and varied,
The rooms are clean and cozy. Coffee, tea, sugar, water are always available, replaced every day, hair dryer in the room. The sockets are all non-standard, but there is a normal charger under the bedside table near the bed and in the shower. There is a pointer where you can charge your phone. There is always hot water, although digital technology does not immediately figure out how to adjust the faucet.
There is a private pool with a shower and a changing room. Gym.
Shuttles to the beach go from 10 o'clock, there are no standing places and there will be no order, as always.
The driver does his job clearly, there are no seats, sit and wait for the next flight. In 30-40 minutes. Picks up at 13.00 or 18.00
Nice hotel, I recommend it.

It is convenient that there is a metro station nearby., but it is necessary to go to Burj Khalifa with a transfer and about 30 minutes. The airport is close, but it is quiet enough even if the windows overlook the street.Polite staff, daily cleaning. You can hear from the hallway if someone is talking very loudly.A shuttle goes to Al Mamzar beach: 10 minutes without traffic jams, with traffic jams the path is lengthened by 2 times.breakfast is a buffet, a large selection. There is a swimming pool, but we did not visit it.It is located in the Dane area, where there are many cafes and shops and it is cheaper compared to the center.

A great hotel for those who want to save money. The metro is 300 meters away. There are small shopping malls nearby and a sportswear outlet just 100 meters away. Two grocery stores. One is more respectable, the second is like a Siskin, there are only local products.
There are restaurants within walking distance, to put it mildly, of Oriental cuisine. It's a long 45 minutes walk to the sea. But they take you to the beach from the hotel. The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts are quite hearty. (The photo is not a hotel, but a view from the window)

The food was delicious and a lot, we got better in a week because of breakfast. It is located near the road, but the metro is close, there is a swimming pool, gym, shuttle service to the beach and shopping center, gym. Cons in terms of sheets, they are either dirty or torn, but they hide it by throwing it down, well, of course, people just get dirty, but it does not wash off, and it is constantly expensive to throw it away.

A great city hotel! There are a lot of cafes and restaurants for every taste nearby! The breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. There is a free shuttle service to al-Mamzar beach, but get ready for the battle for seats on the bus, you will not always be able to leave the first time. We took a taxi through the Kareem app for about 30 dirhams one way.

I was at the hotel from April 19 to April 29, 2024.
The breakfasts are varied, hearty, fresh pastries and coffee are good.
The biggest plus of the hotel is the best beach in Dubai-Al Mamzar is 10 minutes away by transfer or taxi (20..25 derham one way). The subway is 2 minutes, but, but.. there are a lot of Indians from morning to night((. Once we couldn't get on two trains, we went to the aatobus. And so the hotel is excellent for 3 stars. Clean and fresh

The location is convenient, close to the metro, but the metro is expensive and always clogged. They settled us in a clean room, but not prepared in the plan: there were no towels (but they were brought), there was no shower gel (they had to beg for it, they gave it in the evening on the 2nd day), shampoo, conditioner and slippers at all. The bed linen is torn in places, somewhere in some spots. The bed is soft. The room has a hairdryer, a safe, hangers, a table with a mirror. The food is delicious and varied. The staff is friendly, cleaned every day, but once they did not close the room after cleaning. It was unpleasant to come back and see what was unlocked. I really liked the pool, you could always find free sun beds. The gym is also not bad. We probably won't be moving in there anymore.

I liked the hotel, cozy and clean. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions that arise. The hotel is well located, near the metro, which allows you to move and travel around Dubai without additional taxi expenses. It is also close to the airport of Dubai, very convenient as independent visits without a tour operator. To the nearest beach al mamzar (the park part is paid) there are free zones nearby, an hour on foot or a maximum of 15 minutes by taxi, the taxi cost is about 20 derham. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is wonderful, everything you need in the room is always at hand. Near metro, supermarkets, airport, pizzeria and Moroccan cuisine. The hotel organizes transport to the beach. If you walk a little way to Mamzar Park, you can find yourself on wonderful beaches, without molestation and with all the amenities. Entrance is 5 aed, you can pay with a metro card nol. Yarn there seems to be 5, you can choose any, the approach is perfect, the sea is clean, warm.
Breakfast at the hotel was also very pleasing, for the first time I ate Hawaiian rice with fresh pineapple, it turned out to be very tasty. Also, as a lover of greens, I really liked the choice of crispy, and spinach and white cabbage, white cabbage, and iceberg and even wheat germ. A pleasant refreshing drink with fruit was also pleasing in the morning. There were cheeses and fruits and porridge and omelets and sausages and noodles too, there was also salinity like olives, cucumbers and something else there. It was also nice to understand that you are safe, because you can only take the elevator to the floor where you live by reading the card. The left will not get in any way. The pool is clean, small, there was enough space, towels were given out. If you lie with your back to the exit, you can see the takeoffs of the 380 aircraft, the largest passenger aircraft in the world, very cool!. At the same time, the insulation in the room is excellent, there are no extraneous sounds, noise from the road, or the TV in the next room. Probably, if I come back again, I will check into this hotel, because it is ideal for seasoned tourists who are familiar with the city and are not eager to sit by the sea for days.

