We ordered a tour from Biblioglobus to this hotel. Upon arrival, we did not check in, then it turned out that our room was not there. They gave me a cheaper room! Very convenient location: near the sea (5-7 minutes from the room), 15-20 minutes to the Pineapple shopping center, near McDonald's. Now for more details. We stopped by in the evening, about 30 people at the same time, the check-in took 40 minutes. We checked into two rooms (when booking, we asked for one building and one with a balcony. The rooms were ordered by garden view), we were given both rooms in different buildings and without a balcony, they promised to change the next day. Which was done, but the rooms got no balconies, but at least in one building and one floor. We had a suspicion that these were standards. One room faced the parking lot and partially the sea, the other the entrance to the hotel and McDonald's. The room had everything you needed (beach and indoor slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes and paste, shaving machine and shaving foam, sewing kit, cotton pads and sticks, shower cap and hair band, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, soap, body lotion, napkins, tea, coffee, dry cream, sugar, kettle, and a fruit knife) and plus requested an iron and a corkscrew at the reception. Communication at the reception took place in English or through a translator on a smartphone. Room cleaning takes a long time for 30 minutes! Although we had a piece of paper under the curtain for three days, until we picked it up ourselves. And so it wasn't particularly dirty at our place. There are wooden and plastic sun beds on the beach (they are the ones that are "opened" at 7.10). You have to come before 7 a.m. to borrow an umbrella! And only then wait for the opening of the sun beds or stay with a wooden one, but it is less mobile and heavy. The approach to the sea is good, gentle. There is little garbage on the beach, but it is there, especially after someone's stormy night on the beach and steers everywhere extinguished in the sand. The beach towels were changed by the maids, there is also a white bag for the beach, but it is not comfortable. There was also a blue one (it could be picked up), it is more convenient. There is no shower on the beach, only on the territory of the hotel near the pools, but even here there is a catch, you need to go with room cards, because you can't just go through the gate or wait for people coming out or coming in. There is a toilet near the gate of the hotel, but it is public and "fragrant". There are two swimming pools and another children's pool with a slide. There are circles and swimming platforms near the pools. And also the shoulder blades and, if you're lucky, the sand figures. The water in the pool is warm. They clean well. There are also towels. I strained my way to the beach, along winding paths and over bridges with ladders across a non-existent river. And also through people having breakfast if you go in the morning and diners if in the afternoon. There is another route, through the parking lot at the back. We only had breakfast and one paid dinner. The breakfasts are good, you will not stay hungry! The dinner is also wonderful. There is definitely no such variety at home.
