The hotel is beautiful, the territory is large and green. The location of the hotel is excellent. But the guide Alexey-g..., I'm sorry. The flight was delayed (no one knew how much, there was no information), they were kicked out with the children on the street at 12.00h. And the bus came for us only at 21.00h. A lot of things were just at the excalator, they carried money and documents with them. There is no place to wash, lie down, or change clothes. You won't believe it, the toilet in the building is closed and the entrance is only by cards. Only Russia accepts everyone, but our brother is not loved anywhere.

I flew from Moscow with my wife myself. A decent hotel, but in the dining room the staff is in no hurry to clean the tables and the table has to be cleaned by yourself if you want to eat. They are also in no hurry to report the food on the buffet, so whoever came earlier has a more varied breakfast, this is a very big minus! The coffee machines were constantly breaking down and I had to drink tea. There are very few sun loungers and awnings on the beach, I had to swim, and after an hour I had to leave so as not to burn out. It's not worth shopping in the shops, it's just Chinese junk, but the city itself and the design are beautiful. On excursions, they impose supposedly medical examinations, followed by pulling out money and a lot of time is spent on this, I am disappointed. It is very safe because the island is military and there are cameras at every step. I'm not going there anymore, once is enough. I liked Thailand much more.