I chose the hotel based on reviews. But! There are disadvantages. First of all. Rooms. There are problems with them. Only smoking rooms are freely available. There were no rooms with separate beds for non-smokers. Several of us were not married couples, we all had to stay in rooms with one bed. There is still noise from airplanes, we need earplugs. Breakfasts are not very good. "Porridge" is burnt milk with rare grains of some kind of cereal, it is not possible to eat. Omelets are something not very pleasant to look at. Boiled eggs are certainly not food for a restaurant. There are, of course, salads and vegetables, watermelons, but all this is not suitable for a full breakfast. The hotel's landmark for Indians and Pakistanis. Curry and spicy rice are always available. Beans in sauce . From baking buns with raisins and croissants without filling. The coffee seems to be good. Cereal with milk for children. Without chic. We had full board. There were dishes on the menu at lunch. The choice is small, but not sharp can be chosen. Dinner is a buffet. It was Ramadan, the crowd was pandemonium, there was nowhere to sit, most of the dishes were spicy.
The pool is small, a lot of people swim there all the time, there is no desire to even sit next to it. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the direct access to a busy highway. In the heat and stuffiness, exhaust gases are not pleasant. A second entrance from the courtyard could be made so that it would be more pleasant to go outside. Deira houses and shops are nearby. Local Hindus and Pakistani Syrians crowd in. There is a street next to the spas, in which we suspected veiled brothels-their employees were too grotesquely made up. The beach is 15 minutes by bus or taxi for 20 dirhams. There are paid beaches -5 dirhams (but our cards do not fit, we asked the Europeans to pay for us, gave them cash) and free. In order not to bother, it's easier to go for free. To the right of the bus stop that arrived, go back a little or walk for 7-10 minutes to the left through the highway to the park area with mushrooms from the sun.A couple of times there were conflicts that the driver did not want to carry standing passengers, and someone was eager to leave. We didn't want to go crowded, so we took a taxi.
To go to all the attractions (including the passage to the subway and the transition between stations)-from 45 minutes or more. We took gold cards in the subway, people use silver cards in cars to ride like herrings in a barrel. And the last metro flights from the city center are at about
23 hours. Therefore, you will not be able to walk quietly. You'll have to take a taxi back. If you know all the nuances of this hotel, then, of course, take it. But I don't recommend it.

We had a rest from April 15th to 20th. The hotel fully complies with the stated requirements. All the photos are real. The staff does not speak Russian, but there are no problems with English, you can communicate through an interpreter. The food is normal, there is always watermelon, melon and oranges from fruits. Everything is fine with vegetables and meat too. We are on a gluten-free diet, they tried to provide us with dietary nutrition. The staff is friendly. the tea set is replenished daily, several bottles of water are put in, towels are changed on request. The room has a safe, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning. There really is no closet, but it's not critical for us. There is a small swimming pool on the 2nd floor. Free shuttle to Al Mamzar beach twice a day. There is a paid (5 dirhams) and a free zone. The area is, of course, proletarian, but there is a metro nearby, just 1 minute away. But we were unlucky, because we just got into a flood, the transport was not working. The exchanger is not far away, but it is better to have dirhams right away, when checking in, the payment is 50 dirhams. In general, the norms. I definitely recommend safari from the tour, the adrenaline is provided.

We were there a couple of years ago. I liked it, despite the fact that it's a three). The subway is nearby: so we drove to the Expo ourselves, and on the Wheel, and so we looked around the neighborhoods)) the obvious advantage is the proximity of the Metro station. The video of the road from the hotel to the beach was banned by the operator ((and there's Beauty! The transfer from the hotel went according to a convenient schedule. Comfort, with a condom. At +40 it is important) The beach is paid. Not critical. Be careful with the sun!! Communication is mainly in English. You can even handle a phrasebook, not pretentiously) Upon arrival, we did not have time for dinner - a box was delivered to the room. Fast food, but the kids were happy. If desired, you can fix it by ordering food or walking to the market. Yes, I almost forgot: the hotel has a swimming pool. Quite decent. And a children's paddling pool)) A clean, quiet hotel, we will come again,)

I recently returned from a trip to Dubai, and I have to say that the hotel we stayed at was just amazing! We booked the studio M Arabian Plaza hotel, and were pleasantly surprised from the very beginning.
Firstly, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help us with any questions or queries. We were checked into a room that was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of the city.
The hotel itself is located near the city center, which made it an ideal place to explore Dubai. There were many shops, restaurants and attractions nearby.
The food at the hotel was delicious and they offered a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines of the world. We also appreciated the presence of a rooftop pool with a wonderful view of the city, where you could relax and enjoy the sun.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Dubai. It was an unforgettable experience, and I'm sure I'll be back here again soon!

I bought into the hotel according to reviews, which I regretted. The hotel is only good for transit guests. Living there is boring. There is nothing around, you need to add the cost of the subway to the rest, but if you left, there will also be food, everything is far away. We took apartments, it's a little dirty. There are greasy circles around the handles on the kitchen cabinets, and one bottle in the shower is soap, shampoo and gel. There are no bathrobes, although there are in the commercial. The food was monotonous, there might not be enough places for breakfast. But at least they weren't poisoned. We wanted to move out, but the hotel did not approve the refund. There's nothing there but the beach, but it's a small bay with standing water, it's deserted, there are no sun beds, only fungi with seats.

1. You will have to pay the tax. Approximately 10 dirhams for 1 day from the room
2. I went to the beach by bus. I didn't like the beach (sand) and the water. It differed in temperature from that on the beach in Dubai Marina, for example
3. Near the hotel there is a subway and cool grocery stores.
4. There is an open Basik with warm water on the roof. There is a gym nearby. It's a pity that the Basik works until 21 o'clock and then 10 minutes before closing they are already escorted out of there.
5. Food is like food. There is Hindu food and European food. Sausages, omelets, boiled eggs, vegetables every day. I also got their buns. Good
5. There is a kettle, coffee, tea and a refrigerator in the room.

A cool nice hotel, the rooms are small but cozy. I didn't notice much cleaning, they make up the bed at most, once at the very beginning the towels were changed-hung, then they pretended that they were not there (we hung them-threw them in the room on the back of a chair so that they dried faster, and after cleaning they also hung in the room in the same places, that is, they they didn't touch it).
The food is more than excellent, we only took breakfast. Basically, the whole buffet was the same every day, except that the pancakes and waffles changed every other day, but we are not picky, we cooked delicious and in general there is a choice.
There is a shuttle service to the beach, if you come almost to the departure and it is packed, you will be offered to wait and come back for you within half an hour, which is nice.
However, you will need to walk to a good beach, because there are a lot of jellyfish on the beach where the shuttle brings you.
It's also nice that the metro and supermarkets are 100-200 meters away, and there are a lot of small eateries and cafes in the back along the street, where they generally cook normally.
The staff is unobtrusive, but all requests were resolved quickly, water is brought on request as much as needed.
The gym is not bad, not very big, but the equipment looks pretty new.
In general, a good hotel for your money)) 👍

For a relaxing holiday or a business trip in this area may be suitable. Metro 3-5 minutes from the hotel. Dubai is very far from the main attractions and the whole hangout. Tired of driving. More or less to Burj Khaliv, 30 minutes by metro. In general, everything is fine, but you need to think about why you are going. Geographically, it is not very suitable for visiting the main attractions. If it is up to Al Mamzar beach, a swimming pool and hiking along to local cafes are suitable.

Not a bad hotel, corresponds to the stated stars. Breakfasts are so-so:monotonous and not particularly tasty, but the dinners are beyond praise, delicious, varied, desserts (for an amateur, but original), there is always fruit slicing. I was surprised by the lack of drinks for dinner, I mean tea, coffee. Only water is available. The staff is good, they didn't come into contact with him much. The room was cleaned every day, the linen was changed once in 7 days. The rooms are small, you won't see any luxury, of course, but they quite correspond to 3*. I liked the pool with heated water, it was very nice to swim there, sunbathe when you are not going to the beach. Good location near the hotel:near the metro station:Al Kyada (room 16, green line), you can get to all the interesting places inexpensively. Buy a silver card for subway rides, the most convenient. Free transfer from the hotel to the beach. We went to the paid Al Mamzar beach (entrance 5 dirhams), but I liked the free nearby. Not far from the hotel there is a supermarket where you can buy some products. Near the gym, cardio and dumbbells of all kinds. 2 times a day transfer to the beach near the Al Mamzar park / beach, it's convenient, you don't have to spend on a taxi. Near the metro, literally 3 minutes. And there are 2 grocery stores near the metro, like our five. We bought mango and ice cream there.

Great hotel! Delicious breakfasts, a warm pool, transfer to a nice beach. The metro is a minute's walk away. We will be happy to come back again

We rested for about a week in Dubai, checked into this hotel. The area is not a tourist area, but there is a metro nearby. Plus, the district is also that prices in stores will be cheaper than in tourist places.
We liked the hotel itself, but we didn't pay attention to any minor nuances, and there was no time, we tried not to sit still)) When you check in, you need to pay a tourist tax, we immediately had dirhams with us. Friendly and smiling staff, fresh rooms with a nice design. Cleaning was carried out every day. If you need something, the staff is always ready to help you. We only had breakfast, we always left them full! 😅 For 3 stars, everything is very wonderful 🙏🏼 Thank you for the warm welcome, it was the first time we were in Dubai, we had pleasant impressions, including thanks to your friendliness.

A wonderful hotel in the city, urban style, near 2 metro stations, 200 meters. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, a kettle, a safe, a refrigerator. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning.

We rested here in March 2023. I liked everything very much. They took only breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. I also really liked the design of the rooms. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV in the room, tea and coffee bags and 2 bottles of water of 0.5 liters were placed every day. Room cleaning was every day. The only thing in the rooms there are no opening windows and a balcony, we did not have enough fresh air in the room. The metro is within walking distance, supermarkets are also nearby. For the price for which we bought a ticket, a very excellent hotel.
